Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced Associate Trainer to deliver high-quality training and workshops across Northern Ireland on behalf of Ygam as and when required. Main Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering training across Ygam’s portfolio of programmes, including education, youth work, health, social care, community and sporting sectors.
You will lead workshops and training both online and face to face. The role will support professionals, parents, carers and young people to understand and help prevent gaming and gambling harms. It will focus on using education to increase awareness of the social, environmental and commercial influences, including the practices of the industries, that can shape behaviours and increase the risk of harm among young people.
A crucial element of your role will be updating all relevant records and CRM systems.

We're looking for an organised, proactive Philanthropy Officer to support our work engaging high-net-worth individuals and the wealth advisers who refer them to our work, maintaining a strong pipeline of partners and donors.

About the Role
As a Support Worker in a Children’s Home, you will provide direct support and care for our young people, who have complex emotional and mental health difficulties (such as trauma and loss) and can struggle to regulate their emotions. As a Relationship Fundraiser, you'll support and inspire individuals raising funds for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. Through excellent supporter care, you'll help maximise fundraising income while ensuring every supporter feels valued and recognised.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and meaningful connections that encourage ongoing engagement and long-term support. Whether your background is in fundraising, sales or account management, you'll be confident achieving targets and skilled at managing competing priorities.
As a Relationship Fundraiser, you'll work from home and travel across North and East Yorkshire including York, Bridlington, the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate, building strong local connections and support fundraising activities.

Essential requirement: This role requires regular travel to locations that are not reasonably accessible to public transport and/or travel between locations within working hours. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trusts and grants fundraiser to lead the Charity's trusts, grants and foundations strategy. The role aims to secure multi-year four, five and six-figure grants and build a reliable, sustainable income stream. Reporting to the Fundraising Lead, you'll develop and manage a robust pipeline end-to-end (research, cultivation, application, reporting and renewal), write compelling cases for support and tailored proposals, and work closely with service delivery and finance colleagues to shape fundable projects with clear, measurable outcomes. You'll also steward existing funders through high-quality communications and reporting, keep accurate records and insight on income trends, and act as the internal specialist point of reference on the UK grant funding landscape.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience of securing and managing substantial trust/foundation and/or statutory income, with a demonstrable track record of delivering against annual targets and building a healthy pipeline. You'll be confident working independently and proactively, able to develop strong cross-organisational relationships, and comfortable picking up the phone to develop new funder relationships.
