Purpose of the Position
The Global Advocacy Director is a strategic leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for providing direction, alignment and influence for advocacy across the Open Doors organisation. These are the basic duties required of the Head of Operations. BIAS is a local charity which has supported England’s largest Irish community in Brent for almost fifty years. We deliver our support through our welfare and housing advice service, our active ageing clubs, our volunteer project and our befriending scheme. We raise over £2 million in extra income for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged every year and have over 7000 attendances at our club services. BIAS has recently expanded into Haringey borough and has exciting plans to further develop its project scope and geographical reach, supported by sustainable and diversified grant funding, including from Ireland’s Emigrant Support Programme.

The Role
The Senior Programme Coordinator will support the development and delivery of SEO London’s apprenticeship programmes.
The post holder will develop a strong understanding of SEO London’s programmes, the industries we support and the needs of our students and partner organisations.They will use this knowledge to deliver projects, respond to stakeholder needs and provide a professional and supportive participant experience.

Person Specification
We are looking for an experienced programme professional who can combine strong project coordination with excellent stakeholder management and a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for complex activities. They will be able to create structure in a developing environment, manage competing priorities and make sound day-to-day decisions.
Direct experience within the apprenticeships sector is desirable but not essential.
Essential Skills and experience
· Experience of coordinating programmes, projects or events from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
· Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities, deadlines and defined workstreams.
· Experience building effective relationships with students, schools, employers, partners or other internal and external stakeholders.
· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the confidence to facilitate sessions, present information and handle stakeholder queries professionally and empathetically.
· Experience using CRM systems, databases and Microsoft 365 to maintain accurate records, analyse information and produce reports or programme materials.
Desirable Experience and Knowledge

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for two Practice Lead positions. One role will support Local House Projects (LHPs) in the North, while the location and focus of the second role is still to be confirmed.

The charity was established in August 2018 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), they support local authorities in setting up Local House Projects for young people leaving care. Believing every care leaver should have this option, the charity empowers them to create and sustain homes.
The initiative, co-designed with young people, began by asking, "What makes a house a home?” Local House Projects in England and Scotland help care leavers transition into permanent tenancies, fostering a supportive community. The charity has helped over 780 young people successfully move into their own homes, with no evictions or tenancy breakdowns, ensuring a secure start for their futures.

We are looking for sessional farm assistants who will support the Farm team in realising the vision of the farm by supporting the delivery of a variety of activities, including:
· To deliver youth and children’s education sessions and activities on the farm, supporting young people, to help care for the animals, maintain the farm and garden and learn in the outdoors.
· To deliver birthday parties on weekends to groups of up to 30,
· To deliver animal experiences, giving families the opportunity to meet and greet our rescued and rehomed animals
· To support our adult day service with caring for our animals
