We are looking for a part time Membership Officer to work 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), alongside our existing part time Membership Officer. The position is hybrid, with at least one day a week (Tuesday) in the office in Archway. Together, they will lead on administrative support of our membership functions. Reporting to our Office and Events Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative functions that support the smooth running and ongoing success of the organisation around membership.

This is an interesting and varied role that acts as a first 'point of contact’ for the people we work with (such as Member Institutions, Registrants and queries from members of the public), as well as managing the administrative aspect of memberships, such as setting up new Registrants on our CRM system. The role also involves longer term project work such as overseeing the CPD audit and improving and growing membership processes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with previous administrative experience who are keen to join our small and friendly staff team.

We are seeking a Community Engagement Officer to provide vital administrative support to our policy & campaigns function and across the organisation, facilitating strong engagement with our community of dementia carers. Role summary

The Fundraising Assistant role is a vital role for Edward’s Trust’s Fundraising Team. You will be assisting with all areas of Fundraising from being the first point of call for supporters and volunteers, to support them with fundraising activities, ensuring they are thanked, and communications are personal and timely. Duties and key responsibilities

Financial Administration and Bookkeeping

• Responsibility for maintaining all financial records and data accurately and within agreed systems, to include:Maintaining up-to-date records in Sage 50.
• Importing bank receipts into Sage from Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Processing purchase invoices, card transactions, and payments, ensuring correct coding to nominal and departmental ledgers.

Job Purpose 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Individual Giving and Legacy Team at Alder Hey Children’s Charity. The role will oversee the development and administration of the individual giving portfolio at the charity and work closely with the Individual Giving Manger to plan and implement a strategy for growth and exceptional supporter engagement.

Main Duties/ Tasks 

Income Generation & Stewardship  

Work alongside the Individual Giving Manager and Head of Community Fundraising to produce and execute an effective and sustainable individual giving plan. 

Create and implement effective donor journeys to maximise the engagement and retention of supporters. 

Identify potential new individual giving audiences and implement acquisition strategies in order to grow the individual giving database. 

Work across the organisation to champion individual giving and to implement excellent supporter care. 

Work alongside the Individual Giving Manager to manage budgets including forecasting and tracking and making sure costs remain low for maximum return on investment. 

Identify opportunities for colleagues in fundraising and throughout the hospital and pass these on as appropriate. 

Ensure fundraising remains within legal constraints and pays attention to safeguarding requirements.

Project Management

This integral role will provide high-quality administrative, compliance and organisational support across the charity. The Operations Officer will support day-to-day operations, ensuring strong governance, accurate record keeping and systems efficiency all of which will allow the delivery of CHEER’s client and volunteer services.Training will be offered where required (eg: compliance, DBS checking, charity governance).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. CRM management (Beacon)

This role is central to delivering Screen Share's award-winning Digital Access Programme, which refurbishes donated technology and distributes it to refugees and asylum seekers across the UK. This is a new role in the team designed to increase our capacity to support a growing client base. It is both practical and operational, involving both technology management and customer service.

The role focuses on making sure the right devices reach the right people. You will process referrals, coordinate fulfilment, and work with clients, partners and volunteers to make sure devices are delivered smoothly and any challenges are resolved with care. This requires clear and confident communication, strong organisation, and a trauma-informed, safeguarding-aware approach to working with people from many different backgrounds.

On the technical side, the post holder will support the end-to-end management of Screen Share’s IT assets. Working closely within the Operations team, this includes logging and tracking devices, maintaining accurate database records, supporting physical storage and stock control, assisting with secure data sanitisation, and preparing devices for distribution through careful packaging and postage. This element of the role ensures that all devices are handled safely, securely and in line with our operational and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Service

Explaining Screen Share’s referral process to individuals and partner organisations seeking support, and signposting to external services where appropriate. Sharing responsibility with the wider team for client and partner communications,
responding promptly, professionally and courteously. Support in-person device distribution at partner charities, libraries
and accommodation settings, and provide remote technical support to clients via phone and email, communicating
clearly, patiently and with care. 

Data Management and Administration

Reviewing, prioritising and processing referral applications, completing digital paperwork and issuing delivery and tracking information. Capturing, updating and maintaining accurate client and device data to support day-to-day operations and impact reporting. Allocating devices based on client needs and available stock, and handling all client, partner and donor information in line with data protection policies and GDPR requirements.

Postage and Packaging

Preparing, packaging and dispatching devices and accessories securely using postal and courier services. Ensuring all equipment is packaged safely and appropriately to prevent damage in transit.

General Operations and Ad-hoc Support

Participating fully in team meetings and contributing to shared problem-solving. Supporting the refurbishment process as needed, including data sanitisation, basic diagnostics, installing operating systems and logging donated devices. Assisting with fulfilment across other programmes and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Operations team.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Systems, Data and Insights to drive digital innovation, champion evidence-based decision making, and lead a high-performing team.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to sit back and strategise. It’s for a leader who thrives on combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You’ll set the direction for data, systems, and insights, while also rolling up your sleeves to design processes, deliver technical solutions, and unlock the power of supporter insight.

You’ll be the technical lead for Advancement, owning our alumni database (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and related systems, and ensuring they are optimised to support smarter fundraising, deeper alumni engagement, and more efficient operations.

In this role you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of data and systems professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Own and optimise Raiser’s Edge NXT and related platforms, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and other regulations.
• Deliver insights and reporting that empower colleagues across the institution to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Champion governance and compliance, ensuring data quality, security, and resilience.
• Collaborate and influence across the University, representing Advancement in cross-institutional initiatives and equipping colleagues to self-serve data and insights.
• Balance strategy and execution—from setting long-term direction to personally delivering high-impact technical projects.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Extensive experience with relational databases (Raiser’s Edge knowledge is a plus).
• A proven track record of delivering complex IT and change management projects.

• Expertise in data protection, compliance, and governance.
• Technical fluency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI experience an advantage).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Do you deliver brilliant customer service and love helping people? We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate and proactive Supporter Care Officer to join our team and help ensure that every supporter has an exceptional experience with the Trust.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for key administrative tasks including updating supporter records, processing and setting up donations, managing regular gifts, updating communication preferences and sending heartfelt thank-yous to supporters. You will use our database daily, keeping information accurate and up to date, and deal with a wide range of enquiries by phone, email and post, providing warm, professional and timely responses.

• Be well-organised with good attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with a wide range of people
