About the Role

This business-critical Programme Coordinator role ensures the smooth, efficient and high-quality delivery of The Talent Foundry's workshops and programmes across the UK.

Highly administrative, fast-paced and detail-focused, this role suits someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and keeping complex delivery moving seamlessly in the background. You will be the operational backbone of multiple programmes across primary and secondary schools.

• Provide excellent customer service to schools, partners and facilitators

The Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator (APPC) postholder is responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Social Mobility Foundation’s programme of activities for young people through their S5-6/sixth form and university years.   
The SMF offers in-person and online support and opportunities, so this role will involve providing virtual and in-person support to students and working with employers across the UK.

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Project Delivery 

• Deliver key projects including recruiting and onboarding students, creating digital resources and student events  
• Support with programme pilots, scoping (and delivering on) new activity   
• Collaborate and build relationships with our employer partners, schools, and universities to support our young people in their applications for university, internships and graduate roles  
• Deliver on allocated events relating to our programme model (university applications, skill development, work experience and mentoring), presenting content to a high standard and in line with the Social Mobility Foundation messaging

 2. Monitoring and Evaluation  

• Follow established procedures to monitor the progress of your work area, using accurate data to inform decisions
• Maintain accurate records across relevant databases, updating data accurately and in a timely manner  
• Contribute to evaluation for key work areas (residentials, events, internships etc), produce high quality evaluation reports where required.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Communicate to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively update external partners (i.e. employers) on your work areas, flagging risks in a timely manner with relationship managers
• Manage internal student queries and maintain consistent stakeholder (e.g. students) processes through regular communication

4. Activity Delivery  

• Coordinate planning and delivery of skills sessions, partner events, university visits, and other activities, both virtually and in person across the Social Mobility Foundation’s target cities across the UK
• Coordinate logistics of sixth form and S5/S6 and undergraduate internships, including but not limited to, student selection, liaising with students and employers throughout internship delivery

• Most of our work is office based, but you will spend a lot of time collaborating with other teams and clients via email, telephone and other communications channels such as Teams or Zoom.

This means that during the summer period (Jul – Aug) you will be expected to stay overnight on-site (in the UK - exact location to be confirmed closer to the time) for a period of up to two-weeks, help run the residential and be responsible for the welfare of the young people involved.

We are recruiting a Van Peer Coordinator to support our Hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford & Thames Valley area. This role involves driving a van across the region and working with people affected by substance use and hepatitis C. 

Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment.

About the Role

As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as our Project Coordinator in the West of England Combined Authority and in the North East Combined Authority, England.

The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Walk To School Outreach (WTSO) project and acting as a key contact for our delivery partners, liaising with schools and/or any other stakeholders, as appropriate. You will work with schools across your assigned region in England. You will occasionally be required on site and will therefore live within a reasonable distance for travel via public transport.

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the project achieves its behaviour change aims, as agreed by the funder. This includes but is not limited to recruiting schools onto the project, keeping schools engaged and actively participating, organising the distribution of resources, behaviour change activities, and keeping monitoring and record keeping systems up to date. You will also support the project aims of identifying and recommending improvements, to overcome barriers to walking to school.

Project & Fundraising Support Officer

Location: Haywards Heath (office-based, with some travel in West Sussex)
Salary: £24,000–£26,000 (35 hours/week)
Contract: Fixed-term (12 months, with intention to extend depending on funding/performance)

About the role
This is a varied, entry-level role offering hands-on experience across programme delivery, fundraising, communications and administration. You will support our UK nutrition project - the IMPACT Tasty Team - helping deliver community sessions, recruit volunteers, liaise with partners, monitor activities and support fundraising and reporting.

You will also contribute to IMPACT's wider international work, including assisting with fundraising proposals and donor engagement, supporting communications and social media, and helping manage relationships with international partners in Asia and Africa.

About you
We are looking for someone highly motivated, proactive and eager to learn. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. A genuine interest in nutrition, community projects, international development and fundraising is essential.

Some relevant experience (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not required.

About your role 

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fundraising Co-ordinator to join the Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team at Housing Justice.As Fundraising Co-ordinator, you will identify both statutory and grant funding opportunities to fund our projects, and craft compelling bids and proposals that clearly articulate our vision, services, and value to commissioners and funders. You will also be responsible for applying for relevant accreditations to support your applications and will have experience of building corporate partnerships.

Through personalised, strengths-based plans, you’ll connect them to positive, non-clinical community activities and services that build resilience, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with young people and their parents/carers to understand what matters most and co-produce tailored action plans.
• Connect families to relevant voluntary and community sector services.
• Provide short-term support (approx. four sessions), including follow-ups and accompanied visits where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with GP practices, schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes, and contribute case studies and reports.
• Support safeguarding processes and ensure safe, appropriate exit planning.
• Champion social prescribing locally and strengthen partnerships across Bexley.

The CYP Social Prescribing Project focuses on early intervention, reducing health inequalities, and improving emotional, social, and physical wellbeing. By linking young people to community-based support, we ease pressure on statutory services while promoting holistic, person-centred care.
