Together with their team they will build, maintain and create links to deliver survivor-focused, trauma aware/ responsive support to help survivors and their family to cope and recover.
They will be the lead on developing, implementing and coordinating the Helpline, Casework and Projects with day-to-day practice oversight of staff and volunteers. The Team Leader will work co-operatively and flexibly alongside RISE colleagues providing expert input and contributing to the effective running of the organisation as a whole.

ROLE

The Director of Philanthropy leads RIVET’s fundraising and donor engagement strategy - responsible for securing significant philanthropic investment while stewarding a highly engaged network of families and individuals. Working closely with the CEO, Impact, and Marketing teams, you will lead on frontline fundraising and manage a robust donor pool to ensure members feel deeply connected to RIVET’s mission, people, and impact. Joining our dynamic and highly impactful team, the successful candidate will contribute to both income generation and fundraising strategy, helping LTSB diversify income, strengthen supporter relationships and maximise opportunities for future growth through existing strong partnerships and the initiation and development of new funding partnerships.
Working within the Fundraising & Communications Team, the Senior Fundraiser will develop and secure income from a range of funding sources including trusts and foundations, statutory funders, lottery distributors, corporate foundations and philanthropic supporters.
While strong trusts and foundations experience is essential, we are looking for someone who can work flexibly across income streams, identify opportunities, build relationships and pursue the strongest prospects wherever they arise. This breadth is important in a small team, where fluidity and responsiveness help maximise income and ensure we follow the most promising routes to success.

Our partner is a humanitarian organisation working to support communities affected by conflict and violence. They are seeking an interim finance professional to provide hands-on support to the finance team during a busy period. The role will focus on day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, transaction processing and support with income, inter-company and cost recovery processes.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will shape compelling funding opportunities, build meaningful funder relationships and help deliver ambitious income targets.
The Opportunity
As Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a focused, high-quality grants strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new funding opportunities, developing persuasive cases for support and building long-term partnerships with funders.
You will manage the full grant lifecycle, from prospect research and application development through to stewardship and reporting, ensuring a disciplined and results-driven approach to income generation.
The role also includes line management responsibility for members of the Grants Team, supporting performance, development and delivery against agreed objectives.
