We’re looking for a Receptionist & Challenge Event Assistant to join our friendly Challenge Event team. This role is the first point of contact for many supporters of the Charity. Location – Home-based with regular travel across a designated region and to our office as required. This role will cover a region comprising East Riding, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and Sheffield & Hallamshire. The role requires regular travel across this geographical area, and successful candidates must be able to travel throughout the region as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.

As Support & Impact Manager, you'll work with organisations after funding has been awarded, helping them successfully deliver projects, comply with grant conditions and maximise the long-term impact of their investment.
You'll build trusted relationships with grant recipients and partners, providing expert advice, guidance and constructive challenge throughout the lifecycle of funded projects. You'll monitor performance, analyse project data, support organisations to overcome challenges, and ensure outcomes are evidenced to demonstrate the value of our investment and protect Funding Partner resources.
This is a varied role combining relationship management, performance monitoring, compliance, data analysis and continuous improvement, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to communities across England.

Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data, produce meaningful reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The salary band for this role is £40,000 - £46,000 per annum, dependant on relevant skills and experience.

This role ensures that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met with excellence, and that services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, value, and customer satisfaction.
