About the role

We are looking for an organised, collaborative and proactive Programme & Partnerships Officer to provide the coordination and delivery capacity that will help RJFN strengthen its national network and deliver its programme of work across advocacy, policy and practice development, research, training and member engagement.

Working closely with the RJFN Chair, members and partners, you will support member engagement, build and maintain partnerships, organise events and communications, and help monitor the network’s reach and impact. This is a varied role with significant autonomy and an opportunity to help shape a growing national network.

Finance, operations and governance (70%) — manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks, coordinate banking, prepare management accounts, support grant financial reporting, maintain internal systems (SharePoint, IT), lead on policy compliance (safeguarding, GDPR, health and safety), and support Board governance and statutory filings.

Membership coordination (30%) — manage the end-to-end membership process from enquiries to renewals, coordinate member surveys and data, and organise our events — quarterly member meetings, roundtables and webinars.

The Schools Consent Project is a UK-based charity dedicated to educating young people about sexual consent and healthy relationships. The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. As Volunteer Coordinator, you'll make sure FFLAG's volunteers are properly recruited, trained and supported, so they can continue doing this work well. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

• Identify what volunteers FFLAG needs, then recruit, induct and train them, including DBS checks and references

• Maintain training, the volunteer handbook and the Code of Conduct up to date

• Maintain regular contact with volunteers, so they stay engaged, safe and supported

• Act as FFLAG's Safeguarding Lead, providing regular supervision to support volunteers

We provide expert bereavement and grief information and support, and our charity has been supporting people for over 65 years. We support adults, children and young people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, through our national services, over 80 local branches and online information about grief and bereavement.

You will take the lead role in proactively researching and building a strong pipeline of opportunities, securing and growing income from charitable trusts and foundations, taking on a leadership role in working with senior external and internal stakeholders including funders and teams across the organisation to develop and submit compelling projects and proposals. The role will include the line management of the Trust and Foundation Team and ensure the creation of high-quality applications, ambitious cultivation of donors across key portfolio areas and consistent and appropriate, stewardship of funders.

Our community of volunteer engineers design and create equipment when no commercial alternative exists – at no charge to the individuals we help. We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to focus on leading and developing a diverse programme of fundraising activities that will generate sustainable income and support the organisation’s very compelling cause. REMAP is unique.

Our new Fundraising Manager will be ambitious and enthusiastic, with outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills who is able to develop excellent relationships with volunteers, donors and staff. They will:

• Develop and deliver an effective fundraising plans
• Build relationships with donors, trusts, foundations and corporate partners
• Manage applications, reporting and fundraising targets
• Work closely with REMAP's CEO and colleagues to communicate the impact of our work
