This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Chief Finance Officer. The role offers the flexibility of working from home, with occasional travel as required.

We are committed to supporting our staff through a benefits package that promotes wellbeing, flexibility and professional development, including:

  • 2 additional Rest and Reflect days each year.

  • Maternity and paternity leave provision.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme, including confidential counselling and mental health support.
  • Flexible and remote working arrangements, with occasional travel as required.
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing, reflective, trauma-informed practice, supervision, learning and professional development.
