About the Role: Legal Manager

As Legal Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality, trauma informed legal services to people in immigration detention.

You’ll supervise and support our brilliant Legal Volunteers, manage your own caseload, oversee BID’s advice line and legal surgeries, and contribute to training and mentoring volunteers starting their legal careers. You’ll also support our policy and advocacy team by identifying systemic issues from our legal work that require wider change.

Whether it's preparing bail applications, reviewing legal submissions, training volunteers, or providing urgent advice on our helpline, you’ll be working directly at the intersection of law and justice.

This is a new senior leadership role created through Inclusion North’s restructure. It is central to how we rebuild our strategic presence in Yorkshire and Humber while ensuring strong, joined-up working across the Northeast.

This includes overseeing how our delivery connects to system priorities, responds to emerging opportunities, and contributes to our financial sustainability. You will also provide strategic insight to support planning, funding, and future direction.

This is a leadership role for someone who can build trust, speak with credibility, and stand firm in their values. You will need the insight to understand how systems work, and the confidence to push for change when they do not work for the people they are meant to serve.

The Cross-regional Strategic Lead holds senior responsibility for regional engagement, system influence, and delivery oversight at a strategic level.

Creative Support is seeking committed Waking Night Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach. The Intensive Support Service provides bespoke supported living services in the Bury/Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.

The service operates 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to provide support and opportunities for increased independence in the community for three adults. In your role as Waking Night Support Worker, you will support residents with shopping, cooking or baking, household tasks and meeting personal care needs, as well as meeting unique personal goals. You will be happy working in a consistent, predictable way, enjoying a calm and quiet environment that meets each individual service user’s needs.

Experience of working in the care sector is desirable but not essential, as we will provide all training necessary for the role. Staff members recruited will initially be required to work dynamically between the Registered Office, service and current care provision to ensure service users experience a well-planned transition into their new home.

The role and responsibilities

• Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

• Work with our team of Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers to understand the challenges they face and how you can support them in growing their partner bases.

• Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us. 

• Support with other projects such as organising conferences, analysing our competitors, and reviewing our marketing collateral.

• Communicate information about our line up of online and in-person events to non-partner HE institutions, to secure their attendance at these events.

Working together

You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

South Kilburn Trust (SKT) is a Community Development Trust working to improve the lives of residents in an area of London that is undergoing a long-term physical regeneration. It is the role of the Trust to identify the needs of local people and to advocate for them. Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead the operational delivery, activation, and ongoing management of two new public-facing community assets: an affordable workspace and a smart, environmentally sustainable event space. You will balance access, quality, and sustainability by ensuring these spaces meet the needs of Kilburn’s dynamic and diverse community, while also generating revenue to support their long-term viability.

Key Responsibilities:

Space Setup and Launch

• Oversee handover and mobilisation of the affordable workspace and event hall as they are phased in between Sep–Jan 2025
• Liaise with Brent Council, contractors, and partners during transition and setup

Facilities and Operations Management

• Ensure buildings are safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and sustainably run. Manage contractors responsible for building maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage lettings, bookings, and contracts for both spaces including catering kitchen
• Monitor budgets and report on commercial activity

Workspace Activation

• Programme and deliver enterprise-focused activities in the affordable workspace
• Build a local network of entrepreneurs and facilitate community connections
• Manage and pre-let additional studio spaces opening Dec 2025

Venue Promotion & Community Engagement

• Market the event hall as both a community asset and revenue-generating venue
• Balance community events (weddings, cultural events) with corporate hires (Mon–Thurs)
• Ensure access and pricing remain fair, inclusive, and community-first

Strategy & Future Planning

• Contribute to visioning and strategic planning for long-term space management
• Help define the opportunity for an external operator post-2027 practical completion
• Support organisational learning and develop internal policies and procedures

Person Specification

Essential

Experience activating community or commercial spaces

Skilled in facilities and building management, and familiarity with CRM and booking systems.

Highly organised, able to manage projects end-to-end.

Confident engaging diverse community and commercial users

Proactive, personable and entrepreneurial

Comfortable working flexibly and responsively, including evening and weekend work.

Desirable

Knowledge of place-based regeneration or placemaking

Familiar with Victorian buildings or eco-design systems

Previous work in affordable workspace, social enterprise or hospitality.

About the role

As Head of Finance for EFI Group, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the Group’s financial health, enhancing operational insight, and supporting strategic decision-making. 

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead a high-performing finance team, deliver insightful financial reporting, and act as a key business partner across all functions and subsidiaries. You will take a lead on month-end processes and reporting and preparation for the annual audit. You’ll also line manage, coach, and support junior finance team members, while providing accurate and timely financial information to budget holders across the organisation. Experience with developing integrated finance systems (Sage Intacct is in use) and the ability to work independently are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative finance team where your expertise will directly support key financial decisions and continuous improvement.

About you

• Qualifications: CCAB qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience and Team Leadership: Proven experience in a similar finance role, including managing a team.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and key accounting functions such as reconciliations and ledger management.
• Passion: Proactive, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
• Gravitas: Comfortable with business partnering at all levels of the business and liaising with external auditors and banks as needed.

The Role
As the Deputy Team Leader (Court Services), working alongside Team Leaders you will be responsible for the delivery of the Witness Service within your court/s (as mentioned above).

You will share responsibility for the effective coordination and development of volunteers who support witnesses in their journey through the criminal justice system.

You will be responsible for general service administrative tasks within the courts, as well as inputting service data.
