OneSky is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our corporate and foundation partnerships outside of Asia. The Director of Partnerships is a seasoned international NGO fundraiser and an excellent communicator and collaborator. They will have a track record in building, maintaining, and stewarding new and long-term corporate and foundation donor relationships, and soliciting and securing gifts of USD$50,000 and up. They will oversee a portfolio of existing funders while also developing a pipeline of new potential institutional funders.

Role requirements:

• Solicit and secure grants and sponsorships that allow OneSky programs to flourish.
• Collaborate with other global team members to grow and diversify foundation and corporate partnership opportunities. Continually research and identify prospective corporate and foundation donors across multiple sectors that align with our mission priorities to maintain a robust and diverse prospect pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strategic, high-level relationships with funding partners and prospects in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the Director of Grants to develop and submit competitive and compelling proposals, reports, budgets, and supporting materials by their due dates.
• Work with Finance, Communications, Program and MEAL staff across the organization to ensure accurate and consistent messaging in all OneSky funding proposals and reports.
• Ensure funder engagement benefits and deliverables are met or exceeded within the required timeframe.
• Establish consistent use of the CRM function of Salesforce to track pertinent donor and prospect information, cultivation, and stewardship.
• Represent OneSky at regional industry conferences, meetings (virtual and in-person), program site visits, and fundraising events.as required.
• Monitor and provide regular updates to leadership regarding fundraising strategies, activities, prospects, progress, and revenue.
• Undertake any additional fundraising activities that may be necessary and compatible with the nature of this role. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in generating significant income from foundations and corporate partners for nonprofit purposes
• Demonstrated success in developing and stewarding long-term philanthropic partnerships

About AAFDA All

AAFDA All is a four-year project developed in partnership with Imkaan to create, pilot and evaluate a culturally responsive advocacy and peer support service for bereaved family members from Black and minoritised communities who have lost a loved one to fatal domestic abuse. The project aims to reduce barriers to support, build trust with communities and specialist organisations, strengthen peer connection, and ensure that lived experience shapes service development, practice and wider systems change.

Role Purpose

The Project Co-ordinator will lead the development, co-ordination and day-to-day delivery of AAFDA All, ensuring that the service is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, safe, accessible and shaped by the voices of bereaved family members from Black and minoritised communities. The postholder will work closely with AAFDA colleagues, Imkaan, the Specialist Advocate, volunteers, community partners, statutory agencies and the Service User Advisory Group to develop referral pathways, support co production, co-ordinate peer support activity, monitor outcomes and embed learning across the programme.

HelpAge International is seeking to diversify and grow philanthropic income from trusts and foundations from the US philanthropic markets.

An initial prospect mapping exercise is currently being undertaken by an external consultant, identifying a broad range of potential trusts, foundations, and philanthropic opportunities. HelpAge aims to build on this work through a short-term assignment that combines prospect qualification with active donor outreach and engagement to assess the level of market interest and develop a robust pipeline for future cultivation.

The assignment will also support the organisation in assessing the value of different funding intelligence platforms through the use of free trial subscriptions.

Purpose of the assignment

About the role
 
This is an exciting role within the Lived Experience Insight team. As Project Support Assistant you will be essential in supporting the co-ordination of Shelter’s Lived Experience Programmes. You will be delivering administrative support across the team, enabling smooth delivery of Lived Experience Insight activity. This will include supporting projects, booking and coordinating meetings and planning face to face meetings and events.

Role specifics
 
You'll provide essential administrative and project support to the Lived Experience Insight team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of involvement projects and GROW Traineeships. You'll coordinate meetings and events, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records and data across a range of systems, support financial administration and reporting, and create engaging internal and external communications. You'll also help improve the team's processes, resources and ways of working, ensuring people with lived experience remain at the heart of Shelter's work.

An organisation providing specialist support to the not-for-profit sector is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join its team.

The Head of Finance will take responsibility for a broad range of financial management activities, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide high-quality financial information, analysis and advice. The role combines strategic financial planning with oversight of core financial reporting and control processes.

Key responsibilities include:
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across a complex, multi-entity international environment
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support organisational planning
• Oversee monthly management reporting, including analysis of performance against budget
• Manage year-end financial processes and coordinate with external auditors
• Provide financial insight and advice to senior stakeholders to support effective decision-making
• Oversee financial management and reporting requirements associated with externally funded activities
• Support the continued development of financial processes, controls and reporting

About You
• Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent)
• Experience within the charity, not-for-profit or a similarly complex environment would be advantageous
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience
• Experience overseeing management accounts and year-end processes

The role is mostly remote with occasional travel required for on-site meetings.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and proactive People Assistant to join our fast-paced, friendly People Team. Focusing mainly on the recruitment side of practice, you will act as the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries while supporting managers through the recruitment and onboarding process. This is an exciting time to join our team as you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a brand new Applicant Tracking System.

You’ll also to support the wider People team, as and when needed, with general HR related queries, including absence and volunteering.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our People team, you will play a central role in delivering a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all involved. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries while monitoring all recruitment inboxes.
• Acting as the primary support for all recruitment administration including requesting right to work checks, drafting offer letters and contracts and requesting references.
• Advertising job and volunteer adverts both internally and externally
• Liaising with recruitment agencies as and when needed.
• Supporting the implementation of our new applicant tracking system (ATS), helping to streamline and modernise our recruitment processes.
• Raising purchase orders and managing goods receipting processes.
• Maintaining accurate HR systems and databases, including updating recruitment trackers and personnel records.
• Working closely with the People Advisor to ensure a seamless, supportive, and efficient People function across the organisation.

About You

You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:

• A CIPD level 3 qualification and/or proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on recruitment.
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a busy administrative environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you thrive in a people-focused environment and build positive relationships at all levels.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident IT skills, including use of Office 365, HR systems and databases, and cloud based systems.

Due to the nature of this role and recruitment process deadlines, we require someone to work 35 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday.
