Role Overview

Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. From grassroots beginnings, Kairos has grown into a respected, feminist led, specialist women’s organisation rooted in the community it serves.

Over the next 5 years, Kairos will strengthen our new Women’s Hub as a safe, accessible, trauma-informed women’s centre delivering best practice responses, expand our services to meet women’s needs, strengthen partnerships, and influence systems so that no woman is left behind.

The Business Support Officer will play a key role in the smooth running of Community Leisure UK, with a specific focus on facilitating members’ meetings and managing queries from members. The Soldiers' and Aviators' Scripture Readers Association (known as SASRA) is one of the longest-established Christian charities supporting the British Armed Forces. Under Royal patronage and working with over 70,000 soldiers, 30,000 RAF personnel and some 10,000 supporters of various types, we look to introduce members of the British Armed Forces to a practical experience of the Christian faith. 

We are now looking for home-based Regional Managers to help us engage with the Christian public across the UK.

The main function of Regional Managers is to bring before the Christian public the work we do taking the gospel of Jesus Christ and bringing a practical experience of the Christian faith to the young people of the British Army and Royal Air Force.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations. 

Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. You’ll be a Salesforce product champion - triaging support tickets, delivering configuration changes, supporting testing, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation. 

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our Salesforce Developer & Product Owner, Project Manager, and stakeholders around the world. Occasional travel to our London office and internationally may be required. 

About you 

You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch. You’re a confident communicator, an excellent problem solver, and comfortable supporting and training users in an international environment. Experience with NPSP and / or NPC is required. You must be a fluent English speaker with the right to work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania or Ukraine.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with fundraising, communications and digital colleagues, you’ll help shape and support campaigns, improve digital performance through insight and analytics, and share best practice across multiple countries - always with an international mindset and sensitivity to local needs.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including online campaigns

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

SBP is a growing organisation with an exciting portfolio of rewilding projects across Scotland. In tandem with ecological recovery, we work to develop nature-based

business models to establish rewilding as an economically viable land use in Scotland.

We deliver immersive Rewilding Experiences and a growing programme of Rewilding Training and Study Tours.

We are seeking a highly organised and financially astute individual, with sales experience, to take operational ownership of our Rewilding Experiences and to support our Rewilding Training programme over the next six months. The primary focus will be:

• Ensure the efficient delivery of our 2026 programmes
• Maximise bookings and income to support cost recovery
• Contribute to the development and planning of our 2027 programmes
