Do you want to provide critical systems and logistical support for our growing and ambitious education charity? The Finance and Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing our day-to-day financial systems, overseeing the running of our database and website, and providing administrative support for the general running of the organisation, including project managing our community and fundraising events. You will provide support to the Executive Director and other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of Teach for Tomorrow.

We are a small and passionate team that work on a hybrid model: your place of work should be within easy commuting distance from either London, Manchester, Coventry or Grantham.

Your Key Duties and Accountabilities

Finance Administration

• Place, track and process orders, invoices, expenses and financial transactions

• Maintain Quickbooks with all transactions, provide reports as required and maintain the interface between CiviCRM and Quickbooks

• Set up payments for authorisation in the bank account as required

• Generate contracts as required

• Maintain relationships with suppliers, venues and partners

• Manage the interface with the company pension provider and pensions regulator, making payments as required and ensuring all statutory obligations are met

Database, Website and Knowledge Management

• Maintain the organisation database and provide reports and information as required by team members

• Ensure that the website is up-to-date and upload new resources, information and news stories as required

• Monitor analytics relating to website and support the management of Search Engine Optimisation

• Ensure that the knowledge management system and processes are maintained, including website and database change logs

• Maintain the relationship with the website and database provider/sand ensure that the monthly retainer is monitored and reviewed

• Liaise with the Data Protection Officer to ensure that all statutory requirements are met in relation to data protection and UK GDPR

Operational Coordination and Administration

• Manage external vendor relationships, in particular - but not exclusively - website and database providers, HR and Health and Safety providers, Safeguarding support, IT support services, Accountant and Auditors, and memberships of organisations such as the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO)

• Maintain filing systems online and in hard copy (where required)

• Maintain policies and procedure documents, ensuring updates are made as required and updates are provided for reporting to board

• Be first point of contact for general enquiries and monitor all general communication channels

• Provide general administration support as required

Events 

• Work with the Chief Executive and other staff to ensure successful planning and execution of fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship events and all related activities. Responsibilities include: managing invitation process, tracking registrations and gifts, running and circulating reports

• Provide logistical support of the events on the day

Perform other related duties as required by position.

There will be an occasional requirement to work outside normal hours to support evening events – with a late start and late finish – but if this is expected, advance notice will be given.

About the Role

The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimising scalable, cloud-native environments that support Victim Support's critical technology services, including the containerised WitnessBox application.

In this hands-on role, you will work with AWS and Kubernetes to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, developing Infrastructure as Code, and improving automation across build and deployment processes.

You will support high availability services that people rely on every day, ensuring systems are resilient, compliant, and aligned with security best practices. Working closely with development, product, service delivery, and security teams, you will help deliver integrated, high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

About You

You will bring solid experience working with AWS and a strong background in building and optimising CI/CD pipelines. You'll have a good understanding of cloud security principles and a proactive approach to improving reliability, automation, and scalability.

Experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications is important, alongside familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools is also desirable.

The organisation rescues high quality edible surplus food, from across the food industry and gets it to over 8,000 organisations across the UK who are working to strengthen communities and improve lives. 

The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK. 

Over the next year our ambition is to rescue enough food nationally to provide nearly 200 million meals, turning an environmental problem into social good with measurable impact for people, planet, and the economy.

Purpose of the Job 

Essential to this role is for the System Administrator to be the technical owner for Microsoft cloud and endpoint management: enabling the merger programme, delivering a secure, standardised M365/Entra/Intune environment, and supporting ISMS and Data Protection implementation through the implementation of Technical Controls, in collaboration with Managed Service Provider.

In addition - be the technical owner of other non-Microsoft platforms, as the organisation merges and rationalises the non-Microsoft platforms in operation.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

 M365 / Entra ID

• Manage Entra ID configuration: users/groups, roles, access governance, Conditional Access, PIM (where used), guest access, SSO integrations.
• Maintain authentication and security posture: MFA enforcement, risky sign-in/user remediation, break-glass account readiness, identity audit readiness.

Endpoint management (Intune)

• Own Intune configuration: device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, app deployment, update rings, BitLocker policy/reporting.
• Confirm and improve Windows Autopilot processes: enrolment profiles, device naming, standard build, app packaging, and onboarding experience.

Azure Data

• Support the Data Teams via the implementation and management of integrations between the IT infrastructure and the Data infrastructures. This would include areas such as SSO implementations for key apps.
• Support the limited number of Azure Servers currently operating, with Sharp.

Email security & collaboration controls

• Defender skills
• Support implementation of DLP & Data Classification policies.
• Support rollout and tuning of E5 security capabilities and/or Email Security Gateway integration
• Improve Exchange and SharePoint/OneDrive configurations: anti-phish/spam policies, mail flow hygiene, external sharing controls, retention/labels where agreed.

Telephony / Entra Integration

• Integrate mobile devices (both COPE and BYOD) into the Entra environment, with support from Sharp
• Support the transition from 8x8 to Teams Voice environment.

Merger enablement

• Support technical delivery for domain changes, tenant alignment activities, SSO/cert updates (e.g., Salesforce SSO certificate changes), and application rationalisation.

Operational excellence

• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for BAU and audit evidence
• Provide 3rd line support/escalation for Microsoft-related incidents and changes
• Support IT Manager in multi-platform Disaster Recovery exercises and issues.

Job Purpose

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will be responsible for leading on quality assurance and compliance across the organisation, including managing and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standard and GDPR, allowing Ygam to achieve its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. Key Tasks

We’re supporting a well-established professional membership organisation to recruit a CRM (Dynamics 365) Administrator for a newly created role within their IT function.

This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting colleagues’ day-to-day, improving data quality and processes, and working closely with external suppliers. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent.

• Managing and triaging requests via the CRM ticketing system

• Delivering CRM training (1-2-1 and group sessions) and producing clear user guidance

About you
You’ll be confident working with users at all levels and comfortable taking ownership of a business-critical system. You’ll have:

• Proven experience administering Dynamics 365 CRM

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with multiple business systems
• Experience working in or alongside a ticketing or support environment

Purpose of the Job  

The Quality and Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our systems by carrying out testing activity for enhancements across Salesforce, Dynamics and Business Central. The role supports the smooth delivery of changes by combining structured testing with targeted service support, including triage of incoming issues and resolution of tickets.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• reating test plans based on user requirements with the Service Manager to enable testing to be done by the wider business.
• Create clear documentation regarding test outcomes, learnings from the enhancements and suggestions to improve them moving forward.
• Work proactively with the business to understand key systems and how they work.
• Be an internal point of contact between the business and our external IT provider by assisting in approval, information gathering to ensure smooth service.
• Support the Service Manager to ensure that tickets are managed and resolved within a timely manner.
• Monitor recurring issues and share insights that help improve system quality and inform future enhancements.
• Work with the business and the Service desk manager to understand prioritisation of work and assist in working out return on investment of required work.
• Carry out manual testing on BAU changes and new enhancements in the following systems – Salesforce, Dynamics, PowerBI and Business Central.
• Adhering to team set KPIS on ticket resolutions
• Retrospective reviews regarding test plans, facilitation of testing and manually testing.
• Monthly calls with the service manager to pass on learnings and review process of tickets.
