What you'll be doing: 
ABEC – Strategic & operational leadership

• Lead the delivery of ABEC’s Business Plan, working closely with the Managing Director.
• Drive new business and market development, identifying emerging opportunities in consultancy and nature markets.
• Optimise project management systems (including SCORO) to lift efficiency, productivity and financial insight.
• Oversee contract delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality.
• Monitor and report on organisational performance indicators, business plan progress and risk management.
• Lead integration of digital systems (SCORO, COREO, CRM, mapping, Natural Capital platforms).
• Align resources, processes and capacity to ensure successful delivery of contracted work.
• Build and maintain strong strategic client relationships.
• Line manage and develop your team, embedding a high-performance culture and clear KPIs.

 
KWT Group – Cross-organisational impact

• Work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure financial quality, strategic alignment and delivery assurance for ABEC’s income-generating activity.
• Support or lead on group-wide projects (ensuring no conflict of interest with ABEC delivery).
• Help deliver income targets, including Nature-Based Solutions.
• Audit and review systems and processes across the Group to improve efficiency, integration and return on investment.
• Support group-wide resource planning and operational effectiveness.
• Foster positive working relationships and champion KWTG’s culture and values.

The Stag operates through a low-risk hall-hire business model. It is not allowed to promote its own shows – it provides the professional facilities for others to hire space and put on shows.

Reporting to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the CEO leads a small, professional and dedicated team (currently 20 employees (17.8 FTE)) boosted with part-time casuals in the box office plus a team of volunteers at events. The CEO will ensure the charity fulfils its mission and achieves its charitable objectives whilst maintaining the strong financial sustainability it now enjoys.

Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) is an international movement that started in the 1970s in the American prison system. AVP Britain (AVPB) is one of multiple independent branches which operate around the globe. We provide experiential workshops in-person and online; and distance learning courses which give people the necessary skills to navigate conflict non-violently and empower them to build better relationships.

AVPB is a small but impactful charity with a long history of working in communities and prisons across the UK.  We are entering an important next phase in our development and are seeking a Charity Director who can provide strategic and operational leadership, strengthen our financial sustainability, increase our visibility and impact across the communities we serve, and steward our mission with clarity and care.

The Charity Director is the leader of our charity and is the most senior paid role within AVPB.  The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s present and future.

We are looking for a Charity Director who provides leadership that encompasses income generation, fundraising, oversight of our programme quality and delivery, leads and supports our support staff, volunteers, and facilitators and will works closely with the Board of Trustees.

The project:

We are in the process of expanding our service beyond our London footprint to Bedfordshire, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire and Kent, along with Thames Valley, providing one-to-one advocacy and specialist work including workshops and group activities delivered by Advance in partnership with voluntary organisations.

This role plays a critical part in creating, coordinating and delivering the group offering for women accessing our Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS), as well as providing administration support across the region.

In short you will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients coming to the Women’s Centre; offering a warm welcome and trauma informed approach
• Ensure the client waiting area is kept tidy with up-to-date information/leaflets and supplies of refreshments
• Create structured sessions based on CRS support pathways and/or advance’s EDI strategy
• Deliver, facilitate and coordinate direct group delivery and events at the Women’s Centre and regional venues
• Hold a small caseload of women that are accessing the Women’s Centre and/or in the community in line with service delivery need – to include completing initial assessments where required
• Build relationships with external organisations and partners to support the delivery of structured sessions at the Women’s Centre and to signpost women for wrap around support where appropriate
• Assist in researching additional resources and events for service users; both within the Centre and across the region
• Contribute to creating and lead on updating the local Services Directory with details of local organisations, key contacts and details of services on offer, including eligibility criteria
• Assist the Service Manager in managing the smooth running of the Women’s Centre in your region, including managing the group workshops timetable, arranging meetings and booking external venues for client groups or training events
• Support administration for the Hampshire Minerva team
• Assist the Service Manager with the quality assurance and collation of data and information as required, including for funder reports.

To be successful as the Women’s Centre Coordinator you will need the below experience and skills:

• You are an excellent relationship builder who can warmly work with women
• You will have experience of creating, delivering and facilitating engaging group workshops
• You will bring experience of supporting vulnerable communities and have good working knowledge about safeguarding and risk management and bring an eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• You will deliver an exceptional first point of contact service, and contribute to creating a safe space for women in service

About the Role

Citizens Advice, in partnership with The Trussell Trust, have been running the Help through Hardship Helpline (formerly the Trussell Trust Foodbank helpline) for just over a year. The helpline has been highly successful in reaching those clients most in need. To date Citizens Advice has answered nearly 57,000 calls, helped feed over 70,000 people and recorded £13 million in expected financial gains for clients.

The Helpline has been extended to local Citizens Advice offices and we're looking for new advisers to join our team in Liverpool who will provide information and advice on the issues clients are facing, and help them access foodbank vouchers.

The successful candidate will provide generalist advice in a wide range of enquiry areas such as benefits, housing and employment. You will provide telephone advice within the working hours of the service and work with the on-site supervisor to support Clients most in need.

Care4Calais is a volunteer-based charity providing essential aid and support for refugees in France and the UK. 

In the UK, we collect and distribute clothing, shoes, mobile phones, and other essential items, alongside offering social support and access to legal, medical, and educational services. In northern France, we operate year-round from Calais, working alongside local communities in Calais and Dunkirk to provide warm clothing, bedding, and services to displaced refugees living in challenging and dangerous conditions.

About the Role

Care4Calais is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support its humanitarian operations in northern France. The association operates every day of the week, coordinating the distribution of non-food items (NFI) and providing services and activities, such as phone charging, games, and access to hairdressing, bicycle repair, and sewing equipment.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the daily distribution of aid and manage volunteer teams, ensuring that proper safety procedures for effective aid distribution are in place, communicated, and consistently applied.
