We ensure that people often excluded from mainstream services gain the support and opportunities they need to create a safe, healthy and sustainable life away from the streets. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to bring energy, creativity and focus to our marketing activity—boosting awareness, growing supporter engagement and helping drive income across fundraising streams. You’ll also play a part in the wider leadership of the organisation as a member of our management team.

The ideal candidate

To be considered for this role, you should be able to:

• Support with the development of the annual marketing strategy to achieve fundraising targets and contractual service delivery requirements. 
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall marketing plan. 
•  Lead on the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and support. 
• Support with fundraising acquisition activity linked to new prospects and opportunities e.g. individual philanthropists, decision makers in companies, trusts, foundations and local authorities. 
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Managing Providence Row's digital profile, including maintenance and development of the website, social media, external website listings and links, and Google Ads (etc).

• Improve upon current social media activity with editorial calendar and content for social media networks including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, blogs and similar platforms.

Job Purpose

The Grants & Fundraising Manager will play a lead role in maintaining and growing Umbrella’s income, with a primary focus on grant fundraising and the development of corporate partnerships. Working closely with the CEO, Trustees and staff teams, the post holder will strengthen existing income streams, identify new opportunities, and support the development of Umbrella’s fundraising strategy. This role is central to ensuring the sustainability and expansion of Umbrella’s services for disabled children, young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of grant opportunities across trusts, foundations, Lottery, corporate CSR programmes, and statutory funders.

Core Purpose
The Wish Assist Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of wishes on behalf of Make-A-Wish UK’s international affiliates, ensuring that each wish experience is unique to the child / young person, creating magical experiences for them to cherish.  The Wish Assist Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and management of a large network of relationships primarily Make-A-Wish affiliates, partners and suppliers, but also the wish child and their family.

Key Responsibilities:
Wish Assist Delivery

• Manage and oversee a caseload of 70+ wishes, per annum.
• Work with our affiliates, suppliers, and volunteers to develop detailed event plans and facilitate bespoke wish experiences in line with the affiliate’s wish journey processes for international wish children.
• Manage and oversee 30+ RUSH wishes per annum
• Work with UK wish families to develop detailed event plans and facilitate bespoke wish experiences for UK based wish children with a short prognosis
• Prioritise workload effectively considering requirements for each wish and time difference between collaborating affiliates.
• Coordinate all required logistical aspects of the wish events, including transportation, accommodations, and medical equipment.

• Upload new Wish Assist requests to our Salesforce CRM system and keep accurate admin and data entry for efficient record keeping and communication between stakeholders in the wish.

Safeguarding and Data Governance

The NCTJ is the guardian of the gold standard in journalism training. A Rocha UK is the only national Christian conservation charity in the UK. Our mission is to mobilise Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We do this currently through a number of programmes reaching different parts of the Christian community: Eco Church for local churches, Partners in Action facilitating conservation efforts by Christian land managers, Wild Christian, supporting individuals and households to act on nature, including by campaigning, and our Convening programme, supporting Christian environmental leaders. We are looking for a permanent and full-time member of staff to help develop and communicate RSTMH’s role within tropical medicine and global health. We need a passionate and creative communicator who can play a key role in meeting our communications objectives. This role is office-based in central London, with the option to work from home on Mondays.

RSTMH is a membership society formed in 1907, with around 1,800 members and Fellows in over 100 countries. We work to improve tropical medicine and global health by enabling and promoting research, sharing knowledge and convening networks through our members and Fellows and beyond. The Communications Manager will have the opportunity to develop and enhance RSTMH’s reputation as a credible and trusted voice in tropical medicine and global health.

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role. You will lead on implementing the organisation’s communications strategy, working with the leadership team to ensure it meets the aims of the wider RSTMH strategy. You’ll maintain and further develop the website and social media platforms, build links with media contacts, and source, commission and develop content. Job Purpose

Provide Executive Assistant support to senior executive leadership including Deputy CEO and Executive Director of Income Generation, and wider admin support to the Executive Leadership Team.

The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.

Job summary

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a charity that supports members who work in, or are interested in, tropical medicine and global health.

In September 2028 it is hosting the International Congress for Tropical Medicine and Malaria (ICTMM) on behalf of the International Federation for Tropical Medicine (IFTM), in Liverpool, UK.

ICTMM 2028 expects to receive over 1,500 attendees, hopefully with over 40% coming from outside of Europe. It is an educational meeting with a high proportion of the content driven by abstracts. The event is being delivered by RSTMH with the support of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).

The ICTMM Events Manager has responsibility for coordinating the development and delivery of ICTMM 2028 at RSTMH, working with the RSTMH team, the PCO, the event venue ACC Liverpool, IFTM, and other suppliers.  The individual would be based at RSTMH where the role would start on a part-time basis and move to be full-time 17 months before the event.

The role requires an able self-starter who understands the logistics and considerations of running a scientific, abstract-driven event of 1,500+ attendees, of working with a PCO and of educational events attended by a high number of international guests.  There will be some travel to Liverpool and the role would require some overnight stays there before and during the event.

The candidate needs to have excellent event and project management skills, communication and relationship building skills, and be organised and flexible with a great attention to detail.  They should be as comfortable developing an events strategy as answering queries about tickets sales and negotiating sponsorship. Alongside delivering the ICTMM meeting there are opportunities for partners to deliver events at the same venue, which are also the responsibility of the events manager.

The role will start as three days per week and then move to be full time as we approach the event. The current expected timings are:

• 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 – 21 hours/3 days per week
• 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2028 – 35 hours/ 5 days per week

Up to 1 April 2027 the role will be office-based in our London (Bloomsbury) offices, although there is flexibility to set your own days between Tuesday to Fridays (working hours must include our core times of 10am – 4pm).

The role may also require work in the evenings or weekends and potential time staying in Liverpool.

Main responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan for all aspects of ICTMM 2028, working with the PCO, and be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines leading up to the event
• Coordinate stakeholders working on ICTMM 2028, ensuring all are up to date with progress and relations run smoothly – including RSTMH, PCO, conference venue, IFTM, ICTMM Strategic, Sponsorship and Scientific Committees and other third parties
• Work with RSTMH CEO to recruit Scientific Committee Chairs and members, develop a long list of partners and sponsors for funding and support, and develop legal agreements for these

Outline of Role
