About the role
The role of Audience Research and Insight Manager is a vital role, working with teams across Shelter to develop valuable insights into our key and varied audiences, ensuring user needs are valued along with the needs of the organisation, and our work is underpinned by actionable insight. We’re looking for someone who can lead and develop audience research and insight that helps Shelter better understand, engage and support the people we work with. You’ll manage a team of User Researchers, champion user-centred and inclusive research practices, and bring together evidence from research, analytics and audience data to generate clear, actionable insights. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you’ll help teams make informed decisions about audiences, messaging and channels, while promoting an insight-led culture, monitoring external trends and ensuring research continues to shape Shelter’s strategy and impact.

SarcoidosisUK is a small charity with big ambitions! We want to make a difference to the lives of those affected by sarcoidosis in the UK by providing information and support, raising awareness and undertaking research into treatments and a cure. We currently support over 9,000 people online and have strong relationships with both clinicians and patients.
The charity receives no government funding, generating its income only from personal and corporate donations, grants, legacies and merchandise sales.
Funds raised are used to provide support services, grow awareness, operate the Nurse Helpline, and fund research activities. The need for support is growing, and we must raise £250,000 each year, part of this will be the Fundraising Executive’s responsibility.

This is a varied role for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working with people managing multiple projects and a wide variety of tasks. No day is the same!

We are looking for a passionate and inspirational individual to lead our Patient Support service across Scotland & Northern Ireland. We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded IT Administrator to join our small but mighty IT team. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping The Charity’s systems, devices, and digital infrastructure running smoothly — so that everyone across the organisation can do their best work in support of our mission. Working closely with the IT Manager you’ll be the first point of contact for in-office IT support requests, managing and resolving tickets efficiently, maintaining our hardware and asset register, keeping documentation up-to-date, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of staff and volunteers.

About the role
The Head of Income Generation is a new and important leadership role within Stonewall Housing, created to grow and diversify our voluntary income and support the next stage of our development as a nationwide LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness charity.

Essential experience
Significant experience of working in a senior fundraising, income generation, development, partnerships or business development role, with responsibility for generating income and delivering against agreed targets.
A strong track record of securing and growing income from corporate partners, businesses or other external organisations.
Demonstrable experience of developing successful corporate relationships, from identifying and approaching prospective partners through to securing, managing and growing partnerships.
Experience of generating income through a range of corporate opportunities, which may include strategic partnerships, commercial partnerships, corporate giving, Charity of the Year relationships, corporate foundations, sponsorship, employee fundraising or cause-related marketing.

The Engagement Coordinator will join our Engagement Team at the forefront of involving local communities and schools in our exciting tree-planting & urban greening projects and engage people in learning about and taking action for trees and the environment.
The Engagement team at Trees for Cities promotes and leads site-based activities and events for people to participate in our community focused tree planting programme that aims to create healthier, happier urban spaces through nature.
This role supports and coordinates our engagement activities for tree planting and outdoor learning initiatives.
