Core Responsibilities
Support the Account Manager in maintaining and progressing a pipeline of stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring consistent and timely communication
Attend client and partner meetings alongside (or on behalf of) the Account Manager; take live notes, capture actions and send clear follow-up summaries to stakeholders
Track delivery of all agreed actions with the Account Manager, flagging delays or issues proactively
Maintain and update IB1's CRM (Capsule) with accurate pipeline data, contact records, contract timelines and renewal deadlines and using it to prepare and update metrics as directed
Conduct research into prospective partners, sector organisations and funding opportunities across priority sectors to develop the sales pipeline development
Support the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, statements of work and contract documentation
Support community engagement, assisting in developing relationships, and other engagements
Assist in coordinating IB1's stakeholder engagement activities - including AGMs, webinars, roundtable events and community forums - in collaboration with the Membership and Communications teams
Help map and maintain IB1's stakeholder landscape across priority sectors, identifying gaps, opportunities and relevant networks
Socialise the IB1 Constellation among teams within strategic partner organisations, supporting wider awareness and participation in IB1's expert network
Supporting responsibilities
Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures for stakeholder outreach, meeting management and pipeline administration
Generate regular reports and pipeline summaries for the Account Manager and senior team
Use insight from ongoing stakeholder engagement to feed back into and improve internal account management processes and documents

THE CHARITY
Suicide is the leading cause of death of men under 35 and three quarters of those who die by suicide are men. James’ Place exists to save the lives of men in suicidal crisis through delivering clinical services. We are a charity currently offering free, life-saving therapy to suicidal men at our centres in Liverpool, London and Newcastle.
James’ Place was set up by Clare Milford Haven and Nick Wentworth-Stanley in 2008 after their twenty-one-year-old son, James, died by suicide ten days after a minor operation. James had no history of mental illness or depression and had sought urgent help for anxiety and suicidal thoughts but didn’t find it.
James' Place was set up to make the experience of finding help as easy as possible. We offer men who are experiencing a suicidal crisis a brief, intensive, therapeutic intervention in a safe environment. Men who walk through the door at James’ Place will be in a space where they feel valued and respected. We provide a calm and peaceful environment both inside the centres and in our outside spaces, accessible to men who visit us as well as their friends and families. We have so far treated over 5,100 men who might otherwise have been unable to access the support they desperately need.
In early 2026 we will be opening our fourth centre in Birmingham. Our new centre in Birmingham will be there to support suicidal men living in the West Midlands.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Consultant Suicide Prevention Therapist to join our expanding clinical directorate. The Consultant Suicide Prevention Therapist is a senior clinical leader responsible for the delivery, governance, quality and continuous improvement of the organisation’s therapeutic suicide prevention model.
The Consultant Suicide Prevention Therapist reports to the Director of Clinical Services who retains overall strategic, executive and corporate accountability for all aspects of clinical services across the organisation.
Within this structure, the Consultant Suicide Prevention Therapist plays a pivotal leadership role in translating strategic direction into operational delivery of therapeutic services. The postholder ensures consistency, quality, safety and fidelity of clinical practice across centres, working closely with Heads of Centres and clinical staff to embed standards, manage risk and drive service improvement.
The role combines coordination and delivery of specialist clinical expertise, leadership, research and evaluation, clinical training and opportunity to deputise for the Director of Clinical Services in defined areas of delegated responsibility.

Millions of people are unable to access the mainstream products and services that meet their financial needs and have to choose between going without essentials or turning to high-cost credit or illegal money lenders. Without safety nets like credit, insurance or savings, everyday life events or financial shocks can tip people into increasingly vulnerable circumstances.
One of Fair4All Finance’s key strategic priorities, and a focus of the Innovation and Development team, is to transform the market, to test and deliver the right products to all customers who need them including dramatically improving access to credit, insurance and resilience products by attracting new entrants, scaling existing providers and supporting mainstream providers to diversify their offerings.
A key part of our strategy is to test and scale product propositions, working in partnership with providers, and, where successful, to scale these propositions up for long term success. We do this by codesigning propositions that work for the customer, commercial arrangements that work for the provider, societal outcomes that deliver for the funders and stakeholders.
The Associate Director – Commercial will lead on the commercial lifecycle of proposition tests, meeting potential partners and developing a pipeline of opportunities through to procurement (where appropriate) or running a transparent competition via a subsidy scheme, bid assessment, contract negotiation with significant providers of lending, insurance and savings products. You will work with those providers to oversee the successful setup and delivery including building in how we measure the success of the pilot or proposition and evaluate the impact.
Also key to the role is liaising with the Head of Proposition, Design and Development to design end to end products that meet the needs of people in financially vulnerable circumstances. About MPE
Myeloma Patients Europe (MPE) is a pan-European organisation representing 57 myeloma and amyloidosis patient groups from over 35 European countries. It is registered as an international non-profit organisation under Belgian Law. A Board mainly composed of patients and caregivers is elected by the membership to oversee the strategy and governance of the organisation. A team of 14 staff members runs remotely the day-to-day operations, programmes and services within 4 divisions: Access and Policy, Medical Education and Scientific Engagement, Patient Evidence and Member and Patient Community Programmes.

About the Patient Evidence department
The MPE Patient Evidence department was established in 2020 to generate evidence to better understand and articulate patients’ perspectives, influence decision-makers and use evidence as a driving force for progress across our strategic goals. The team is led by Dr Eilidh Duncan and our goal is to lead the development of robust patient evidence to improve experiences, outcomes and access for myeloma patients and their families. We achieve this by spearheading novel patient research initiatives that address gaps in the evidence and ensure the meaningful inclusion of patient perspectives in research design, conduct and interpretation. We use the evidence we generate internally to fuel progress across all MPE programmes and activities and externally by decision-makers including those in clinical, regulatory, industry, academic and policy settings.

We’re looking for a talented Challenge Events Fundraiser to join our team in delivering our ambitious events strategy. This role is vital as we continue to develop incredible relationships with new and existing supporters helping them to network, influence and fundraise via challenge events.
Through excellent supporter care and stewardship, the Challenge Events Fundraiser is required to increase income for our challenge events portfolio. Working with the Challenge Events Manager, the post holder will deliver the events strategy as well as contribute to its ongoing development.
To succeed in this role you’ll need to:
• Develop and grow networks of event supporters, volunteers and community organisations to increase participation in fundraising events and generate sustainable income for the charity.
• Deliver an effective supporter journey, providing high-quality stewardship which motivates and enables supporters to complete successful fundraising activities within their communities.
• Support the delivery of the charity’s event fundraising strategy, working closely with the Challenge Events Manager to achieve agreed income targets.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate key challenge events within the fundraising calendar (e.g. Abseil, London Marathon, Great Birmingham Run), ensuring successful delivery and supporter experience.
• Act as a visible ambassador for the charity’s events programme, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters, community groups and partners.
• Ensure all fundraising activity is delivered in line with relevant legislation, including UK charity law and Fundraising Regulator guidance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the charity and wider organisation, providing support and cover where required to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising activities.
• Work with internal teams to develop and deliver engaging fundraising products and events, ensuring effective donor stewardship and supporter engagement.
• Monitor performance against agreed targets, identifying opportunities and potential risks and provide regular income and KPI reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records, including the use of Salesforce and contribute to the development of effective internal processe

About you and The Role
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Fundraising Assistant to join our successful and dynamic Fundraising Team. The Fundraising Assistant will be based in Bewick House in the Development and Partnerships Directorate.
As Fundraising Assistant, you will report to, and work closely with, the Grants and Philanthropy Manager, under the overall leadership of the and Director of Development and Partnerships. You will also work with the Senior Philanthropy Officer, Corporate Partnerships Manager, Supporter Development Manager, Corporate Fundraising Officer, Grants Officer, Fundraising Officer (Claims) and Fundraising Officer (Legacies).
You will be joining the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Fundraising team – a supportive, innovative and welcoming team, responsible for Individual Giving, Major Donors, Grants and Trusts, Legacies, Community Fundraising as well as Corporate Supporters. This team is tasked with providing, maintaining and growing the income of the Trust. We have a particularly exciting and challenging period ahead as the Trust in it its centenary year and seeks to source funding for its ambitious strategy “A Wilder Norfolk for All”. With responsibility for the administration of the efforts of the Fundraising Team, you will work closely with colleagues in Nature Conservation, Nature Recovery, the Visitor Centres and PR and Comms, and Engagement.
You will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of NWT’s fundraising systems and effective recording of the Team’s communications and income details on the Trust’s CRM system.
Norfolk Wildlife Trust prides itself in having excellent reputation for managing its relationships with donors, sponsors, funders and potential funders sensitively always. You will play an important role in assisting with the stewardship of our supporters by coordinating our regular contact strategy with donors and provide administrative support to the Director of Development and Partnerships, Grants and Philanthropy Manager and Senior Philanthropy Officer.
Working closely with other fundraising officers, you will make a direct contribution to the work of the team through supporting the Fundraising officers deliver supporter stewardship events, co-ordinating collection boxes, on-line giving schemes and small-scale community giving.

About the role
This role will shape how King’s builds trust, celebrates generosity, and strengthens long term donor relationships. The Donor Relations Manager (maternity cover) will lead the creation and delivery of high quality stewardship for some of the university’s most impactful supporters.
Reporting into the Head of Donor Relations, the role oversees the project management of more than 120 bespoke donor reports each year - compelling, insight rich updates that show donors the real difference their gift has made across King’s, from pioneering research into personalised cancer treatments and young people’s mental health to innovative programmes in AI and Law and sustainability. Working closely with fundraisers and our Advancement Writing team, the post-holder will ensure every report is delivered on time, to an exceptional standard, and with opportunities to introduce more personalised, creative stewardship along the way.
The post holder will partner with fundraisers to design tailored stewardship plans for major and principal gift donors, including those giving £5m+. This includes impact reporting, naming and recognition, and bespoke engagement projects that help donors feel valued, connected, and confident in their support of King’s.
Strong project management skills, excellent writing and organisational abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to juggle deadlines with confidence and initiative are key to this role, as are creativity, curiosity, and a passion for crafting meaningful donor experiences.
This is a full-time post (35 Hours per week) and is a fixed term contract for the year of maternity cover. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.
