As part of the Social Change directorate the Policy and Research team lead Homeless Link’s evidence, policy influencing and thought leadership activities. The research team generates robust evidence and practical insight to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a Research Manager to support the delivery of our strategic research portfolio. This role will involve managing and delivering research design, data collection, analysis and reporting, while working collaboratively with colleagues across Homeless Link, member organisations, academics, government officials, partners and people with lived experience.
The successful candidate will be an excellent project manager with strong quantitative research skills. They will have communication and relationship building skills, understanding of interpreting research findings in wider policy contexts, and of making strategic recommendations for national and local policy and decision makers. Role Purpose

POST OUTLINE
This is an impactful role working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for implementing a sustainable volunteer strategy, onboarding journey and programme across the charity. This varied role oversees the promotion of volunteering, internal and external relationship building, all stages of volunteer recruitment, HR checks and onboarding and the coordination of an effective volunteer mandatory training programme. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic manager to support, develop and manage staff delivering high quality mental health advocacy services and ensure services reflect best practice. You will work closely with other agencies, delivering services in partnership and identify opportunities for service development.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of and commitment to advocacy services and experience of managing and delivering mental health services with a strong client focus.
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week.
Base: Queens Road, Brighton - with travel across West Sussex required.

Brief Role Description:
Reporting to our CEO, and working closely with managers across Carers Leeds, the People and Culture Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality people policies, procedures and systems.
