We’re looking for a relational person to nurture a group of major donors, ensuring that they feel valued, informed and inspired. You’ll help people to fulfil their God-given calling to stand with those in need, increasing financial support for people affected by leprosy. It’s a fast-paced role with a high workload, demanding the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management. You’ll need excellent analytical skills and be able to use data to inform strategy, prioritise opportunities, develop clear action plans and produce clear reporting. Telling emotive stories about the people we support is also vital to this role, so you’ll have an external mentor who will hone your superb writing skills to fundraising perfection. It is likely that you will have had experience in fundraising or a commercial background in a sales or key account management.

Today, one person is diagnosed with leprosy every three minutes. It is a disease of poverty, striking the most vulnerable. The physical effects of the disease are brutal, but the social effects are even worse. Severe stigma means that people can be thrown out of their families and communities. Rejected and isolated, they are left with no opportunities and no hope. This is not how God wants people affected by leprosy to live. Our work aims to restore life in all its fullness.
The Leprosy Mission (TLM) is the world’s largest leprosy-focused organisation, a pioneer in our field, with 152 years’ experience serving people affected by this disease. We work in nine countries across Africa and Asia.
TLM is a Christian charity, serving people of all faiths and none. You will represent the Mission’s purpose and ethos to external audiences. In this role you will pray with supporters, team members, and people overseas. You’ll also produce Christian communications. There is therefore an occupational requirement for the Senior Partnerships Executive to be a committed Christian.

EIA is seeking to recruit an Outreach and Communications Officer to strengthen the visibility, influence and coordination of its climate campaign.
The role sits at the intersection of communications, public affairs and stakeholder engagement. The postholder will focus on translating and amplifying EIA’s policy and advocacy work through media, stakeholder engagement and external positioning. Key responsibilities:
● Develop and implement quarterly social media content planning aligned to organisational priorities, ensuring strategic forward-planning across all platforms
● Lead audience and sector-wide research to reach a diverse follower base through targeted content and share best practice across the charity
● Develop platform-specific strategies for underutilised channels, making data-driven recommendations about platform investment
● Create exciting, constantly evolving content across videos, graphics and copy that drives specific actions and conversions
● Maintain and develop brand consistency standards and content frameworks across all organisational social media channels
● Manage regular creative brainstorms to build a bank of content ideas and champion creative innovation
● Plan, pitch and deliver social media campaigns and organisational content programmes end-to-end, from concept through to launch and beyond — including production coordination, communications planning and stakeholder management
● Lead photoshoot planning and content production end-to-end, managing external agencies and professional photographers where required
● Plan and manage school visits strategically to maximise content output, coordinating permissions, logistics and team involvement and building ongoing relationships with school kitchen teams
● Develop briefs and guidance to empower wider team members to gather suitable content when needed
● Lead conversations on social channels, proactively sharing sector news with organisational commentary to position us as a thought leader, and build and maintain strategic relationships with relevant networks, schools, chefs, partners and influencers
● Plan, pitch and create strategic content to maximise partnerships, patrons and ambassadors, proactively identifying opportunities and ensuring prominent placement on our platforms
● Deliver analytics with strategic insights and recommendations, tracking meaningful KPIs including conversions, target audience growth and actions taken
● Use data to optimise strategy and prove return on investment, setting targets and deadlines for performance improvement based on insights
● Champion diversity, equality and inclusion in all social media content, and work collaboratively with the wider communications team sharing expertise on brand standards and best practice
Essential skills & experience:
• Demonstrable experience leading social media strategy and delivery across multiple platforms
• Proven ability to plan and deliver campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Strong creative skills with ability to produce engaging content across formats (video, graphics, copy)
• Strategic thinker who links social media activity to organisational goals
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Confident working autonomously and making independent judgements
• Experience using analytics to drive strategy and demonstrate impact

Salary - £65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience

Unlocking Potential is a growing charity supporting children and families with their social, emotional and mental health. They are entering an exciting phase of growth, with ambitious longer term plans to expand their reach nationally and deepen their impact.
This is a pivotal new role as the charity’s first ever Director of Fundraising and Engagement, building on strong foundations to strategically lead the next phases of growth and development by driving sustainable income growth, diversifying funding, and raising their organisational profile.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a function from modest beginnings, while delivering immediate impact in a highly mission-driven organisation.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of a joined-up fundraising, engagement and communications strategy aligned to the organisational strategy and ambitions for growth.
Current fundraised income is c.£950k (weighted towards trusts and major donors) and the Director of Fundraising & Engagement will play a key role in shaping how the charity diversifies into new income streams while strengthening existing relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll combine strategic vision with operational delivery – from securing high-value gifts and building trustee-supported networks, to refining cases for support and overseeing campaigns.
