Job purpose: We are looking for a Deputy Service Delivery Lead to support the leadership and operational delivery of the National Road Victim Service, helping to ensure strong people management, consistent service delivery, quality standards, safeguarding, governance and contract performance across teams and processes.

The Membership & Community Coordinator is a new role, created to support the membership functions at Science for Animal Welfare (SciFAW) and the Humane Slaughter Association (HSA).

Position Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fundraising and Resource mobilization
Develop a comprehensive multi-year development strategy, including developing related guidelines and policies and ensure IFIP secures annual revenue goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders and other donors, including foundations and other funders.
Responsible for the development, writing, and submission of compelling grant proposals. Manages full lifecycle of grants, from proposals to reports, ensuring fundraising goals are met annually.

We are looking for an effective and compassionate Children's Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (CHISVA) to support children and young people, and their families, affected by sexual violence. You'll help victims and survivors to cope and recover, as well as understand the criminal justice process and act as their advocate where needed. The role is fixed term maternity cover until Feb 2028, full-time and temporarily based from home, with travel across Lancashire requiring the use of your own vehicle.

The role
