The role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our Development Team across fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, and grants.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising and campaigns

We’re looking for a Supporter Care Executive to join our team
Salary: £28,390
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and permanent. 35 hours a week (9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break). The office is open 8am - 7pm daily and our hybrid working policy requires all full-time employees to work at least two days a week in the Edinburgh office.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.
This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.
About You
Essential
- Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.
- Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance, with understanding of DPO responsibilities.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and interpreting data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience overseeing CRM systems from a strategic perspective, including planning for improvements or new systems.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools from a user or strategic oversight perspective.

Reporting to the Secretary to the Royal Commission, the Alumni Manager will lead the coordination and delivery of our alumni strategy. Key Responsibilities
Alumni Relations & Community Building
· Maintain and develop the Commission’s alumni network, fostering long-term engagement.
· Work with the Secretary and Alumni Steering Group to develop and deliver an alumni engagement plan.

Communications & Content

The Distribution Executive is responsible for the operational delivery of LumoTV’s programmes, ensuring all content is distributed to partners accurately, on time, and in compliance with technical and legal requirements. The role also coordinates quality assurance across all platforms, as well as overseeing logistics for award and festival submissions and programme premieres. In addition, the Distribution Executive supports rights administration and transmission (TX) scheduling, ensuring LumoTV’s programming is accessible, consistent, and audience ready.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare, package, and deliver broadcast-ready masters to domestic and international partners.
• Ensure technical QC, metadata accuracy, subtitling, dubbing, and accessibility compliance.

Key Responsibilities
The Rota Coordinator:
- Welcomes and onboards new volunteers, allocating shifts that reflect their shift preferences

Duties and key responsibilities
Financial Administration and Bookkeeping
- Responsibility for maintaining all financial records and data accurately and within agreed systems, to include:Maintaining up-to-date records in Sage 50.
- Importing bank receipts into Sage from Raiser’s Edge NXT.
- Processing purchase invoices, card transactions, and payments, ensuring correct coding to nominal and departmental ledgers.

The Salesforce and Systems Manager will play a key role in the Programmes team ensuring that our systems and processes run smoothly, that data is accurate and well maintained, and that we continue to innovate through our use of data systems to improve delivery and working across the wider Trust.
You will lead the usage and development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Salesforce, for the delivery and evaluation of our programmes.
