As Certification Coordinator, you’ll help to raise standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability – by making your own contribution to the growth of the movement.
● Monitor the B Corp Certification pipeline, ensuring timely progress, keeping on top of verification fee payments, identifying pain points and suggesting improvements.
● Provide expert support and clear communication to companies navigating B Corp Certification and the associated standards.
● Work with the Certification Manager to deliver the customer journey and collaborate with a range of colleagues to manage the process and resolve issues/queries.
● Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis, risk mitigation and teamwork.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Crann is now seeking to appoint a Head of Fundraising, a senior leadership role responsible for developing and leading a sustainable fundraising function to support the organisation’s mission and future growth. This is a newly created role and represents a shift from organically grown, CEO-led fundraising to a more structured and strategic approach that supports scale, complexity and long-term financial sustainability.
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Management Team, the Head of Fundraising will be responsible for setting fundraising strategy, translating it into clear operational plans, and ensuring the systems, structures and ways of working are in place to deliver consistent and diversified income. The role will involve leading and developing a small fundraising team, strengthening capability, clarity and accountability across the function.

About the role:
The Domestic Abuse Caseworker will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process. You will work within the team to make proactive contact and provide high quality advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment to women from aged 16. You will work across the three boroughs under the guidance of the Angelou Manager, and hold a caseload of survivors as well as working as part of Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support. You will hold a caseload of clients who are medium risk, advise on criminal justice and civil remedies, and coordinating the provision of multi-agency support.
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Caseworker you will need the below experience and skills.
You will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on survivors and their children, and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector. You will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. You will have the ability to work well within a team and responsibly on your own initiative, maintaining professional boundaries with clients and partner agencies.
