We are a growing charity, and our income has increased by 200% over the last 5 years enabling us to launch new services such as a Specialist Nurse Helpline and an online Symptom Checker tool. Last year, almost 70% of our income was from public donations and fundraising, which is incredible. Endometriosis UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Fundraising Manager to join our busy fundraising team and support our continued growth. You will line manage the Fundraising Administrator and the Stewardship and Supporter Care Officer, playing a key role in leading a friendly, ambitious team and delivering exciting plans to grow vital income.
With a strong focus on public fundraising, you will be confident managing projects across community fundraising, individual giving and legacies. You will be an experienced CRM user, up to date with fundraising regulations, and ideally bring at least two years’ experience in a fundraising management role, including line management. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will be motivated by results and have a proven track record of meeting income targets, underpinned by a strong commitment to excellent supporter care and stewardship.

About the role
As the Senior digital insight analyst, you’ll lead on our digital analytics to ensure we have high quality, reliable insight that drives better user experience across all our digital products and improves our digital performance.
You’ll take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring our tracking and reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with our broader data strategy. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll embed robust tagging, maintain clear measurement standards and develop accessible dashboards that inform decision-making across the organisation.
A key part of your role will be turning data into actionable insight. You’ll analyse user journeys, identify friction points from ecommerce tracking, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities for growth, your work will help us connect more meaningfully with our audiences. You’ll help us make the most of our digital data, combining it with data from our CRM and other sources to generate joined-up, actionable insights.

The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.
This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. - Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.

- A proven track record in effective BI reporting, and process design optimisation.

Action in rural Sussex (AirS) supports rural communities across Sussex to be vibrant and diverse places in which to live and work. Community spaces play an important role in these local communities. They build community cohesion and resilience, support the health and wellbeing of residents, help overcome social isolation. contribute to the creation of vibrant local economies, and reduce carbon emissions by providing services and activities locally, and reducing their own carbon footprint.
Most community buildings are charitable, run mainly by volunteers who need a wide range of skills and knowledge to run a successful and sustainable community space. Our Community Buildings Service supports volunteers and hall managers by providing networking opportunities, training, newsletters, an online forum, and bespoke individual advice and support.
This is an exciting time for the service as we look to expand its reach and further develop our offer. The Project Support and Communications Officer will work closely with our Senior Community Buildings Adviser to support the delivery and development of the service across Sussex. You will be the first point of contact for enquirers, helping subscribers to the service to access our platforms. You will help to plan our training and events programme and provide administrative and logistical support. You will also manage communications and marketing for the service, including monthly newsletters, website updates, email communications and social media, and take the lead on updating and developing our CRM.

About HIAS+JCORE
HIAS+JCORE is the UK Jewish voice on refugees and racial justice. Our work is driven by the belief that the Jewish community should play an active part in building a society in which refugees are able to live in dignity where the UK is a welcoming place free from racism.
Our organisation came into being through the joining of forces in 2023 between two organisations: the Jewish Council for Racial Equality (JCORE) and HIAS. We put in place a strategy to last from late 2024 to late 2027 and are excited about how we are achieving many of our goals.
Purpose and nature of role
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team to take on a role with autonomy around office management, human resources and procurement. You’ll be a fast learner who takes initiative and can work independently on new projects. The successful post-holder will provide support to ensure the whole operation runs smoothly.
Essential functions
Organisational operations
1. Managing the office, ensuring team members have the space and equipment they require; procuring new equipment and services required, and managing all suppliers;
2. Ensuring HIAS+JCORE is meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements including implementing health and safety policy and procedures, and arranging and ensuring staff attendance at relevant training;
3. Being the first point of contact for external queries and responding to phone and email enquiries;
4. Administering HIAS+JCORE’s DBS system for staff and volunteers, liaising with both applicants and the DBS provider to ensure smooth processes;
5. Liaising with the charity’s insurance provider to ensure that policies are up-to-date and cover our work.
Events
1. Providing administrative support to HIAS+JCORE events, including venue booking, registration, communication, working with suppliers, and other support before, during, and after events;
2. Organising staff meetings, training, away days, social events and celebrations;
3. Ensuring events take place within agreed budgets.
HR
- Managing contracts and inductions for new staff, maintaining personnel files and HR records;
- Working with colleagues to produce and update job descriptions and person specifications;
- Managing annual leave records and liaising with staff and trustees about office closed dates;
- Assistance with recruitment and induction as required. Including advertising roles, maintaining recruitment records, liaising with candidates and interview panel, organising interviews, requesting references/DBS checks and ensuring statutory requirements are followed at all times;
- Liaising with the charity’s payroll provider and ensuring payslips, P60s and other documents are sent to staff;
- Ensure that employment law and other relevant legislation is being complied with;
- Working with colleagues at the HIAS Head Office to respond to any arising HR or disciplinary issues;
- Ensuring staff compliance with all HIAS+JCORE and HIAS policies.
Finance support
- Working with the freelance finance manager to ensure timely updating of accounts and payments;
- Oversee staff payment cards;
- Fundraising administrative support, including recording and logging regular and one-off donor and administrating fundraising appeals;
Governance and staff support
- Coordinating the work of the Board of Trustees, including organising Board meetings, circulating papers to trustees, attending meetings and taking minutes;
- Administrative tasks relating to liaising with and updating records held by the Charity Commission and Companies House;
- Administrative support and diary management for Executive Director and Deputy Director.
IT
- Responsible for the management of HIAS+JCORE’s data and filing systems. Ensure data protection laws are being adhered to. Point of contact for the ICO;
- Ensuring regular safety testing;
- Work with partners at HIAS to implement new systems
- Working with the team to implement our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; managing our database and CRM, including data entry, supporting staff with CRM and setting up campaigns, events, reports and forms.
Other Responsibilities
- Any other duties as required by your line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- A self-starter that is able to take initiative and work independently on new projects, including finding ways to improve the efficient and smoother running of the HIAS+JCORE office team;
- A willingness to learn on the go;
- Excellent IT skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite including being able to undertake key tasks such as mail mergers;
- Awareness of statutory and regulatory requirements;

About the Role
Fundraising and philanthropic advocacy are at the heart of GiveOut’s work. As Philanthropy Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy team, supporting our philanthropy programme and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Philanthropy Officers.
