About the role

We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Delivery Manager to join The Scholars Programme team. This role will lead on the central Delivery Cycle, including creating correspondence and guidance for schools and PhD Tutors, and collaborating with other teams to ensure communication is streamlined and consistent. This is a key role within the Programme Management team, ensuring high quality pupil impact by tracking data returns, and providing team briefings as well as ongoing training and support. They will support with the development, testing and embedding of new processes and projects, including IT developments, and will be the first point of contact in the Programmes team for troubleshooting delivery and data issues. They will line manage a small team of Coordinators, who will support Programme Officers and Programme Managers to meet programme delivery targets.

The role requires an accomplished professional, with proven experience of high-quality programme delivery and excellent communication skills.  They will champion the charity’s values and embody them in interactions with colleagues and partners, establishing themselves as someone who can be relied upon, supporting the whole team and proactively finding ways to improve what we do.

While this role can be based in our London or Leeds offices or be fully remote; it will involve some travel to deliver programme events at our different university partners.

About you

The role will best suit someone who:

• Has knowledge and experience of the school and university sectors
• Has knowledge of educational interventions, including impact management
• Has proven experience in leading the delivery of a project or programme across a locality
• Has excellent knowledge and confidence using Office 365 applications (Word and Excel) and different IT platforms such as virtual learning environments and CRM systems
• Is capable of adapting quickly to new systems and interfaces
• Has experience of line management and/or leading and delivering through others
• Is a qualified teacher (QTS or above), has academic research experience or has substantial experience of delivering a university access programme

In this role, you will provide high-quality, survivor-centred support to standard and medium-risk victims of domestic abuse, helping them to increase their safety, navigate their options, and make informed choices about their future.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed, survivor-centred support to high-risk victims of domestic abuse
• Carry out comprehensive risk assessments and safety planning, using tools such as DASH
• Advocate on behalf of survivors with statutory and voluntary agencies, including police, social care, housing, health, and legal services
• Represent and support clients through the MARAC process, ensuring risks and actions are clearly communicated and followed up
• Support survivors to understand their options around criminal justice, civil remedies, housing, and welfare

• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns involving adults and children

You will need to be a compassionate and resilient professional with:

• A minimum of an A level, NVQ3 or equivalent, a degree or SafeLives (Desirable not essential)
• IDVA qualification (Desirable not essential)
• Comprehensive knowledge of domestic abuse, it's impact and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication, advocacy and problem solving skills
• Experience of working with victims of domestic abuse
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals
• Able to travel across Bedfordshire

About the role

The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.

This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.

Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. Person Specification

Skills and Experience

· Proven experience in operations, service delivery, or public realm management within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

· Strong experience of contract management and procurement, including setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and securing value for money.

· Demonstrable project management skills, with experience delivering multiple workstreams to fixed timelines and budgets.

· Experience working with local authorities, statutory agencies, and private sector partners.

Safe to Learn is looking for a creatively driven graphic designer for a fixed-term contract of initially 12 months. We are looking for someone who has a passion for communicating everything from research reports to branding and storytelling for children and their families, in all types of media, including the website.

This role would suit a graphic designer who is confident working independently, enjoys working in an often fast-based but varied, working environment, where attention to detail, flexibility and pace are essential. All while working with and being supported by a team of specialists.

Job description

Safe to Learn is a newly established network of teachers, parents, researchers, policymakers, young people and child safeguarding practitioners, working together to end antisemitism in UK schools. We co-produce evidence-based child safeguarding resources, tools and standards to address antisemitism and improve the school environment for all children, educators and support staff.

Safe to Learn is seeking a graphic designer to build on the work in progress by providing engaging print and web design in line with our brand guidelines for all assets, including printed and digital resources, such as emails, leaflets, web banners, landing pages and advertising banners for the website and online marketing and dissemination campaigns. 

Responsibilities

1. Work collaboratively with the KCS Communications team to ensure all designed elements and communications have a consistent look and feel in line with existing style guides.

2. Work collaboratively with external partners and agencies.

3. Ensure all designed digital-based or printed communications are consistent with the brand guidelines.

4. Receive briefs from members of the KCS team and agree achievable deadlines.

5. Manage workload and prioritise briefs in line with agreed deadlines advising of any potential slippage.

6. Ensure designs meet the brief prior to handover for sign off.

7. Progress to final design following amends and final sign-off in agreed format (s) or implementation online where appropriate.

8. Provide support and cover for other design colleagues.

9. Keep up to date with new technology, software and systems.

10. Anything else that might be reasonably required.

Person Specification

Candidates with the following experience and commitment are encouraged to apply:
