This is an exciting opportunity to join IRMO as our Youth Project Coordinator and lead the Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF) – IRMO’s youth-led group for migrant and refugee young people aged 13–19.
LAYF offers a safe, supportive and trilingual space (Spanish, Portuguese and English) where young people can overcome barriers and begin to find their feet in the UK. Activities are designed to build confidence, support integration and foster leadership. Through the programme, participants can learn English through fun and engaging ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes, take part in weekly educational, arts-based and themed workshops, and receive one-to-one support through a targeted coaching programme focused on education, volunteering and employment.
Young people also have the opportunity to join the LAYF Youth Steering Group, where they can develop leadership skills and inspire other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking young people, while exploring London and beyond through cultural trips and residentials.
As Youth Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for registering and onboarding new participants, designing and delivering a creative weekly programme of LAYF Space Workshops, and offering one-to-one mentoring to help young people access opportunities and build confidence. About this key role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to deliver For Baby’s Sake across the North East of England. This is a home-based role with hybrid working, and applicants must be based in the region and able to travel to deliver a blend of online and face-to-face sessions. For Baby’s Sake is an innovative, therapeutic, trauma-informed programme that works to break the cycle of domestic abuse, starting in pregnancy, to give babies the best possible start in life. We work individually with co-parents, keeping the baby at the centre, and using a therapeutic, recovery-focused framework to address the impact of domestic abuse with care, compassion, and respect. The programme supports parents to explore unresolved and often complex childhood trauma, change harmful patterns of behaviour, and create a home environment in which children can thrive. Our attachment-focused parenting approach helps babies and children feel safe, secure, and connected with parents who are emotionally available and attuned to their needs.
The programme begins during pregnancy, when motivation for change can be strongest. Both parents must want to co-parent their unborn baby, although they do not need to be in a relationship with one another. We can work with families until their baby reaches the age of two, reflecting the importance of this period in child development research.
The For Baby’s Sake Trust multi-disciplinary team is made up of trained therapeutic practitioners who build trusting, respectful relationships and create conditions for meaningful therapeutic change. Our Brand and Marketing team is looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive B2B Marketing Manager (12-month fixed-term contract – maternity cover) to help grow awareness of the Trust among key delivery and referral partners, ultimately increasing engagement with young people.
Working as part of a team of managers, you will lead the development and delivery of targeted marketing strategies that strengthen our relationships with partners and position the Trust as a trusted and impactful organisation within the sector. Your work will focus on increasing awareness of our services through partner networks, using a blend of digital and traditional channels to reach professionals who support young people.
You will collaborate closely with our in-house creative services team to commission and review high-quality, partner-facing content, and use data and insight to continuously improve performance. You will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities to grow and deepen partnerships, ensuring our approach aligns with and supports our EDI strategy.
This role is perfect for you if you are confident using a range of marketing skills, including digital channels and campaigns, to engage professional audiences and generate referrals. You will have a strong understanding of the B2B marketing communications mix, knowing how to select the right channels and messages to influence and motivate partner organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data and Insights Officer to join our Impact and Evaluation team and shape how data is used at Chance to Shine. The role holder will strengthen our data practices and lead our monitoring analysis to ensure data is used effectively to support continuous improvement, planning and shape future priorities. They will play a key role in helping Chance to Shine use data in line with wider best practice by working collaboratively with internal and external partners, and being proactive in identifying and driving improvements.
This is a London Office based contract. A minimum of two days a week in the office would be required with the option to work from home on the other days. The role holder will need to be flexible as and when they are required to attend meetings, events, mostly in London but elsewhere around the country.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead management, analysis and reporting of monitoring data – ensuring the organisation and partners have timely, robust and relevant analysis. Engaging data visualisation to meet needs of different audiences.
· Plan and deliver data quality assurance processes; regular KPI analysis for England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), Sport England and internal reporting; and analysis to support fundraising applications and reports.
· Identify and carry out improvements, including effective use of DfE and other data to make sure our systems reflect the most relevant and up-to-date information.
· Work collaboratively with the Director of Strategy and Impact, Impact and Evaluation Manager and Operations department to identify and deliver more detailed analysis to support learning, planning and inform strategic priorities.
· Work closely with the Digital Systems Manager to ensure we are using digital tools effectively internally for monitoring analysis and reporting.
· Work closely with Operations department to ensure we collect and use the right data effectively and together provide support to delivery partners to understand and use analysis.
· Stay abreast of relevant wider developments to inform and improve our monitoring approach – particularly in terms of DfE, DCMS, ECB and Sport England data.
· Support the Impact & Evaluation team with other ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
· Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools - experienced in using Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI to clean and manipulate data and build engaging, interactive dashboards and reports
· Data collection and analysis – demonstrable experience working confidently with large, complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources, ensure its accuracy and analyse it meaningfully
· Experience leveraging AI to support data collection and data analysis
· Collaborative working skills – the ability to work confidently with a range of colleagues to understand, agree and deliver analytical priorities
