Be part of the first step in a survivor’s recovery journey by supporting safe and timely access to specialist services. This is a key frontline role working with survivors who have experienced sexual violence or sexual abuse to ensure they receive the right support at the right time.
As a Sexual Violence Practitioner within our Navigation and Engagement Service, you will act as the first point of contact for individuals accessing Survivors in Transition. You will deliver trauma-informed screening, risk assessment and triage, working closely with survivors to understand their needs, strengths and support priorities. Using your professional judgement, you will guide individuals into appropriate services and recovery pathways, ensuring safe entry into services and responding to any safeguarding or crisis needs in partnership with statutory agencies where required.
You will manage a short-term caseload from assessment through to intervention, providing check-in support, advocacy and wellbeing input while coordinating care with mental health services, police, social care and voluntary sector partners. This role plays a vital part in managing referral pathways, waiting lists and safe access to therapy, contributing to joined-up, survivor-led care across the region.
Working within a supportive and reflective team environment, you will maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes and contribute to service evaluation, helping to identify trends at the entry point to improve access to recovery services. This is a practitioner-level role requiring experience of working with trauma, managing risk and complexity, and making autonomous decisions within a safeguarding framework.

Job purpose

Main duties/responsibilities
- To support and deliver the Community Fundraising strategy within agreed budgets to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
- To raise awareness of our work and to inspire support through the following activities:
- To steward our network of fundraising supporters to maintain engagement and build loyalty, by providing a highly personalised approach to supporting Willow’s fundraisers ensuring our supporters receive a positive experience throughout their fundraising activity, including sending thank you communications and ongoing stewardship. 25%
- To develop proactive relationships with various organisations within the community setting, including, schools, societies, community groups and companies. 25%
- To deliver presentations to a variety of community audiences. 5%
- To organise and deliver a calendar of fundraising activity that creates opportunities for supporters to help Willow. Ensure participation and income targets are achieved. 10%
- To develop the charity’s social media fundraising activity in collaboration with the wider team.10%
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Team, to help plan and develop multi-channel campaigns including on and offline activity that inspire and engage people. 5%
- To work with the Communications Team to produce campaign materials, share interesting stories and fundraising updates. Prepare content for newsletters, website, and social media. 5%
- To develop a team of volunteers to support fundraising activity. This could include delivering talks, attending events, and promoting Willow at community events. 10%
- To foster relationships with Willow’s network of charity shops and explore collaborative opportunities to mutually support each other's initiatives. 5%
- To ensure accurate recording of supporter information and reporting on activity through:
- Updating the charity’s database, Raisers Edge (RE) recording all donor contact and fundraising activity.
- Using RE as a tool to aid fundraising using data insight and reporting
- To prepare end of campaign reports to improve results for future campaigns and capture learnings.
- To prepare regular income reports and updates as required.
- To keep up- to- date and comply with the rules as set by the Fundraising Regulator, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant legislation and codes of practice and good practice.
- To keep up to date with changes and trends in the UK fundraising environment
- To undertake any other tasks required

About Sculpt UK
Sculpt is a UK-based charity with over 20 years’ experience, who support young people to shape their own future. Our vision is that we live in a society where young people can be fulfilled through their education, work and participation in wider society. The need for our work is clear given the increasing problems young people face and their lack of confidence and awareness regarding their journey into the world of work.
We run a range of bespoke programmes that work directly with young people in conjunction with partners - schools, careers hubs, employers, local government and further/higher education. What does the role involve?
Sculpt UK is hiring a youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training).

The Role

About the Role
We’re seeking an Individual Giving and Acquisition Officer to lead on our individual giving strategy to join our high-performing fundraising team.
2025 was our best year yet for income and this role is pivotal in helping us to take the next step in growing our supporter base and future income.
This new role will be responsible for planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns to recruit regular donors, using data-led insights, audience segmentation, and performance tracking to optimise activity across digital, direct mail, telemarketing, and face-to-face channels.
The role will also focus on growing our lottery programme, converting new players into regular supporters, and developing retention strategies that maximise long-term commitment and lifetime value.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver effective multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Lead and grow our lottery programme, managing promotional campaigns, partner relationships, and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement supporter retention strategies to engage both new and existing supporters.
- Work with the Digital Engagement and Communications team to create engaging content and calls to action.
- Analyse campaign performance and supporter data to optimise acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, GDPR, and marketing standards.
- Build strong relationships with supporters, agencies, and partners.

JOB PURPOSE
The Resettlement Coordinator supports the Resettlement & Housing Needs Service Manager with both the development and the day to day running of the Resettlement Team, the core team within The Passage Resource Centre. The Resettlement Coordinator line manages a team of Resettlement Workers, who are responsible for the initial assessment of service users. Ensuring that effective and reliable assessments are carried out and that person centred Resettlement Plans and Safety Plans are created and updated for all service users through a lead case worker system.

To Lead and Manage a Team

Providing leadership and day to day management & supervision of a team of Resettlement Workers

Assisting with Duty Manager shift cover within the Resource Centre as needed to ensure service continuity.

Ensuring the team is recording and updating. To ensure the Resettlement Team are keeping accurate record keeping, while maintaining timely record keeping using internal database as well as client files and ensuring all record keeping is kept securely in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Ensuring that The Passage’s policies and procedures in relation to information management, monitoring and reporting are fully implemented, in an accurate and timely way, ensuring that all staff members are clear about their responsibilities.
