The Scotland fundraising manager role sits within our vibrant community and events team, reporting into the head of community and events. The team builds strong, long-term relationships regionally and nationally to maximise potential across all income streams. The Role

About the Role

As a Payroll Manager, you will take ownership of the full payroll lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 1,500-2,000+ employees, ensuring an accurate, compliant and timely payroll service.

The Role
We are looking for an Advice & Guidance Officer who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of deaf children, young people, and their families.

A key focus of this role will be delivering the service remotely using technology. In addition, you will use your interpersonal skills and experience working with families to connect with local community groups, raise awareness of our services, promote membership, and provide support to families, deaf young people, and professionals.
 
This role is part time, based on 21 hours per week.
 
This is a fully remote role, but will have a focus on Central Scotland Casework and will require some regional travel so applicants should live in Scotland and possess a driving licence and have access to a car.

Serving as the Academy’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), the postholder will embed safeguarding, inclusion, and wellbeing into all organisational decision-making.

You’ll help maintain accurate records and reporting, monitor actions through to completion, coordinate contractors and site access, manage compliance documentation and systems, and support the delivery of key health and safety processes, including fire, water and asbestos management.
