You will be part of a small energetic and committed team supporting the delivery of Northamptonshire Community Foundation’s philanthropy and income generation ambitions. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will help grow and steward support from individuals, corporate, charitable and statutory donors, with a lead responsibility for a defined portfolio of relationships and initiatives.

Fundraising and relationship building happen across the charity, and you will manage your own portfolio of donors and partners and work with the Chief Executive and wider team to co-ordinate activity, share insight and maximise opportunities for place based philanthropy in Northamptonshire.

Sea-Changers is looking for a motivated leader to make a step change at a key point in the organisation’s journey. Sea-Changers’ vision is a future where the UK’s seas and shores are clean and healthy and marine species and habitats are protected. Our grants seek to support communities of Sea-Changers – people who care about the seas and want to take practical action to make a difference. Through our grants we enable diverse, grassroots and community-led marine conservation across the UK.

Doubling our income to over £300,000 in 2025 has catalysed Sea-Changers to move from a volunteer-led charity to a sustainable organisation with a dedicated staff team. To enable this, we are seeking to appoint our first Executive Director. This new role will work alongside the Co-Founders and our Board of Trustees and lead the transition from a volunteer-led operation to a staff-led organisation.

As a driven individual, you will build on our success — strengthen partnerships, expand our impact, and help more communities to protect the ocean. Supported by a strong group of volunteers and an impressive Board, the Executive Director will be comfortable working at both a strategic and operation level, and ‘hands on’. By the end of 2027 it is our expectation you will take full responsibility for the strategic leadership and overall operational delivery of Sea-Changers.

We are looking for a dynamic Events Fundraising Officer to help recruit and support our fundraisers, assist with the organisation of events and help us to develop this significant income stream.

Working alongside the Challenge Events Manager, the Events Fundraising Officer is instrumental in every step of delivering well-managed, fun and safe events for our corporate partners and event participants, as well as ensuring the fundraising success of each event.

Excellent communication and people skills will be essential as you will play a key role in building up relationships with the clients, the participants and their supporters. Furthermore, you will be involved in the whole process of event organisation, including developing the event, preparing the resources, helping with logistics, maintaining accurate records, reporting and banking and thanking. 

The Fundraising Officer must be self-motivated, well organised, able to multi-task, a strong administrator, a fantastic team player, have excellent inter-personal skills and enjoy being outdoors.  Paid or voluntary experience in a fundraising environment is essential.  This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step in their career, with plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience within a supportive team. Whilst the role is home-based you must live in the South West to ensure easy access for in-person meetings.

At the Youth Adventure Trust, we use outdoor adventure to empower vulnerable young people from Swindon, Wiltshire and Somerset to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future. The Squad Club is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Club Leader to run our Juniors Club (ages 15–25) on Thursday evenings in Wimbledon, SW19.

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term role (8 hours per week, 40 weeks a year) paid at £13.85 per hour, with a mix of onsite and remote working.

The Squad is a small, volunteer‑run charity supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities through fun, inclusive weekly social clubs. Our members come to Squad to make friends, try new activities, build confidence, and enjoy a safe space where they can truly be themselves. Our clubs also give families and carers vital respite time.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can plan and deliver engaging weekly sessions, lead our Thursday night club, and work closely with volunteers, families, and our Operations Manager. You’ll help shape our annual programme, champion member voice, and make sure every session is safe, inclusive, and full of opportunities for learning and fun.

Writing, designing and delivering our supporter emails, and overall supporter journeys, is also a key component of the role, boosting digital engagement with a view to driving additional income over time.

When it comes to this work, you'll be our lead for this area internally but you'll also have the support of our digital agency, who we maintain a close working relationship with, the wider fundraising team and the organisation as a whole. Psychotherapist / Counsellor

At Prospect Hospice, we know that facing a life-limiting illness can bring profound emotional and psychological challenges for patients, families and those who care for them.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychotherapist or Counsellor to provide specialist psychological support to people navigating the complex emotional realities of serious illness, loss and end of life.

This is a meaningful opportunity to help people explore fear, grief, identity and resilience, while supporting clinical teams to deliver truly holistic hospice care.

Hours: 8 hours per week (with flexibility to meet service needs)

The role

Working as part of our Family Support Team and wider multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychotherapeutic assessment and intervention for patients and families experiencing complex emotional and psychological distress.

Your work will help ensure that psychological and spiritual care remains fully integrated within our hospice services.

In this role you will:

• Provide specialist 1:1 psychotherapy and counselling for patients and families with complex psychological needs
• Support people experiencing distress related to diagnosis, illness progression, trauma, grief and loss
• Contribute psychological expertise within multidisciplinary team discussions and care planning
• Provide consultation, supervision and training to staff and volunteers
• Lead reflective practice and staff support where appropriate
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of psycho-spiritual services across the hospice

Through your expertise and compassion, you will help patients and families find ways to cope, adapt and maintain dignity during some of life’s most difficult moments.

About you

You will be an experienced psychotherapist or counsellor who brings both professional expertise and emotional insight to your work.

You will have:

• A recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification and registration or accreditation with a recognised UK professional body
• Experience delivering 1:1 psychotherapy in complex or emotionally demanding settings
• Strong skills in assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention
• Experience supporting people facing serious illness, trauma, grief or bereavement
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Experience in palliative care or healthcare settings would be an advantage.

About the role

This Debt Advice Case Manager role combines both technical and pastoral elements. It will involve building a client case, untangling sometimes complex situations, liaising with creditors, providing guidance for volunteers, and discerning and communicating the appropriate choices and strategies for the client. You will also need to lead client appointments and support clients through what at times can be emotionally difficult situations. Ideally, we are looking for someone with prior debt advice experience, and who has experience of working with vulnerable clients and supporting volunteers. However, we will also consider employing someone as a trainee Debt Advice Case Manager if they are able to demonstrate that they possess the skills, maturity, and determination to become proficient in this role.

• 3-5 days per week
• Two roles available, one in the Hammersmith area, and one in the Kensington area
• Being available onsite is an important aspect of this role and so this role is hybrid with around 60% of your time in one of our branches and 40% remote. The exact split between remote/onsite working will be by agreement with the line manager and to meet the needs of the service which could change over time. We are looking for a Networks Development Coordinator to support the development of our networks to create inclusive, dynamic and engaging communities at UCL. We currently have nine networks at UCL and the purpose of this role is to empower, train and support our students to host events, run campaigns and raise awareness. You will help broker new partnerships with charities and other student groups, facilitating our students to build communities and get the most out of their time at UCL. You will also take a leading role in coordinating history months and awareness days, working with our student communities. 

This role will also work closely with UCL's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Team to oversee support and development of elected student EDI Reps who drive equality initiatives across the institution.
