About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering technology change across the organisation. As an IT delivery officer, you’ll support the successful delivery of IT projects and change initiatives that enable teams across the organisation.
You’ll act as a bridge between business areas and IT, helping colleagues articulate their needs, translating these into clear requirements and support the planning, coordination and governance of delivery activity.
Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll support the structured delivery of IT initiatives. You’ll keep project documentation up to date, support backlog management and help provide clear updates on progress.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting user adoption, coordinating and delivering training sessions to ensure colleagues feel confident and well supported when new systems or changes are introduced.

Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Programme Development
- Develop and deliver an annual Individual Giving strategy aligned with Cherry Trees’ organisational and fundraising goals.
- Plan and manage a programme of multi‑channel campaigns (email, mail, social, digital ads, direct mail) to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors. Grow regular giving income using targeted campaigns and personalised communications.
- Donor Stewardship & Engagement
- Oversee donor journeys that inspire, thank, and update supporters, ensuring excellent supporter experience at all touchpoints.
- Develop segmented, insight-driven communications that speak to donor motivations. Manage in‑memory, ensuring sensitive and supportive engagement.
- Campaign Delivery
- Lead on seasonal and one-off appeals, including the Christmas Big Give Challenge and seasonal campaigns.
- Write compelling fundraising copy for emails, newsletters, social media, and print. - Work with colleagues in Communications, Services, and Finance to gather stories, monitor outcomes, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Data, Reporting & Insight
- Use CRM data to segment audiences, track ROI, and analyse donor behaviour.
- Produce regular performance reports, forecasting, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and best practice in data handling.
- Budget & Income Management
- Manage and monitor the Individual Giving budget, setting clear KPI targets.
- Deliver strong year‑on‑year growth and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Manage relationships with suppliers such as mail houses, designers, and digital agencies.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider Fundraising team to support integrated campaigns and events.
- Contribute to the development of supporter journeys across all income streams. - Represent Individual Giving at internal meetings and when engaging with external stakeholders.
You’ll be confident using CRM data and analysis to inform strategy, and working alongside our communications team, you’ll enjoy creating compelling fundraising content from email journeys to campaign appeals, that motivates supporters to give.
You will excel in creating engaging supporter journeys and developing compelling fundraising propositions. Be strong in budget management, campaign evaluation skills, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential.

We are SIFA Fireside, the support service for any adult in Birmingham that faces homelessness. For 40 years we have supported Birmingham’s most vulnerable people through Homelessness Intervention, Prevention and Recovery services.
The purpose of the role is to support the development of SIFA Fireside through effective communications and campaigns. This role reports directly to the Head of Fundraising and Communications and is critical in raising our profile, raising funds and communicating the difference that SIFA Fireside and our supporters make to people experiencing homelessness in Birmingham. From external communications and awareness-raising campaigns to assisting with internal initiatives, this is a varied role which will work to maximise and strengthen our impact in the community.
Key Tasks (selection of):
1. Overseeing a range of communications campaigns covering schools and corporate fundraising, team challenges and social events as well as affecting change on a local and national level.
2. Supporting with organising a range of events including increasing awareness and fundraising initiatives both at SIFA Fireside and out in the community.
3. Writing press releases and promoting newsworthy stories before pitching to media outlets.
4. Taking responsibility for SIFA Fireside’s social media strategy, responding to supporter enquiries online and providing statistics as requested.
5. Review and update SIFA Fireside’s website, in liaison with the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
6. Assisting with corporate volunteer conversions (incl. liaising with volunteers, arranging photographs, supporting with feedback forms).

We need a talented, successful grants and trusts manager with an impressive track record of securing funding (including six figure) and driving charitable income growth. We need someone with experience of working within small-medium sized charities, someone who understands the challenges charities face and is resilient, self-sufficient, tenacious, ambitious, honest, full of integrity, brimming with enthusiasm and an all-round brilliant fundraiser (and human!) who loves what they do and is excited about making a real difference to stormbreak and the children and adults we work with.
You will lead on:
- achieving the fundraising budget and increasing stormbreak’s total income over future years,
- stewarding and cultivating our existing portfolio of trust / foundation supporters to maximise future income from the trusts / grants income stream through carefully crafted new approaches and applications,
- diversifying stormbreak’s income through the new development of major donor / corporate fundraising income streams.
Main responsibilities:

Purpose of the job
To drive forward Thames21’s ‘Thames Valley’ (broadly Oxfordshire/ Buckinghamshire/ Berkshire) catchment areas programme in line with our 5-year plan and future strategies ensuring appropriate integration across Thames21 and partner organisations. This includes building and sustaining a team to reduce diffuse pollution, increase biodiversity, improve water quality, and support agricultural businesses to deliver environmental improvement works and nature friendly farming practices.
The postholder requires operational experience and knowledge at catchment scale as well as project and people management experience. They will take a strategic overview of the programme and guide our growth in the thematical and geographical area, with a particular focus on the following outcomes.
- Work with 20 farmers each year to reduce diffuse pollution at source and flood risk.
- Offer advice on nature-based solutions and grant funding to farmers and landowners.
- Plant 30,000 trees annually.
- Input and support the achievement of other applicable 5-year plan targets. i.e. River restoration and catchment scale monitoring.
- Increase Thames21 presence in the Thames Valley, identifying opportunities, supporting, and complimenting the work of other NGOs and regional Rivers Trusts.
The role is a relatively new area of work for Thames21 and may consist of supporting a range of projects and programmes including Catchment Partnerships, Farm Clusters and Natural Flood Management.
Finally, the postholder will take a lead in progressing Thames21’s resilience strategy i.e. working closely with the Fundraising Team, the Catchment Partnership Team, and partner organisations to increase private and public investment to deliver healthy resilient rivers and catchments.
Additional requirements may include supporting other Thames21 projects and funding applications, as the need arises.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will oversee and manage the delivery of diverse projects. You will also develop your team’s scope, strategy and action plan in order to grow the team to deliver 5-year plan targets work closely with expert (e.g. statutory bodies, authorities, NGOs and academics) and non-expert (e.g. community groups and volunteers) stakeholders to develop, fund and deliver projects within the catchments, and oversee their management. We now have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Project Officer to join our team on a 1-year fixed term contract. As the Project Officer, you will support the delivery of our projects and events that form part of the learning experience for young women and girls. As a Project Officer, your key responsibilities will be:
· Develop and manage effective working relationships with senior managers, the project team, key stakeholders and delivery partners.
· Project manage webinars and E-Learning projects.
· Monitor and maintain the overall project progress.
· Ensure proper filing and management of evaluation and measurement documents including monitoring reports.
· Coordinate activity with project leaders, facilitators and volunteers related to delivery.
· Engage with other youth organisations programmes and events.
· Support the development of marketing and communications materials.
· Build relationships with aligned organisations, identifying opportunities to work in partnership where appropriate.
· Carry out administrative duties including minute taking, arranging travel and booking venues.
· Maintain a strong social media presence for Young Ladies Club and its projects.
· Update and develop project and organisation website and social media content.
· Provide some support to other Young Ladies Club projects
Required Skills and Experience:
· Strong experience of project management and coordinating the related activities

Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager
The Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager is a key role as we develop and evolve our early diagnosis programmes at Bowel Cancer UK. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity’s awareness and engagement programmes and the new Bowel Towns programme. This role will manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering programmes that improve cancer awareness, empower communities, and drive earlier diagnosis.
In addition, as the charity’s services lead for Northern Ireland (NI), the post holder will build high-impact partnerships and develop a regional plan to enhance awareness, early detection, and support for people affected by cancer. You’ll work closely with the Head of Services and Support to ensure our early diagnosis services are impactful, inclusive, and evidence-based.

Role Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer will play a critical role in shaping and delivering this digital presence. You will be responsible for translating our values, services, and impact into compelling, accessible digital content that reaches diverse audiences, drives engagement, and supports income generation. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Communications and the Senior Communications Officer, the postholder will ensure that First Steps ED’s digital communications are ethical, inclusive, data-led, and aligned with our organisational priorities.
The post holder will be required to attend our Derby office at least two times per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on digital communications, performance, and audience engagement.
- Deliver an integrated communications that supports income generation, awareness, influence, and service delivery.
- Evaluation of First Steps ED’s digital presence across website, social media, email, and paid digital channels.
- Ensure digital communications are accessible, ethical, on-brand, and data-led, strengthening First Steps ED’s public profile and engagement with key audiences.
- Set social media frameworks, objectives, and performance indicators.
- Manage content calendars, paid campaigns, optimisation, and analytics across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Own email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), performance tracking, and optimisation.
- Produce regular newsletters, ensuring they are newsworthy, well-designed, and properly formatted.
- Own SEO strategy, Google campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and report on First Steps ED’s digital presence across website, social media, email, and paid digital channels.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in digital communications or digital marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector/ charity sector.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Journalism or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

· Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copy-editing and proofreading skills.

The Role
As Senior Fundraising Manager (Major Giving), you will lead the development and implementation of an ambitious new Major Giving strategy to secure and maximise funds from high-net-worth individuals. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing donors while identifying and engaging new prospects, driving initiatives including Giving Circles and Development Boards.
You will work closely with senior leadership, Trustees, and key stakeholders to craft compelling cases for support, aligning with YMCA’s ambitious new housing strategy and broader organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, developing tailored engagement strategies to inspire long-term support.
- Plan and execute donor stewardship activities, including bespoke events, face-to-face meetings, and personalised communications.
- Work with senior leadership and Trustees to build strong relationships with philanthropists and high-value supporters.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, impact reports, and updates to donors.
- Identify and research prospective major donors, developing strategies to engage them effectively.
- Implement YMCA’s ambitious Major Giving Strategy which projects an ever more important focus for this area.
- Oversee the Major Giving income and expenditure budget, providing accurate forecasts and performance reports.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Legacy Manager will report into the Head of Public Fundraising and sits within the wider CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team. In this pivotal role you will leverage your individual giving digital skills, knowledge and passion to drive our fundraising efforts to new heights. Your innovative approach and data-led mindset will grow our income and supporter base, and ensure we’re on track for our mission to educate and empower young people of early detection of breast cancer.
You will need to have experience in both acquisition and retention programmes particularly in paid digital, new product development and developing multi-channel supporter journeys. You will be a great project manager, be confident in managing budgets across multiple income streams and using data to make evidence-based decisions. You will also have excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Development and delivery of the Individual Giving Programme across regular giving, cash, lottery, legacy and in memory activities and income streams with a digital first approach.

Work with the Head of Public Fundraising in developing and delivering the public fundraising strategy to support growth over the next 3 years.

Manage budgets against financial and non-financial KPI’s and targets. Be involved in setting budgets and regular re-forecasts, working closely with the Finance team to ensure all income and expenditure is coding and recorded correctly.

Develop supporter journeys across the programme and organisation, monitoring to optimise when necessary.

Manage external suppliers and partners to make sure that CoppaFeel! Is getting the best value for money and high quality services.

Lead on building the legacy programme to acquire new supporters and embed as a giving product in the organisation.

Manage and develop the in memory income stream with a view to grow over the next 3 years and integrate with other income streams which share the same motivation to give.
