Key Responsibilities
- Create a clear, phased L&D roadmap that takes us from solid foundations to more modern and digital learning approaches
- Develop and deliver programmes that strengthen skills across all levels, with a strong focus on supporting managers and leaders
- Support and develop L&D team members
- Design and deliver regular learning opportunities including workshops, e-learning and practical sessions that support change and everyday effectiveness
- Use learning insights and data to understand successes, needs and inform planning
- Support a joined-up L&D partnering approach to offer tailored guidance to teams
- Lead and coordinate L&D projects and change initiatives in collaboration with leaders and experts
- Ensure all learning is inclusive and accessible for everyone
- Manage the L&D budget carefully and maximise value from the Apprenticeship Levy
About You
- Proven experience building or developing an L&D function from the ground up, ideally in a charity or purpose-led setting
- Strong background in blended learning across in-person, virtual and digital formats
- Solid project management experience, including LMS oversight
- Confident using data and insights to understand impact and inform decisions
- Good understanding of learning theories, best practice and emerging digital tools

Job purpose
This role will lead and coordinate Women in Prisons’ external communications, platforming the voice of women with lived experience of the criminal justice system to raise the organisation’s public profile and awareness of the criminalisation of women.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Lead and develop comprehensive communications strategies to raise WIP’s profile for influencing, fundraising and impact and that align with our vision and mission.
- Build public engagement and awareness, leading on campaign development and delivery
- Oversee the production of Women in Prison’s publications.
- Platform the voice of women with lived experience of the criminal justice system in all external communications.
- Manage WIP’s Spokesperson network
- Develop, build and contribute to high quality and authentic partnerships and relationships with stakeholders including journalists.

This role is part of a job share which will lead our Eastern European Outreach Service, covering five boroughs across East and West London. As Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery and development of high-quality outreach services tailored to the needs of Eastern European communities. This includes recognising and addressing the specific barriers these communities face in accessing support. You will provide line management to outreach staff, including supervision on complex and high-risk cases, and ensure operational emergencies are managed effectively.
You will lead on multi-agency collaboration, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and trauma-informed response for survivors. The role requires strong experience in casework management, staff supervision, and direct support to vulnerable individuals. A solid understanding of domestic abuse, gender-based violence, and its impact is essential, along with knowledge of relevant legislation including Criminal and Civil law, Housing, and Health & Safety.

About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of strong marcomms campaigns and content creation that help meet programme targets, raise the profile of our work and drive increased targeted engagement with our programmes and services.
Your main focus will be on programmes to engage our schools audiences, including teachers, careers leaders and young people. You will also drive engagement with organisations that run STEM outreach activities to help make all schools outreach more impactful.
In your role you will manage recruitment campaigns and marcomms for EUK Education (our schools-facing brand) and associated programmes such as Big Bang. You will also manage social channels, web editing and some design elements, as well as supporting on wider marketing communications to our corporate audiences.

We are looking for a Foster Scheme Coordinator to coordinate Battersea’s London Foster Scheme, working in conjunction with Operations and Clinic in sourcing suitable temporary homes for those dogs in our London site requiring foster and supporting both foster carers and dogs during their time away from Battersea.
The Foster Scheme Coordinator will maximise further growth impact and development of the Foster Scheme and the engagement and retention of our Foster Carers through the implementation of the Volunteering and Fostering strategy for Battersea.
They will provide guidance and support to existing and potential Foster Carers including managing their expectations.
Finally, they will ensure that all the behavioural and medical needs of foster dogs are met whilst on foster, sometimes dealing with contentious issues in a professional and sensitive manner.

Caxton Youth Organisation:
Caxton Youth Organisation is the only specialist youth club of its kind for learning disabled and autistic young people in Westminster aged 11 to 25. There is nowhere quite like Caxton Youth Club; that’s what the young people we work with and their families tell us, and we passionately believe it too.
Caxton has been around for 77 years, quite something for a small but mighty charity, and our longevity says so much about the importance of the services we provide to ensure young people with disabilities in Westminster are able to advance in their personal development, develop a sense of belonging in our community, and lead independent and fulfilling lives.
The majority of our work is delivered at our dedicated youth club in South Westminster. Our youth work team focus on young people’s social and emotional wellbeing, independence, employability, creating community and opportunities, social action and health & getting active. All these topics are explored during weekly youth club sessions which take place in the evenings, and young people are supported to attend thanks to our very own Caxton minibus which collects and drops participants home across the borough. During school holidays we run trips, including residential trips, giving our members the opportunity to experience life outside London, and parents and caregivers some much needed respite.

You will work alongside experienced palliative care doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care to patients living with life-limiting illness, and to support their families and carers.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-quality medical care to patients admitted to the inpatient unit
· Participate fully in the medical on-call and weekend rota supporting the 24-hour service
· Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic palliative and end-of-life care
· Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement activity
· Participate in teaching and education programmes, including clinical supervision and formal teaching
· Support junior colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement
The main duties are similar regardless of previous experience. Doctors with less experience in palliative medicine will receive appropriate supervision and support to undertake all aspects of the role safely and confidently. Ongoing professional development and education will be actively supported.
