Effective financial control is central to our strategy and operating model. The finance officer plays an essential role in maintaining control over our finances and operations. You will process and monitor financial transactions, liaise with our payroll bureau regarding staff payroll and pensions and support the Head of finance. You will be experienced in using Dynamics 365 Business Central as an accounting system.
This is a part-time role for two days a week (0.4FTE), with flexibility about when the hours are worked. It's a hybrid role, working from home and from our office. You will report to our Head of finance. You will also work with all staff on financial matters including personal and credit card expenses, central and project income and expenditure, and processing of payroll by liaising with our external bureau.

The Role
This substantive role within a high performing small team , will support the delivery of high-quality grant-making activity across the organisation. The Person
The successful candidate will be an experienced and detail experienced grants system professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be comfortable working with complex information, able to clearly identify risk, and practiced in making sound, evidence-based decisions and business cases.
This person will communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, and will be confident managing sensitive and confidential conversations with donors and their advisors. Highly organised, fast paced and able to prioritise effectively, this person will be able to manage a varied and busy workload spanning both operational delivery and longer-term strategic projects.
This person will have strong understanding of charity law and the UK regulatory frameworks, and will be confident using IT systems to manage data and processes. Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce will be very useful, though a willingness to learn is equally important.
Experience in donor-advised funds, philanthropic advice, wealth management structures, and/or working with UHNW individuals and Foundations would be very advantageous, as would exposure to international grant-making or funding policy development work. Comfortable working in a corporate style environment will be important and having a genuine commitment to the organisation’s philanthropic mission will be essential.

About The Drive Partnership
The Drive Partnership, established by Respect, SafeLives, and Social Finance in 2015, is working to end domestic abuse and protect victim-survivors by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. The Drive Partnership does this through the development of innovative perpetrator responses and advocating for systems and policy change to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators to increase the safety and freedom of all adult and child victim-survivors.
Purpose
Following a four-year investment from the Home Office announced in July 2025, the Drive Project – the Drive Partnership’s flagship intervention for high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse – will expand across all areas in England and Wales, with the vast majority of funding flowing directly to local perpetrator services and victim-survivor services by nature of the Drive Project’s model.
To support the safe implementation of the expansion of the Drive Project intervention, we are seeking a proactive, solution focused individual to work with Drive Partnership and SafeLives, and our delivery sites to ensure our Data Protection policies and practice are up to date, and being consistently adhered to.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
The function of the Maintenance Operative is to support the safe, compliant and effective maintenance of the Hospice estate, including grounds and retail properties, by undertaking a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks.

About the role
As a first line IT support engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our staff across the UK, acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and incidents. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while resolving issues across a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Azure, mobile device platforms, and video conferencing tools.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service based in the North Lincolnshire area.
Position: 000014 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, North Lincolnshire. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (this will include regular home visits, and may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.
Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:
· Making introductory calls to stroke survivors and carers, identify their needs and their desired support pathway through the service.
· Delivering an effective service in line with our case management principles ensuring that confidential and accurate records are kept on our CRM database.
· Organise and deliver community engagement activities such as awareness events and service presentations to promote the service and raise awareness of stroke and its risk factors
· Provide personalised information, advice and support using a person-centred approach through a variety of contact methods including home visits.
· Working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations involved in the care of stroke survivors and carers to ensure the best possible support is provided throughout the stroke pathway.

The Foundation for International Law for the Environment (FILE) is a not-for-profit philanthropic organisation working to accelerate legal action on climate change.
Through grant-making and in-house legal expertise, we empower our partners to deliver strategic, innovative legal interventions and we support lawyers in their own countries to bring their own cases.

The Role
We are looking for an exceptional interim finance leader to join FILE during a period of organisational transition, as we shape our strategy for the next three years and review our long-term leadership structure.
This is a strictly interim appointment, created to provide visible senior leadership across our Finance function while FILE undertakes a wider review of its long-term organisational design and permanent leadership arrangements.
As Interim Director of Finance, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Executive Director, Supervisory Board, and senior leaders to ensure strong financial stewardship and sharp strategic insight. Strategic and Team Leadership (20%)

Financial Strategy, Planning and Analysis (30%)
You will hold overall accountability for FILE's long-term financial planning, budgeting, scenario modelling and reporting, ensuring financial sustainability and acting as a thought partner to senior leadership and boards. This includes supporting fundraising and grantmaking with high-quality financial insight, stewarding donor funds effectively, and maintaining a reserves strategy aligned to FILE's mission and risk appetite.
Finance Operations and Systems (20%)
You will hold overall accountability for finance operations including compliance, taxation, audit and treasury management, with day-to-day execution delegated to the Head of Finance. Responsibilities include cashflow forecasting, foreign exchange and banking relationships, and supporting the development of a finance systems roadmap to harmonise platforms across the FILE network.
Risk and Compliance (30%)
You will lead financial risk identification, assessment and mitigation across the organisation, overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of finance policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance with relevant local laws, tax regulations and donor requirements, underpinned by strong internal and external assurance including statutory and donor audits.
