The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and the College of Radiographers (CoR) jointly set the national benchmark for safe, effective and patient‑centred imaging services through the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI). To support imaging services on their improvement journey, the Colleges have established a dedicated Quality Improvement (QI) Unit, hosted by the RCR.

As Quality Improvement Operations Manager, you will play a central role in leading and coordinating the operational delivery of the QSI scheme. You will manage and support the teams responsible for assessment activity, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellent experience for services engaging with QSI.
You will also lead a significant business process improvement programme, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and embed sustainable ways of working using data, automation and practical system improvements.

What you’ll do

As Post Production Manager, you will oversee the Video Team’s post-production operations and line-manage our Video Editors (1 x Video Editor and 2 x Junior Video Editors). You will lead the team in delivering high-quality video content for our platform, ensuring all output meets our editorial standards. You will manage the post-production workflow, support wider projects across the Video Team, and contribute hands-on to editing a variety of videos for the platform.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assign post-production tasks to Video Editors and Junior Video Editors, manage the edit schedule, set deadlines, and sign off on edits that meet our high standards. Guide, mentor, and develop team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

• Manage key deliverables from organising footage on Dropbox to ensuring projects are live on the platform.

• Manage a diverse range of video content, ensuring stakeholder input is considered while maintaining high editorial and production standards.

• Review videos and provide constructive feedback to develop editors and maintain quality.

• Ensure videos are on the platform and meet a high standard of quality.

• Act as the point of contact for external partners and account teams regarding exported projects, handling any technical queries.

• Edit videos, create engaging animations and Motion Graphics (Motion GFX) in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and develop MOGRT templates for editable projects.

• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by all editors and inform them of any changes.

Working together

You’ll work closely with Unifrog’s Content team, line-manage video editors and collaborate closely with directors and producers in the video team. You will also work with staff on our partner-facing teams, as well as with external partners where necessary.

An international charity supporting people working at sea is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead a step-change in how individual fundraising is planned, delivered and grown.

Individual giving is already generating around £450k per year, with clear ambition to increase this by £100k per year over the next two years. Appeals, digital income and event-driven donations are in place, but there is no single, coordinated strategy or supporter journey. This role exists to design and deliver that strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing expert advice and guidance to branches and regions on all volunteer management matters.
• Analysing complex or sensitive situations to identify key issues, risks, and appropriate courses of action.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Community Fundraiser to help grow our sustainable income and ensure survivors can access lifesaving refuge.

As part of a small, close-knit fundraising team, you’ll develop and deliver a vibrant programme of community and events fundraising. Key Responsibilities

Income Generation & Strategy

• Develop and deliver an annual community fundraising plan

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.

The IDVA will provide high quality, trauma informed independent advocacy and support to survivors of domestic abuse, and additionally face multiple disadvantages in accessing support service across Wandsworth. Funded by MOPAC (Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime), this post focuses on improving access to justice, safety and holistic support for individuals affected by domestic abuse, including those navigating the criminal justice system.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, committed and cares about the work Refuge undertakes. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and the impact this has on survivors and their children.
