About the Role:

Join our dedicated team in Trowbridge as a Supported Housing Worker, providing warm, person‑centred support and hands‑on housing management for people with recent experiences of homelessness (including those with offending backgrounds) living in designated properties. No two days are the same - you’ll build rapport, champion strengths, and create safe, stable homes where people can thrive.

You’ll guide clients to sustainable move‑on within agreed timescales by building trust, co‑creating clear support plans, and boosting confidence through practical tenancy skills, benefits and budgeting support, and encouragement.

What you’ll be doing:

Create and deliver personalised support plans and risk assessments to help clients thrive.

Champion safeguarding by following polices and procedures to keep everyone safe.

Empower clients be offering advice, information, and support to connect with the right services.

Maintain accurate client records using out system, INFORM.

Knowledge and understanding of the support needs of people facing homelessness, including those with mental health challenges, complex needs and substance misuse issues.

Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
