We’re excited to be recruiting for a key leadership position supporting Oasis’ youth and community work in the North West region (covering delivery in Greater Manchester and Bradford).With accountability to the Oasis Community Partnerships CEO the role of the Regional Youth and Community Director has three main functions:

1 Strategic management oversight of local Youth and Community teams

2 Regional development, working alongside other functions within the Oasis family

3 Being part of the national Youth and Community leadership team

The Youth and Community Director will have strategic management oversight of local Youth and Community teams in the region, providing accountability and support to the local leaders and charity boards. This responsibility area falls into two categories; those the Director is directly responsible for, and those they are responsible for ensuring are carried out by leaders within their region.

The Youth and Community function of Oasis is responsible for the wider community work that takes place within Oasis neighbourhoods, working closely with the wider Oasis family to outwork our vision. In relation to governance, Oasis Community Partnerships is the national charity, with each local team operating from their own local Oasis charity.

You will be one of the key points of contact for World Physiotherapy membership. The position is instrumental in assisting the smooth running of World Physiotherapy membership services and supporting the work of the membership manager, the regional executive committees, member organisations, and other staff across the full range of functions.

You will use your experience, initiative, confidence, project and organisational skills to provide business support across the organisation and its activities. These include the membership function requirements of the organisation, project support, operational logistics, member services and education activities. This will require liaising with staff, member organisations, board/committee members, and external stakeholders.

Duties and key responsibilities

Operational support

1. Liaising with member organisations, regions, specialty groups and networks as required by the membership manager and other staff.
2. Technical and logistical support across all operations for any meetings and webinars.
3. Work with relevant staff to ensure that activities are set up on Teamwork® (project management software) and support their ongoing management.
4. Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is updated with relevant organisational and individual contacts and interactions.
5. Management of membership queries

Administrative support to the membership manager, regional executive committees and specialty groups, and those representing World Physiotherapy on defined activities or events

1. Scheduling of all regional executive committee meetings and supporting other meetings and webinars both via teleconference and face-to-face.
2. Drafting forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms and SurveyMonkey
3. Other project areas: work with the membership manager to carry out activity analysis
4. Provide day-to-day administrative support for World Physiotherapy’s membership activities and services.
5. Assess ways to improve project management and outcomes.
6. Provide general project support and carry out any other tasks requested by the manager.

Person specification

The membership support officer must have experience in project support and organisational administration. They must be highly organised, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative in managing complex and competing demands from different sources.

It is expected that the individual will ideally have a good first degree, or relevant experience gained across a range of comparable settings, preferably with additional experience or qualifications in project management and/or business administration. Experience of working with senior staff and committees is essential.

The individual must have a legal right to work in the UK.

Dementia UK’s Mass Participation team is growing! We are looking for a Challenge Events Assistant to join us for an 8-month fixed term contract to support the delivery of additional own place runners as a result of the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon.

Working closely with our Challenge Events Executives and Assistants, you will primarily support the day-to-day delivery of our London Marathon activity. You’ll be a key point of contact for supporters, communicating regularly by phone, email and SMS, providing excellent stewardship and helping with the administration and logistics of the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon. You’ll also support with activity across the wider Challenge Events program.

Whilst the Mass Participation team come to our head office in Aldgate, London twice a week, we have flexible working arrangements for this role, so you can choose to be remote or hybrid. Some flexibility will be needed to travel to the office nearer the time of the 2027 London Marathon and to attend the event to support event logistics.

We are looking for you to be organised, enthusiastic and detail-focused, and have strong administrative and customer service skills. You’ll be confident communicating by phone, email and SMS, comfortable working with databases and data, and able to prioritise a varied workload. Previous experience in an administrative or fundraising environment would be an advantage, but most importantly, you’ll bring a collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Other information

The role will involve regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales to raise the organisation’s profile and engage with members, partners and key stakeholders.

There is flexibility on your location given the requirement to travel and that your office will be home-based. You will need to travel to in-person quarterly team meetings (usually in London or the north of England) and to Board meetings which alternate between online and London.

It is expected that travel will be by public transport and easy access to the rail network is therefore required to ensure journeys can be made sustainably. 

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. We use a flexi-time system with core hours 10am-3pm, and are committed to being a flexible, supportive and understanding employer. This is a permanent position with a probationary period of three months.

059 Development Product Executive

Location: Remote Working, with national travel requirements for meetings, events and collaboration.

OVERALL PURPOSE

To support the Products Manager in the development, delivery and administration of innovative fundraising products and initiatives that generate income for NHS Charities Together whilst helping NHS charities increase their own fundraising income.

The Development Product Executive will play a key role in coordinating fundraising products including the lottery programme, the National Legacy Campaign, , fundraising toolkits and collective fundraising initiatives. The role will help ensure products are delivered effectively, members receive excellent support and product performance is monitored to drive continuous improvement.

Working collaboratively across the Development team, the Development Product Executive will help deliver high-quality fundraising products that are accessible, scalable and responsive to the needs of NHS charities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The main duties and responsibilities of the role holder are as outlined below:

Product Delivery & Development

• Support the Products Manager with the delivery and ongoing development of fundraising products, campaigns and initiatives for NHS charities.
• Support the administration and delivery of the lottery programme, including member onboarding, supplier liaison, reporting and responding to enquiries. The role will support NHS charities to recruit players to the lottery, so experience of engaging and growing membership or supporter bases, and understanding recruitment journeys, would be beneficial.
• Assist in developing, testing and evaluating new fundraising products and pilot initiatives.
• Produce and maintain fundraising toolkits, guidance documents, templates and other supporting resources.
• Coordinate timelines, project plans and actions to ensure fundraising products are delivered to schedule.
• Support the creation and delivery of collective fundraising initiatives that enable NHS charities to collaborate and maximise fundraising opportunities.

Member Support & Collaboration

• Act as a first point of contact for member charities with queries relating to fundraising products and initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with NHS charities, understanding their needs and supporting successful implementation of fundraising products.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor fundraising trends, emerging products and sector developments to identify new opportunities.

This strategically important role will provide global leadership for advocacy across the Open Doors ministry, helping local and regional teams to shape advocacy priorities, strengthen alignment across international teams, and ensure the experiences and voices of the most persecuted Christians continue to inform decisions at every level of our organisation.

Context of role:
The Outreach Officer plays a key role in raising awareness of services, strengthening community
partnerships and supporting the delivery of high-quality bereavement support activities across the
region. The postholder will engage with local networks, coordinate events, and support volunteers while ensuring effective monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
This role sits initially within Shropshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire, but will expand to support phase 3 of the expansion which will include the West Midlands, Warwickshire and
Staffordshire.

Support Service:
1. Event Coordination and Delivery
1.1: Coordinate and deliver regular community engagement activities, including; coffee mornings and
support events.
1.2: Organise and facilitate regular wellbeing and social activities, such as; walks or group sessions.

1.4: Co-lead on bookings and coordination of Ty Uchaf, our respite house.

We are recruiting a Member Network Account Manager to join our Member Networks team at the British Psychological Society for a fixed period of 6 months starting in October 2026.

The team supports over 60 psychology‑focused member networks, each with its own specialist interests and passions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people and wants to make an impact. You will be right at the centre of supporting our Member Networks, helping passionate volunteers bring ideas to life - no two days will be the same.

About the Role

As Member Network Account Manager, you will be the main contact for several Member Networks. You’ll support and guide volunteers across multiple committees, helping them deliver activity for their members confidently and effectively. This includes advising on governance, finance, volunteer recruitment, events and wider activity planning. You will also build strong relationships, coordinate events, and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to ensure Member Networks are supported effectively and can achieve their objectives.

A day in the life may include:

• Advising and guiding volunteers on governance, finance, awards, planning and compliance matters
• Supporting Networks to deliver their activity plans by monitoring progress, managing timelines and helping ensure activities remain within agreed budgets and objectives
• Coordinating events and projects that drive member engagement, including budget creation, venue liaison and travel bookings
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries with clear advice and signposting
