About the Role
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide end-to-end IT support across workplace technologies as part of a Global IT Service Desk. You will ensure timely incident resolution, excellent customer service, and continuous improvement of IT services.
A specialist focus of this role is Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, alongside collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
You will also provide technical support for events, hybrid meetings, and remote collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Service Desk Support
- Deliver first and second-line IT support, resolving incidents and requests in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Log and manage support queries through a ticket management system, responding accurately, ensuring timely updates and resolutions and escalating issues when required.
- Maintain high-quality documentation within the global IT service desk system.
User Support & Collaboration
- Provide onsite technical support, including meeting room, AV, and collaboration tools troubleshooting.
- Support joiner, mover and leaver processes for ITF staff, ensuring secure provisioning and deprovisioning of access.
- Communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users and contribute to the knowledge base of the organisation.
Microsoft Business Applications Support
- Act as a primary support contact for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot access, permissions, connectors, and configuration issues.
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of business applications across the organisation.
Event & Remote Support
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for meetings, conferences, and hybrid events.
- Troubleshoot AV and connectivity issues in real time.
Security, Compliance & Improvement
- Follow information security, GDPR, and data protection protocols.
- Contribute to service reporting, process improvement, and technology enhancements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practice.

You’re an experienced and proactive IT support professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience supporting modern cloud-based platforms in a fast paced international environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven IT service desk experience:
- First and second-line support experience within a multi-site or international organisation, operating to service level agreements.
- Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge:
- Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and identity/access systems.
- Technical problem-solving capability:
- Strong diagnostic skills across Windows devices, peripherals, collaboration tools, and cloud applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English:
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users and document solutions effectively.
- Security awareness:
- Understanding of information security principles, GDPR, and data protection responsibilities.
- Collaborative working style:

YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER: Violence Against Women and Girls (Female Applicants Only*)
Location - North Middlesex Hospital Accident & Emergency Department
Full-time - Fixed Term Contract to March 2027
Salary - £31,312 (including London Weighting) per annum
Youth violence is a problem that significantly affects young people, their families and entire communities. At Oasis, we believe that violence can be prevented by taking a holistic public health approach. Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a range of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. Through this holistic approach we have been instrumental in shaping the way young people are supported after experiencing trauma, violence or aggression.
Oasis Youth Support at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker: Violence Against Women and Girls Specialist to accompany young women who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent or aggressive incident, on their journey to make positive choices with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence through 1:1 mentoring.
You will be part of a large team based at the hospital and supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator, as well as the wider Community Hub Team based in Ponders End, Enfield.
The key responsibilities within the role are:
· Support young people and develop a bespoke mentoring programme that meets their needs
· Develop and evaluate a model of care that enables young people to benefit from community based interventions
· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence against women and girls for young people and professionals
· Assisting the team by facilitating high quality information gathering/sharing to track the support given and the success of the project
You could be successful in this role if you:
· Are passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives
· Have the ability to build positive relationships with young people as well as professionals
· have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. JNC, QTS, QSW), or relevant experience
· Have experience of working in a youth/community setting affected by youth crime
· Experience of mentoring / supporting young people
· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and organise your own time
