We are looking for a skilled and thoughtful Marketing & Communications Officer to help us strengthen how we communicate our work, reach underserved communities, and influence the systems that shape people’s lives.

This is a role for someone who combines creativity with purpose. You will help ensure our communications are clear, accessible and rooted in the realities of the communities we serve.

About the role

Working closely with the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, you will lead the coordination of our internal and external communications. You will shape and deliver a strategic communications approach that reflects our values, strengthens our voice, and supports our impact.

Your work will include:

• Acting as a brand guardian, supporting consistent tone of voice and visual identity
• Managing and developing our website and digital platforms, improving accessibility and user experience
• Creating engaging and accessible content for social media, reports and publications
• Producing Annual Reports, Impact Reports and other key outputs
• Designing clear, inclusive information and publicity materials
• Supporting media engagement, including drafting press releases and articles
• Contributing to events, partnerships and fundraising activity

You will also contribute to organisational learning by helping us communicate insight, evidence and impact in ways that are meaningful to communities, partners and funders.

ABOUT THE JOB

Job Purpose 

We are looking for an exemplary people-oriented administrator to provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO and the workstreams she manages. An important role in the organisation, working with senior leadership and across teams, in a welcoming and supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job.

Areas of work and responsibility

• Administrative Support to the Gestalt Centre CEO
• Coordinate and support projects and workstreams the CEO leads on: Operations, Communications and Marketing, Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications, HR, Finance, Policies, Fundraising and Health & Safety.
• Liaise with the CEO and the leadership team to update the organisational plan and workstream plans, also keep track of relevant priority actions and progress.
• Provide administrative support for governance processes such as the Annual Financial Audit, Trustee Board meetings, the Charity Commission and Companies House submissions.
• Provide administrative support to the organising and running fundraising activities and events.
• Administrative support and coordination for the annual planning of Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications programmes. 
• Organise, provide administrative support, and attend as appropriate, weekly operational meetings, monthly Executive meetings, and other project meetings, led by the CEO. Prepare meetings set up, information and any required papers in advance. Organise dates, taking and sending out minutes and coordinate follow-up actions ensuring progress and completion.
• Liaise with the CEO to prepare, format, edit and update reports and policies for internal and external audiences to a high standard.
• Provide a professional first point of contact for the CEO and as required liaise with her and the leadership team in order to respond to emails or phone calls and organise follow up meetings.

Job Purpose:

Women in Prison’s Project Workers deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending. The primary purpose of this role is to provide in-depth, ongoing support to a caseload of women in the community of Greater Manchester.

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice was founded in Liverpool in 1995 as the first hospice in the UK specifically providing for the needs of babies and younger children. Our team of specialist nurses and healthcare assistants are supported by a wide range of other healthcare professionals to provide respite care, therapies and bereavement care to babies and children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.

The role requires someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping systems organised and information accessible. 

This is a 6-month maternity cover position, expected to run from June through November, with the possibility of extension depending on organisational needs and circumstances. 

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of our administrative, data management, and operational processes. Liberty is seeking a Facilities and Compliance Manager to deliver high-quality, proactive support across data and IT, property, facilities, and health and safety. This role underpins the organisation’s operations and ensures we can deliver our external mission as effectively as possible.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be motivated by improving systems and processes. They will have strong attention to detail, a proactive, can-do attitude, and excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, user-friendly policies and procedures from scratch. The post-holder will thrive on providing a mix of practical hands-on facilities and infrastructure delivery (including IT and Health and Safety), and project/contractor management.

The role is a 0.8 FTE (29.2hr per week) and fixed term contract for one year. This role is based across our Bloomsbury campus with work across various tennis sites in London. The post holder is required to be flexible in their hours of work as the position entails attendance during evenings and weekends.

Job description

We are looking for a Tennis Development Officer to support the delivery of tennis as one of our Focus Sports. The role combines tennis delivery with desk-based sports administration and student engagement. We are looking for someone passionate about developing tennis in all forms - from running beginner friendly sessions to working with students to co-create community volunteering projects.

Do you have experience coaching tennis? Have you had experience delivering sports leagues and events? Do you want to support students to develop professional skills through tennis? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will be able to coach a range of abilities, have experience of working with and motivating volunteers and good verbal and written communication.
