We have an opportunity for a Senior Procurement and Contract Manager to join our team to own the strategy and delivery of procurement for our Services business areas.
Leading a small team, this role will see you responsible for implementing procurement and contract management best practice to deliver on all technical and commercial requirements for your areas. Supporting the Head of Procurement, you will be implementing transformation activities to make RBL Procurement a best-in-sector function and ensuring we achieve value for money from all third party spend whilst minimising risk.

- Line management of 2x Procurement and Contract Managers
- Provide commercial leadership to the team in tendering, negotiations and subsequent supplier management for multi-million-pound contracts
- Engage and embed with relevant internal stakeholder teams to drive improved procurement practice and early engagement in a true business partner model
- Defining and gaining buy-in for relevant category strategies and plans to maximise the value and reduced risk from third party agreements
- Proactively leading high value complex negotiations through to contract award and when required, intervening to solve urgent business needs
- Support the generation of reports and the identification and validation of savings opportunities to RBL’s Directors and Exec Board

About the role:
This role is home working based with travel in the West Midlands area of England. As a Homicide Service Children and Young Person caseworker you will be:
- Delivering a specialist service to children and young people (CYP) bereaved by homicide, and for those CYP who have witnessed a homicide
- Working collaboratively and jointly within the Homicide Service and other relevant organisations that can help to progress identified needs and ensure that young people are central to all processes that involve them.
- Acting as the designated caseworker and manage a caseload
- Implementing the CYP Homicide Service Delivery Model
- Working closely and supporting colleagues to provide a trauma informed service to children and young people.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality, front-line service to bereaved young people following murder or manslaughter. Working with colleagues in the National Homicide Service, as well as partner agencies including education, police, courts, social services and many other statutory and third sector organisations.
You will need to be able to travel to face to face sessions within, and occasionally outside of region, and therefore a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. This role is part of a job share which will lead our Eastern European Outreach Service, covering five boroughs across East and West London. About the role:
As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to victims of anti-social behaviour to cope and recover. You will be responsible for establishing contact with the person to assess the impact of the anti-social behaviour and provide them with appropriate information and support. As the needs and experiences of our clients are wide-ranging, the support you will provide will range from brief interventions over the telephone to longer term 1:1 and telephone based support.
You will be working from home, however regular travel will be required to work across Avon & Somerset, for this reason you should live within Avon& Somerset. You may at times be asked to support cases across surrounding areas.
You will have the skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. You should have demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position. An ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload is essential.

Qualified Low Intensity Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) – NHS Pathfinder Partnership
GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.
The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and work within the pathfinder partnership, across all partner organisations, providing high quality, evidence based, low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions using a guided self-help model, to clients with who have experienced sexual trauma but also have additional mental health needs. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Work within the Pathfinder partnership consultation model to identify potential survivors who might benefit from a low intensity psychological intervention.
- Undertake client-centred conversations and assessments which identifies areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others.
- Provide a range of information and support for evidence based, low intensity psychological interventions whilst working within a flexible and person-centred model of care.
- Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate interventions are considered and identify where a transfer of care to an HSP or another pathfinder team member might be required.
- Prepare and present clinical information for all clients on their caseload to clinical case management supervisors within the service on an agreed and scheduled basis, in order to ensure safe practice and the clinical governance obligations of the worker, supervisor and service are delivered.

About the role
You will work closely with the Income Generation Team and Services Teams to develop and maintain long-term sustainable funding from Trusts and Foundations. Through developing and expanding income through grants, evolving our case for support, and managing relationships with a variety of grant funders, you will transform survivors’ lives and help us be part of the systems change to end sexual violence.
You will undertake new prospect research, keep up-to-date with the sector at large, and maintain and grow our funding pipeline. You will also write compelling funding bids, proposals and appeals, alongside timely reports to funders. You will seek opportunities to strengthen and build on existing and lapsed funding relationships and offer opportunities to engage funders directly with our work.
About You
You will be passionate about implementing the SARSAS fundraising strategy ensuring that SARSAS can continue to deliver support to meet the needs of those who have been raped and sexually abused across Avon and Somerset.
You will be a skilled writer who is confident in identifying, researching, and qualifying prospects to continue our successful growth. You will have strong relationship management skills and will be able to build and sustain long-term relationships with funders, as well as identify opportunities to deepen funders’ commitment to our cause.
You will have strong organisational skills, and be able to manage a workload which balances application and reporting deadlines alongside funder stewardship and pipeline development. You will also be a good team player and self-starter – we’re a small team who manage our own workloads, but we relish the opportunity to come together, share ideas and take creative risks.

SARSAS exists to relieve the trauma and distress, and help rebuild the lives, of survivors who live in Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BANES, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.

You will provide capacity-building in the form of advice, advocacy, support, and briefings across three London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of Eastern European domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.
It is essential for candidates to be proficient in one or more Eastern European languages.

In this role, you will:

Legacies form a key source of income for the British Heart Foundation (BHF), raising approximately £100m a year for our life‑saving research.
As a Legacy Manager, you will manage, protect, and optimise this income. You'll work alongside three other Legacy Managers, supporting the Head of Legacy Management to build on the team’s successes and to optimise the BHF’s income from gifts in Wills.

About you
