A new role, the Finance Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the charity's day-to-day finances, contracts and risk management. As a member of the senior leadership team, they will support the CEO with strategic planning. A key part of the role will include financial planning and administrative support for the charity’s fundraising efforts as part of a £6.5m conservation and renovation programme. They will lead the preparation for, and presentations at the charity’s Board and related finance committees.
The postholder will ensure that the charity’s budget and out turn are closely monitored and that established financial controls, spanning the procurement to payments cycle, are firmly adhered to. They will lead budget setting, forecasting, and financial reporting (including management of the external audit and production of the annual report and accounts) and will support wider work programme-planning for the charity, setting the foundations for financial success and sustainability. In addition, the postholder will act as the central finance liaison with the Inns of Court of Inner and Middle Temple – TCT’s principal funders – as well as with other stakeholders, donors and cross-departmentally.
Candidates should meet the following essential criteria:
CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant
Experience in a senior/ management financial position in a charity/ not for profit
Experience of managing cash and investments.
Effective communications skills both written and oral
Excellent IT skills including MS Office and Finance Systems

The available role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our hospice as a Marketing & Communications Officer. You’ll play a key role in sharing the hospice’s work with the people who matter most – our patients and those closest to them, our supporters, volunteers and staff. You’ll use a range of digital and traditional channels to tell powerful stories, promote our services and strengthen our connection with the community.

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, on a salary of £28,172 (subject to the outcome of a formal job evaluation process currently being undertaken).
This role will involve having some flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. When this is the case, notice will be given and time given off in lieu.

About the Role

We are looking for a Programmes Officer to work closely on our international programmes supporting older people and people with disabilities in Eastern Europe. The role involves supporting the administration and project management of our large portfolio of 33 projects, working with our local partners to monitor implementation and capture data and impact. Part of the role is acting as a focal point for fundraising and communication teams, sharing key project updates to assist with their income-raising and engagement activities.
You will join our International Programmes team, which is responsible for delivering programmes through strong local partnerships across our Humanitarian and Climate, Older People and Livelihood Development portfolios.
You should have:
- Knowledge of Eastern Europe region/context with focus on Ukraine
- Experience in the international development/ charitable sector
- Experience of remote working with overseas partners
- Demonstrable experience of maintaining Monitoring and Evaluation processes in international development programming
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data

Hibiscus centres the lived experiences of women and continuously supports them to rebuild their lives through rights-based and justice-inspired responses.
What we do -Hibiscus delivers women-centred trauma informed support through an array of services including community-based provision which also address the needs of women leaving the prison and detention regimes.

The Key tasks of the role will be be as follows

About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.
Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.
The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.
About the person
You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring legacy activity is well planned, insight led and supporter centred. Comfortable working across disciplines and a self-starter, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of legacies across London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

About the Role
We’re seeking an Individual Giving and Acquisition Officer to lead on our individual giving strategy to join our high-performing fundraising team.
2025 was our best year yet for income and this role is pivotal in helping us to take the next step in growing our supporter base and future income.
This new role will be responsible for planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns to recruit regular donors, using data-led insights, audience segmentation, and performance tracking to optimise activity across digital, direct mail, telemarketing, and face-to-face channels.
The role will also focus on growing our lottery programme, converting new players into regular supporters, and developing retention strategies that maximise long-term commitment and lifetime value.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver effective multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Lead and grow our lottery programme, managing promotional campaigns, partner relationships, and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement supporter retention strategies to engage both new and existing supporters.
- Work with the Digital Engagement and Communications team to create engaging content and calls to action.
- Analyse campaign performance and supporter data to optimise acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, GDPR, and marketing standards.
- Build strong relationships with supporters, agencies, and partners.
- This is a role where you’ll make a positive difference every single day often at moments when someone needs it most.
At Epilepsy Action, we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is two days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The expectation to collaborate face-to-face is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do which may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to help us create a world without limits for people with epilepsy.
About You?
We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Fundraiser who is:
- Experienced in supporter acquisition, marketing, or fundraising, with proven success in direct marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in direct marketing, campaign planning, and copywriting.
- Confident in interpreting data and translating insights into action.
- Familiar with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g. email platforms, social media ads).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Click Dimensions, Dataro, Microsoft Dynamics, and knowledge of fundraising regulations would be a bonus!
