Overview

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

This ISAC role is set within the Wiltshire Domestic Abuse service, providing specialist stalking advice, consultancy and support to high risk victims of domestic abuse stalking across Wiltshire. You will be working in a multiagency environment including police, other statutory bodies and third sector organisations to respond to and safeguard high risk victims, bridging gaps in their support.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

This role may include evening and weekend work when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with high risk victims of domestic abuse stalking, providing a targeted service, promoting safety as the central issue and thus reducing the risk of serious harm or death.
• To provide this service both at time of crisis and in longer term e.g. safety planning, risk assessing advocacy, support through the criminal justice/civil legal process and liaison with other statutory and voluntary agencies.
• Complete specialist risk assessments (SASH and DASH).
• Manage a caseload ensuring each person receives the appropriate service individual to their risk and needs.
• Provide proactive, trauma responsive and holistic support, with a focus on increasing safety and reducing risk.
• Work with criminal justice agencies as well as a variety of partners including Victim Support, Children’s Social Care and Housing, to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk.
• Provide specialist advocacy to victims going through the criminal justice process.
• Attend Multi Agency meetings (Stalking Clinic) and Multi-agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) meetings as required.
• Give information and support to those experiencing stalking, enabling and empowering them to make positive choices about options available to them and assist them in regaining control of their lives.
• Support other agencies in the identification and referral of stalking issues via promotion of service and institutional advocacy.
• Offer professional consultancy, training and advice to other agencies on stalking.
• Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the services works in, and recognise the needs and concerns of a diverse range of survivors ensuring the service is accessible to all.
• Support colleagues and Head of Service to monitor data and report on quality outcomes.

For the past 8 years, we’ve been delivering financial education programmes that set children up for life. But we have so much more to do to ensure no child misses out.

Our plan for 2025 to 2027 focuses on strengthening our commitment to working with schools, families, and communities. We want to help people feel more confident talking about money. We will prioritise financial literacy in education and aim to increase funding for financial education programmes. Our goal is to ensure all children can make informed financial decisions as they grow up.

Our efforts also concentrate on expanding and strengthening our collaborations and partnerships with educational institutions, advocates, financial partners, and supporters.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Corporate Fundraiser to manage and grow our corporate partnerships and support our mission to improve financial education for children and young people across the UK.

This role will focus primarily on account management of existing corporate partners, most of whom are based in London and work within the financial services sector. Corporate partners support the charity through donations, participation in a collaborative supporter group, and employee volunteering.

A key part of the role will be coordinating our corporate volunteering programme, particularly school-based volunteering sessions where corporate employees deliver financial education workshops. You will manage the end-to-end process, working closely with corporate partners, schools and internal colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will also support new business development, helping to identify and secure new corporate partnerships, and will use Salesforce to manage relationships, pipelines and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and steward a portfolio of corporate partners

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Coordination

2. Systems

The purpose of this role is to deliver FSSW’s FareChance programme, including employability learning and practical logistics sessions alongside support and collaboration with the Employability Programme Facilitator. The FareChance programme currently works with young people aged between 18 – 25 who experience additional barriers to accessing education, training, or employment. The young people are supported to learn new skills, build confidence, and realise their full potential. 

FareChance provides a unique combination of two parts: the first is working alongside other volunteers and staff learning key warehouse and logistics skills, getting firsthand practical experience; the second is tailored employability sessions in small groups with 1-1 specialist support. 

The Employability Programme Lead will lead on running the employability workshops. This role will provide 1-1 support for young people where required and provide signposting and referrals to other specialist services. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting people to thrive and be sensitive to the inequality and power imbalance faced by young people today. They will have experience of supporting young people to achieve their goals and can bring these skills to deliver FareChance. This role will coach as well as co-ordinate the programme whilst supporting the growth of an innovative, supportive, and caring employability pathway for people to overcome barriers and move closer to the future they deserve. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Programme Delivery 

• Support the Employability Programme Facilitator to deliver practical warehouse activity sessions 

• Working with the Operations team to ensure smooth integration of our participants and the programme into every aspect of the operation. 

• Lead in providing tailored programme coaching/mentoring: 

• Set up and monitor an action plan for each participant with realistic goals to overcome barriers they face. 

• Provide advice and guidance, build confidence and support participants with appropriate resources for their next steps (including CV writing and interview skills)

What we do
IA offers peer-to-peer support to those with, or about to have, either an ileostomy or an internal pouch. We also help fund research into bowel disease and other conditions leading to the removal of the colon, as well as providing relevant information to interested parties using a range of channels.

Individuals can join either their local IA member organisation, or the IA national charity, and in either case, gain access to a range of services and support, including our flagship quarterly Journal, local and national meetings and information events, and other services such as our One2One peer support and Support Through Therapy services.

What we offer

Oranisational Design and Culture

• Use engagement and feedback data to identify cultural risks and drive improvement.
• Lead strengthened leadership, coaching and management capability through clear expectations, advice and development frameworks.

Management

• Lead, coach and manage the People Services team to provide proactive support to the organisation, with a clear focus on the team’s development.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and SLT on disciplinary and staff performance issues.
• Liaise with the external employment lawyers to make robust risk assessments on disciplinary and staff performance issues.

Volunteering and Resourcing

• Establish annual capacity and skills plans (headcount, volunteer hours, peak demand cover, succession planning).
• Review and implement a volunteering journey to support our volunteers.

Quality Framework

• Continue to develop and implement specific projects as part of The Passage’s internal quality framework ‘Excellence For All’.

• In conjunction with your Line Manager to continuously develop the role to ensure that all tasks are being undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner which meets the strategic aims and objectives of The Passage.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People – High Value Events Team Manager
Location:Hybrid working with some travel to Hearing Dogs offices in either Buckinghamshire or East Yorkshire.
Salary: £50,000 per annum.
Contract: Permanent, full-time hours. 

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is build confidence, companionship and connection for people with hearing loss, is seeking a High Value Events Team Manager to lead the development and delivery of inclusive, inspiring and impactful high-value event experiences that deepen relationships and generate transformational philanthropic support for the charity.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now building a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.

With a strong focus on values-led, relationship-based fundraising, this role will provide strategic leadership to the charity’s new High Value Events function, bringing a consistent, high-quality approach to engagement, cultivation, fundraising and stewardship events. The post-holder will ensure that events are inclusive, mission-focused and deliver strong return on investment, building long-term commitment among principal and major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate partners and senior volunteers.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a background in planning and delivering high-value fundraising or engagement events generating £100k+. You will have worked with high-value supporters, including high net worth individuals, committees and senior stakeholders, and will have a strong track record of working to income targets and maximising fundraising return on investment. Excellent organisational and communication skills will be combined with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of audiences. You will be creative and proactive, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to work, alongside the ability to communicate impact clearly and compellingly.
