About the role:
This Best Companies Top 50 mid-sized company and Top10 charity is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital and design team.
The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the Rainbow Trust website and digital platforms, oversee social media and email marketing activity, lead with a data first approach to all organic and paid digital advertising and deliver engaging content to achieve our fundraising and engagement growth goals.

We’re looking for a Legal Adviser who sees law as part of a wider movement for justice to join our social justice legal team in London. You’ll work alongside people harmed by drug criminalisation, poverty, and inequality — delivering outreach advice and casework in benefits, housing, and debt, while contributing to policy and advocacy that strengthens communities and challenges harm at its roots. Since Release’s inception in 1967, the organisation has continuously and actively advocated for open access to justice for all individuals with a specific emphasis on substance misuse and dependency. Reducing health and income inequalities’ significantly improves a person’s life chances and integration back into their community. Whilst legal services are available to the public via other sources, our client group will often be unable to access such services because of fear of stigma or discrimination.
We also operate a national drugs and legal helpline, and produce a number of free informative publications for the public, and specialist guidance material aimed at professionals in the substance misuse and dependency field.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) working a minimum of 3 days a week from our office in Spitalfields, London with the remaining 2 days working from home, if desired. The working hours are 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
The post holder will join our social justice legal team and will be required to deliver a minimum of 2 services through our in-person and ‘virtual’ legal services to clients attending alcohol/drug treatment centres, homeless day centres, and sexual health clinics. The legal advice, assistance and representation we provide has a particular focus on debt, housing including homelessness, and welfare benefits. The post holder will also be required (after a period of induction and/or training) to provide advice on Release’s national legal helpline pertaining to the criminal law and the criminal justice system related to drugs offences, and broader legal advice through our new Harm Reduction Hub drop-in service. In addition to the delivery of legal services, the postholder will also be required to assist with the policy work undertaken by the organisation.
We have been successful in tendering for legal aid contracts for Community Care and Public Law, and there may be opportunities for the post holder to work within these in the future.
As a member of our dynamic social justice legal team, based in London, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a minimum 2 legal outreach services at alcohol/drug treatment centres, homeless day centres and sexual health clinics in the London area, and with training deliver our expanding ‘virtual’ legal outreach services to clients elsewhere in the country.
- Completing casework resulting from our legal outreach services on issues including welfare benefits, housing, and debt;
- Providing advice to the public and professionals about legal issues connected with drug use (training will be provided);
- Updating our specialist publications;
- Contributing to our local and National policy commentary/response on drugs, and all associated legislation;
- Assisting with the development of our website and other IT-related service initiatives and their legal compliance.
Minimum requirements for the post include:
- Completion of LLB, GDL, or SQE1 and minimum six months’ experience in social welfare legal advice and casework in areas such as crime, housing, benefits, or debt.

If you are ready to bring your expertise in philanthropy and corporate partnerships to lead and vital fundraising at Missing People you will have:
• Significant experience leading growth (i.e. £500k increase) in income in both, or one of, philanthropy or corporate partnerships
• Experience of directly securing and managing high value support and partnerships
• Experience of successfully preparing others to also secure such support
• Experience of leading and developing high performing teams of fundraisers
• High level of experience of using Raisers Edge, or equivalent fundraising database

The Policy and Public Affairs team works to ensure that national laws, policies and guidance across the UK are fit-for-purpose in preventing cruelty to children. We work across the four nations of the UK. We develop and maintain the NSPCC’s positions on key public policy issues, drawing on research and policy analysis and feed in organisational insight and expertise gained through our services. We use our evidence-based positions to shape and influence national policy discussions on issues affecting child protection and manage the NSPCC’s political relations and work with governments, legislatures and stakeholders across the UK.
We focus on five key policy priorities: the child protection system and children’s social care; early years and health; child sexual abuse; online safety; and young victims and witnesses.
Job purpose
We are recruiting a Policy and Public Affairs Officer to contribute to the work of the Wales Policy and Public Affairs team in delivering real change and reform in the best interests of children.
The Policy and Public Affairs Officer will be responsible for undertaking policy work to achieve the NSPCC’s strategic goals, using their skills and experience to strengthen the NSPCC’s impact on public policy, and in doing so make a significant contribution to keeping children safe. The post holder will support the delivery of a range of policy-focused projects both within the Wales policy team, and across the wider UK policy team:
- Within the Wales team, the Officer will research and help build persuasive, evidence-based policy positions, support the NSPCC’s influencing activity as appropriate, and write consultations and impactful briefings. What do I need to bring with me?

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Programme Manager fluent in French to contribute to ClientEarth’s work to protect the world’s forests and strengthen Indigenous Peoples’ and Local Communities’ (IPLC) rights on land and forestry governance. The postholder will use their experience of programme management, partner engagement and monitoring, evaluation and learning to facilitate strategic decision-making and the quality programme delivery.

Meet your Manager
In this role, you will report to Catherine Lalonde, Head of Food, Oceans, and Land Use, African Partnerships. Catherine joined ClientEarth in 2025 and is based in Brussels. She leads ClientEarth’s programmes and impact strategies in Africa, built on long-term partnerships with lawyers and civil society organisations across West and Central Africa. Her work is grounded in regional priorities while ensuring alignment with ClientEarth’s global mission and strategy.
Main Duties
- Work collaboratively with partners to foster and create an effective and efficient programme management culture and embed best practices to support the optimal delivery of strategic initiatives. This includes continuing to innovate and strengthen the way in which ClientEarth engages with partners, especially in light of the decolonizing aid agenda.
- Responsible for effective programme management of regional projects—including contract and budget oversight—to deliver efficient, value-for-money, and sustainable outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, working with colleagues across programmes to ensure plans and impacts are timely and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support cross-partner regional collaboration, strategy, and planning to achieve consortium goals, while championing creative facilitation techniques and interactive group exercises in both online and in-person settings.
Role requirements
- Fluent (CEFR level C2) in English
- Fluent (CEFR level C2) in French
- Proven, extensive experience managing complex, multi-country programmes in the not-for-profit sector, including oversight of substantial six- to seven-figure budgets and coordination with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with national partners and stakeholders in developing country settings, such as civil society organizations, law firms, consultants and local communities
