The Housing Navigator Service Lead works in partnership with SIFA’s Homeless Intervention Team and Birmingham City Council’s Housing Directorate to ensure that individuals coming to SIFA in need of housing are provided with the necessary support and guidance to engage with the Local Authority and access safe, sustainable accommodation that adequately meets their needs. A key focus of the role is to identify and address the barriers that may otherwise prevent an individual from accessing such accommodation.

The post holder will also ensure that individuals accessing accommodation are signposted to other relevant services that may enable them to sustain their tenancies. The post holder will be a strong leader and communicator who can engage with partner agencies and other SIFA services to ensure those accessing the space receive the correct assistance. The Service Lead reports to the HIT Service Manager and plays an essential role in the operational delivery of SIFA Fireside’s vision.

Key tasks (selection of):

1. Provide direct line management and supervision for Housing Navigators.

2. Facilitate integrated service provision through close working alongside other Service Leads, ensuring individuals requesting housing assistance are given clear guidance and appropriate support to access accommodation.

3. Carry out advocacy on behalf of clients where required.

4. Support and review the active caseload of Housing Navigators.

5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, contributing to their ongoing development across the organisation and acting as the first point of reference for Housing Navigators. The post holder will also act as the first escalation point concerning incidents and complaints.

DreamArts fuses arts and therapeutic practice to support wellbeing. Our acclaimed EXPERIMENT Juniors programme engages 6-12 year olds to explore and unleash their talents, try things out, express themselves and grow their skills.

Participants take control and create their own original work, from musicals to collaborating with companies such as Les Enfants Terribles. 

EXPERIMENT takes place on a Saturday in South Westminster and on Sundays in Church Street plus some special projects during school holidays. The majority of participants are eligible for free school meals and live in some of London’s most deprived areas.  

We are looking for a Wellbeing Practitioner for our Sunday group who is able to inspire and support young people, in particular those who may struggle in group settings. You must be passionate about engaging participants from marginalised communities and committed to support wellbeing through the arts. You will help young people participate in creative sessions that provide opportunities to explore their challenges, build a sense of belonging with peers and strengthen their emotional wellbeing.

Working alongside creative facilitators, the Wellbeing Practitioner will focus on identifying and removing barriers to participation, identifying appropriate support that responds to emerging needs and creates a sense of community.

In our last staff satisfaction survey 100% of team members felt inspired at DreamArts to do their best at their job, and 100% said that their voice and skills matter at DreamArts. 

We believe young people benefit from seeing a diverse range of positive adult role models. Carers often experience significant financial challenges because of their caring role. This post will play a key role in ensuring carers can access the information, advice and support they need to maximise their income, improve financial resilience, and make informed decisions about their finances.

The Carer Financial Wellbeing Coordinator will provide day-to-day line management and support to Welfare Benefits Advisors, oversee the quality of financial wellbeing services, and work collaboratively to develop innovative and accessible support for carers. 

The role includes providing welfare benefits and financial wellbeing advice, supporting complex cases where appropriate, delivering workshops and training, developing resources, and identifying opportunities to strengthen our support offer.

You will work closely with teams across Carers Support West Sussex to ensure carers receive joined-up support and that financial wellbeing is embedded throughout our services. You will also contribute to service development, impact monitoring and continuous improvement, helping us demonstrate the difference our services make to carers across the county.

The role is a mix of remote/home working and community-based delivery, with travel across West Sussex required to attend meetings, deliver workshops and support carers and partners in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Line Management: Provide day-to-day line management, supervision and support to the Welfare Benefits Advisors, including workload allocation, performance management and development.
•  Information & Guidance: Deliver high-quality welfare benefits and financial wellbeing advice to carers, including complex cases where appropriate, taking a holistic approach to financial wellbeing, considering benefits, grants, financial resilience and wider income maximisation.
•  Facilitate Learning: Design and deliver group sessions face-to-face in the community and online, videos, resources, workshops and information sessions for carers and deliver training and briefings for CSWS staff and volunteers to build confidence in identifying and responding to carers’ financial concerns.
•  Data Recording: Maintain accurate and timely records on CSWS Client Record Management systems to support monitoring, reporting and service improvement.

The role

As Youth Advocacy Lead, you will develop and deliver GMYN’s new We Rise project, working alongside care-experienced and separated young people to transform housing and accommodation across Greater Manchester. 

This role is about more than delivering a project. It is an opportunity to help change not just young people's lives but how an organisation listens to them. We are looking for an advocate who believes young people already have the answers; they simply need adults and organisations willing to listen, share power and act. 

The role will combine direct work with young people, advocacy practice, organisational development and systems change. You will introduce and embed a self-advocacy approach across GMYN, supporting young people to understand their rights, build confidence and influence the decisions affecting their lives. 

Alongside this, you will support GMYN colleagues to develop the skills and confidence to make advocacy part of everyday practice; not something that only happens when things go wrong. The Winchester Beacon has been supporting individuals experiencing homelessness for almost forty years. The organisation provides a safe and welcoming accommodation for up to 22 individuals, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day across 4 sites. Residents receive personalised support through regular one-to-one meetings with a Support Worker to plan steps towards positive change and independent living.

Role Description

This 0.6 part-time hybrid role (22.5 hours per week) of Facilities Manager is based in Winchester with some flexibility for remote work. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety and functionality of the organisation’s main site and off-site residences. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and performing regular site inspections. About you

You will have:

• Strong charity finance experience, including management accounts, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, restricted funds and financial controls.

• A successful fundraising track record across grants, tenders, commissioned contracts or partnership bids.
• Experience managing a funding pipeline.
• Confidence using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Knowledge of grant management, funder reporting and audit requirements.
• The ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Strong organisational, collaborative and line-management skills.

You do not need to have held an identical combined role, but you must show strong charity finance expertise alongside credible fundraising and income-development experience.

Role Summary

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations and

administration, and in the long-term sustainability of the organisation. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO

and senior team to coordinate systems, support financial reconciliation, lead HR across the employee lifecycle,

manage a team of 40+ volunteers, and oversee logistics across projects and teams as well as leading on the

management of our online safe space.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with prior charity sector experience who is highly

Key Responsibilities

This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities

1. Finance & Reconciliation

• Support the Finance Officer with basic finance and reconciliation of transactions using Xero.
• Track and process invoices, expenses and contracts with support from the finance team.

• Support safeguarding administration and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for
• staff, volunteers and service users.
• 4. Operations & Administration
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the senior leadership team, including booking travel,
• coordinating accommodation, and planning meetings and events.
• Schedule and support internal meetings, take notes and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
• Maintain and improve internal systems, including scheduling, databases, digital and physical filing, contract
• management and team workflows.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, subscriptions, software licences, office organisation, incoming post,

• 5. Programme & Volunteer Support
• Manage testimony processor volunteers and support the recruitment, onboarding, training and coordination
• of all EI volunteers.
• Lead the planning and delivery of the organisation's mentorship programme.
• Support the growth and delivery of the Safe Space campaign.
• Plan and execute the organisation's Annual General Meeting.
• Provide other administrative, logistical and monitoring support across organisational programmes and
