Summary

We are seeking a visionary Director of Digital, Data and Technology to shape the future of education at the Harris Federation.

Main Areas of Responsibility

The Director of Digital, Data and Technology will lead the strategic direction of digital, data and technology across the Federation, driving innovation, transformation and high-quality service delivery to support education and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical discipline

About our Wellbeing Centres

We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to take part in group activities, chat with others over a cuppa, play a game, read a book, or just sit quietly over some mindful colouring. Our sessions are facilitated by our recovery workers, students and volunteers who can also provide information about other services available locally and on ways to support your well-being.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operation of the Mind BLMK Luton Mental Health Prevention and Recovery Service.

Based at our Luton Wellbeing Centre the service provides a range of activities, groups and support opportunities throughout the week, helping people to manage their mental health, build confidence and progress through their own recovery journeys.

The Service Manager role is varied and rewarding, ensuing the smooth running of the service and playing a key role in shaping and enhancing the service to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the local community. Working in line with Mind BLMK values, you will monitor performance and drive service improvement, promote the service across the area, and build strong partnerships with local organisations, community groups, and key stakeholders.

You will oversee referrals into the service, lead on the assessment of more complex cases to determine suitability, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. You will also provide day to day leadership and supervision to the staff, volunteers, and student team, while maintaining responsibility for the health, safety, and management of the Luton Wellbeing Centre and its facilities.

Service Delivery Includes

Operate a service and ensure outcomes which supports individuals to deescalate crisis and develop strategies for recovery and increased wellbeing, in line with Mind BLMKs Recovery Model and contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Work with the Operational Services Manager to review, design and implement changes to service delivery and working models, ensuring the service meets the needs of the local community, identifying solutions to gaps in provision and seek opportunities to grow the service and maximise the use of the centre premises.

Contribute to the development of the Luton service plan in line with both Mind BLMK priorities and the wider Luton Mental Health Plan and 2040 vision.

Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within the busy Court environment at Stoke Crown Court and North Staffordshire Justice Centre. You will play a vital role in supporting the Deputy Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role is permanent working 37.5 hours per week covering Stoke Crown Court and North Staffordshire Justice Centre.

Support the Programme Manager with the day-to-day running of the recovery service.  Ensure safe, structured and effective service delivery.  Build supportive and professional relationships with residents.  Provide key working support, helping residents identify and achieve their goals.  Support the induction of new residents, ensuring a welcoming and structured onboarding experience.           

Essential criteria

• Experience working with individuals with complex needs (e.g. addiction, offending, homelessness, probation, criminal justice system). 
• Demonstrable track record supervising or supporting staff in a similar setting.
• Experience delivering structured support, recovery programmes, or key working.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and supported housing.
• Experience supporting individuals towards independent living.

Salary:  £36,000

Victim Support is seeking a confident, organised, and collaborative Team Leader to lead our Witness Service outreach team working in the community. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that vulnerable intimidated witnesses receive high-quality, timely, and compassionate support at every stage of the justice process.

In this newly created role of contracts legal specialist, you’ll lead on all contractual legal matters across The Wildlife Trusts Federation, acting as the first point of contact, providing high quality legal advice for contract-related queries. Reporting to our Legal Director, you’ll build successful working relationships across the organisation supporting colleagues to identify, manage and mitigate legal risk while enabling the Charity’s work to thrive. You’ll play a key role in promoting legal compliance, contributing to the development of policies and guidance, and staying up to date with legislative changes and relevant case law. While your focus will be on contract law, you’ll also bring a broad awareness of related areas such as charity and employment law.

Using your legal expertise and excellent communication skills, you will design, organise and deliver training to colleagues, embedding best practice, building capacity and confidence, improving consistency and ensuring value for money on contracting activities. You’ll be organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment.

As a pragmatic and commercially astute professional, you’ll balance risk awareness with opportunity, using your initiative to take on new challenges and quickly develop knowledge in unfamiliar areas to support the wider work of the legal team.
