The scheme comprises 28 beautifully designed, fully accessible purpose-built apartments, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space or balcony. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, experience of managing services for people with complex needs, strong organisational skills and confidence using relevant IT systems. You will understand key social care legislation, including safeguarding and mental capacity, and be able to evidence quality and compliance in line with regulatory requirements.
An NVQ4/QCF5 in Leadership and Management, Registered Managers Award, or willingness to work towards the required qualification is essential.

Our new Programme Assistants will work as part of our team of Programme Leads and Programme Assistants working in school settings to support young people, their families, and school staff to ensure that at-risk pupils improve their wellbeing, make the most of their education, and improve their life chances. About this key role
Holding a caseload of up to 12 clients at any one time, our successful candidate will provide a client-led holistic support service that responds to individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, benefits work and debt advice, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice, and appearing in court.
We will rely on you to complete initial needs assessments with clients and to support them to develop individual support and risk management plans and regularly review them to assess progress.You will be expected to promote inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, while ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support is also a key aspect of the role.

A coaching mindset is central to the role, helping others build confidence, capability and ownership in their use of technology. The AI Adoption Assistant will need to adapt their approach to different levels of maturity and readiness, while observing how technology is used in practice to identify patterns, insights and opportunities for improvement.
