Our regular supporters are essential to delivering our services across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for a Regular Giving Programme Manager to ensure we’re developing innovative new approaches in this area, and existing supporters receive an excellent experience.
What does this role do?
As Regular Giving Programme Manager, you’ll:
- ensure the successful delivery of programmes in the area, which includes our most popular fundraising product Sponsor a Dog, continually analysing and assessing performance, and reviewing plans as necessary,
- develop new product opportunities in the area and maintain existing ones, providing those essential, long-term supporters with an excellent sponsorship experience,
- lead and manage the Regular Giving team, embedding a high-performance culture, and supporting where necessary,
- provide strategic input, insight gathering, and analysis to projects throughout the year.
This role is a fixed term contract from December 2026 to November 2027. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 12th and 13th October 2026 and will take place on Teams.

The Mass Public Fundraising directorate brings in approximately £88m per annum through regular giving, one off gifts, prize led fundraising, community and events and legacy and in memory. About the role
As our Senior Legacy Marketing Manager (UK and International), you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of Compassion in World Farming’s legacy marketing programme across the UK and internationally. About you

- Track record and knowledge of legacy marketing and legacy strategy, ideally as a practitioner.

We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate at the Royal College of Radiologists. In this role, you’ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. About the role

Overall Purpose of the Role
As the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’ll mastermind our integrated campaigns, enabling joint brand, lead generation and income activity that delivers more than the sum of its parts.
You will make our integrated campaigns happen by:
- Setting and delivering on the overall brief, including integrated campaign proposition brief
- Working with Fundraising and Brand leads to set targets in their areas and agree content requirements
- Working with Brand and Supporter Experience to define target audiences, actionable insights, and land comms plans
- Working with channel and platform owners to unearth additional audience insights and agree paid, earned, owned and shared media plans
- Devise comms planning tools, processes and mechanisms that enable decisions and delivery of multi-channel, multi-audience campaigns
- Working with our storytelling function, funding and other teams to identify potential stories and ensure we represent funded projects and clinical outcomes accurately
- Producing content briefs for in-house and freelance production
- Overseeing content packs for platform, channel and product owners to self-serve

When workload allows, you may provide strategic marketing support on non-integrated campaigns. Integrated campaign project planning, delivery and evaluation (approx. 75% of role)
- With stakeholders, set metrics that help us hit annual channel, product and campaign targets

Work environment

Westway Trust is seeking a creative and strategic Communications Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping how the Trust’s story is told across every channel. You will manage our multimedia and digital ecosystem, deliver impactful campaigns that promote our services and events, and ensure lived-experience voices are at the heart of our communications. This role is critical in coordinating activity that reflects our organisational priorities and strengthens our connection with the diverse communities we serve across our 23-acre estate.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
To develop and deliver campaign communications plans and creative approaches, ensuring activity is well-coordinated and aligned with organisational priorities.
To manage the multimedia and digital ecosystem at Westway Trust, including the website, social media platforms and online channels.
To generate regular, creative and engaging multimedia content, and deliver impactful campaigns and marketing materials that promote the Trust’s services, events and lived-experience voices.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager: Communications and Marketing to develop and deliver annual Communications and Marketing plans, and will also support colleagues and stakeholders with their communications and content creation.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working for a charity supporting and enhancing the lives of local communities.
- Experience developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies and plans, including creative approaches and delivery schedules.

The Trust’s Employability programmes support talented young people from lower income backgrounds to successfully access highly competitive universities, degree apprenticeships and professional careers. The successful candidate will lead on the development of a brand-new Tech and Digital Pathways to the Professions programme due to launch in Sep 2027 working with colleagues across the organisation. They will also manage and deliver, a range of other cohort-based employability programmes delivered both online and in-person. They will join a small and passionate team, led by the Head of Employability Programmes, and will play an important role in contributing to the on-going success of our programme work and industry engagement strategy.
Main duties
This role is responsible for leading on the design, planning and delivery of the new Tech and Digital programme (pre 18), alongside planning delivery for the existing employability programmes including our current Careers Plus (post-18) programmes in the tech & digital sector.

Design a suite of interventions and activities for the new Pathways to Tech & Digital programme for launch in September 2027 leveraging our existing Sutton Trust theory of change, previous evaluations and models adapted from existing programmes. The role will work closely with the Senior Employability Manager and other colleagues across the team responsible for employer engagement, evaluation and marketing to ensure successful launch.

Deliver existing employability programmes including our current Careers Plus (post-18) programme to launch the next cohort in April 2027, liaising with the Alumni team to ensure alignment with overall alumni engagement.
