This role is an expansion of a current Finance Administrator's role, to allow additional support for our ecumenical charity's growth. This role will be responsible for all aspects of finance administrative and CRM database support and the successful candidate will want to be part of a faith-based organisation, committed to the mission of the charity both in the UK and the Holy Land.

The primary responsibility and focus of the role will be to support the Finance Manager with finance handling and working with our CRM database to improve data quality; additionally you will support the administrative function, particularly in engaging with the CRM database as needed and available for the operational success of the charity. You will need to be comfortable working in a faith-based organisation, talking to supporters and clergy across the UK and with our partners in the Holy Land.

You will be working under the day-to-day management of the Finance Manager as a direct report but collaborating closely with the Office Manager for administrative work as required.

Typical tasks will include:

• Record financial donations from all income streams into the charity (cash, cheque, CAF, BACS, online, by phone, in-person)
• Monitor bank account payments, online donations, and standing orders/direct debits
• Produce reports from payment processing companies
• Produce Gift Aid claims in conjunction with Finance Manager
• Logging and recording of accounts payable
• Become an expert user of our CRM (Access ThankQ) to ensure high-quality, accurate and compliant supporter data
• Use the CRM to produce segmentation, reporting and data analysis - creating queries, dashboards and reports to track performance
• To support the delivery and distribution of shop products purchased either through the website shop, over the phone or by mail order
• Assist with product stock and ordering
• Assist with the website shop and maintaining/adding product listings
• Basic office duties, including answering phone calls, logging and responding to letters and emails, franking letters, taking donations by phone
• Assist with other project deliverables identified by management
• Help maintain the cleanliness and Health and Safety of the office environment including cleaning and tidying as needed

Suitable training will be given as needed. 

You will need to have previous experience in a finance role and will ideally have previous experience working in a charity.

About the role:

This is frontline leadership at its most real. As Team Managers in Camden’s Rough Sleeping Outreach Service, you’ll lead from the front of a service that meets people where they are — on the streets, in hotspots and through the hub — building trust, responding quickly and helping people move towards safety and stability.

You’ll be holding a fast-moving, complex service together day to day. That means overseeing outreach activity, shaping how the team responds to changing demand, and making sure people aren’t passed around but supported through a joined-up, No Wrong Door approach. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Camden’s response to severe weather, working with partners to act quickly when it matters most.

The Role

You’ll work closely with foster carers and social work colleagues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support and improve outcomes for children and young people. 

The Senior Admin Officer will be responsible for general administrative functions within the London & South East region and will report to the Administrative Manager.  In some instances, the Senior Admin Officer may be required to deputise for the Admin Manager in the post holder’s absence in relation to day to day matters.

The Senior Admin Officer will specialise in a particular area (s), such as Panels, statutory paperwork, minute-taking, training, and maintaining the in-house database (Charms). Key Responsibilities:

• Providing an administration service to the London & South-East region to help meet the service objectives of increased foster carer recruitment
• Organise and prepare all panel papers for approvals and reviews.
• Minute panels and prepare ADM paperwork
• Timely and accurate record keeping on Charms (in house system).
• Responding to telephone calls and allocating these to staff as appropriate. When necessary, take messages for staff members and ensure that these are passed on.
• Communicating professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues, carers, and third-party agencies to establish professional working relationships which focus on the best outcomes for the children and young people in our care.

Join Our Team: Volunteering Leader (Enfield and surrounding waterways (Lee & Stort))

We’re excited to welcome a new Volunteering Leader at our London & South East location

Working Hours & Location 

This role follows a 37 hours, over a 7 day working pattern. The post holder will also be required to work an annualised hours system which includes working any 5 days out of 7 including statutory holidays. They will also be part of a 24-hour operational standby team responsible for providing emergency cover for the waterway.

On-call responsibility
Volunteer Leaders take part in an on-call rota alongside other Canal & River Trust colleagues:
•    Approximately 1 week in every 5
•    Availability from 4:00pm to 8:00am on weekdays, plus the full weekend
•    A Trust vehicle will be taken home during on-call periods to respond to callouts

The Volunteering Leader will be based at Enfield Lock, Ordnance Road, Enfield EN3 6JG. This role involves travel between sites and includes use of a Trust vehicle.

Role Overview

We’re looking for practical, motivated Volunteer Leaders to support our Operations team in keeping the waterways around the upper Lee navigation and the River Lee open, safe and clean.

This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll lead and support groups of volunteers to carry out essential maintenance and improvement tasks along the canal network. You’ll work closely with our Operations staff, sometimes alongside them, to identify issues and organise volunteer activity to resolve them.

If you enjoy working outdoors, leading people, and making a visible difference to local waterways, this could be a very rewarding role.

Key Accountabilities:

As a Volunteer Leader, you will:
•    Work closely with the Operations team to identify where support is needed
•    Recruit and organise volunteers to help resolve operational issues

We’re seeking an organised, proactive, and engaging Volunteering Lead to work closely with our Area Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll support and guide a growing community of dedicated volunteers, as well as our internal team, all working together to protect, maintain, and enhance the environment and heritage of our local waterways for residents and visitors to enjoy.

You’ll be confident handling day‑to‑day administration and comfortable leading, motivating, and supporting volunteer groups. A strong focus on safety and a responsible approach are essential.

It would be beneficial if you have experience in:

• Health & Safety processes, including risk assessments and method statements
• Safeguarding
• Practical or maintenance work
• Volunteer coordination or team leadership

Skills & Qualifications

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is looking to appoint an efficient and driven individual to support our Divisions’ executive committees.

Taking your own initiative will come as second nature and you will enjoy working as part of team to ensure that meetings and other member engagement activities run as smoothly as possible.

You will have a proven record of working in an administrative support role, of supporting committees and will be able to demonstrate that they can deliver a high level of customer service.

You will have strong interpersonal skills as well as experience of using electronic databases and CMS. Flexibility and self-reliance are essential.

The Referrals Coordinator supports women seeking asylum to access Women for Refugee Women’s (WRW) activities and the wider support they need. You will often be the first person a woman speaks to at WRW, so warmth, care, and trust are central to this role.

You will oversee referrals both into and out of WRW, ensuring women are supported to move safely and confidently between services. The role combines community‑based outreach, volunteer support, and clear administrative work, as part of a supportive hybrid team.

Temporary role: 2-3 months with an immediate start 
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the London office, or 1 day a week in the office for Leeds based candidates
