Purpose of the post
The Development and Partnerships Officer will support the stewardship of partnerships and the delivery of partnership campaigns that generate income, reach and impact for the organisation. The role will provide essential coordination, administration and relationship management support, helping to ensure partnerships are well managed, activated effectively and aligned with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience of stewarding partnerships, fundraising, delivering across multiple projects. You will take a hands-on approach in coordinating exciting events and building relationships across the whole community. We are looking for someone who has a love of reading and wants to make a difference to lives of millions of people across the UK.
This role is part of the Marketing & Communications team working closely with the Commercial Partnerships and Development lead.
Key responsibilities
The role will work across the charity to support the delivery of partnership and national campaigns which generate income, reach and brand value for the organisation. It will provide essential coordination, administration and relationship support, ensuring partnerships are well managed, activated effectively and aligned with delivery requirements.
Stewardship: Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Head of Finance will report to the COO, and work closely with the Senior Leadership team, supporting the Theatre’s strategic objectives and decision-making. The postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership to a small and dedicated finance team and will be responsible for the financial management of the Theatre and its subsidiaries, in alignment with organisational strategic plans and budgets, and in compliance with Charity and Company accounting standards and practices. This role is hands on and works closely with each department.
Key Objectives
- Working with the COO to provide Strategic Management: Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee day to day financial operations, leading and managing the Finance team
- Support the COO to ensure regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met, especially in relation to charity accounting regulations

Responsibilities
Financial Leadership and Strategy
- Lead and deliver the financial strategy for Belgrade Theatre to ensure long term financial sustainability.
- Support the COO in shaping financial planning and risk management.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support organisational decision making and business planning.
- Deputise for the COO when required.
Financial Operations and Systems Optimisation
- Oversee and continuously improve financial processes and systems
- Work with external contractors and internal teams to support integration projects between EPOS, CRM, and accounting systems, reducing manual processing and improving data accuracy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for further automation, system improvements, and app integrations that enhance control, reduce costs, or increase capacity.
- Ensure efficient month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Maintain oversight of ledgers, payroll, VAT and banking arrangements.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in grant and restricted fund accounting.
Reporting and Analysis
- Produce monthly management accounts for the COO and work with the COO to produce quarterly reports for the Finance Committee and Trustee Board meetings.
- Report on performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, including cash flow and balance sheet commentary.
- Provide clear and concise analysis and recommendations to support decision making.
- Oversee preparation of detailed project and grant reports for funders and assist the development team with the financial aspects of fundraising bids.
Governance, Compliance, and Risk
- Manage the audit process, ensuring delivery of compliant and timely statutory accounts in line with Charity SORP and Companies Act requirements.
- Act as key point of contact for external auditors, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Work with senior colleagues to ensure appropriate financial controls, risk management, and business continuity plans are in place.
- Maintain awareness of developments in charity finance legislation and best practice.
Leadership and Team Development
- Line manage and develop the finance team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development, building a collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to improve financial literacy and promote robust financial management across the organization
General

What We Are Looking For
EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Significant, proven experience in a senior finance role, including both strategic and hands-on delivery (qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience working with modern cloud-based accounting systems.
- Proven ability to design and embed effective financial controls and processes.
- Experience producing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Experience liaising with auditors and preparing consolidated statutory accounts under Charity SORP.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Other Information
- The Belgrade operates a House Agreement based on the UK Theatre (formerly TMA)/BECTU (Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union) Agreement and its Staff Handbook outlines the terms on sick pay, maternity leave and pay, paternity leave and pay, grievance and discipline and other relevant staff matters
- Employees’ health and safety is of paramount importance, and Management insists that an employee obtains written express permission to take on any paid work or other employment during periods of TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) or holiday. No permission will be given for the first 28 days of holiday as this is a statutory requirement
- On appointment the successful candidate must be able to provide the correct documents as proof of their right to work in the UK.
- The candidate’s contract of employment with the Belgrade Theatre does not come into force until the first day of work
- Staff are entitled to tickets for shows at the Belgrade Theatre, subject to particular conditions and 10% discount at the Theatre’s Café and Bar
- Start date: ASAP
- Probationary period: Three months
- Notice period: Four weeks during probation, three months following
- Working Hours: Your normal hours of work will be 39 hours per week over Monday to Friday. You are expected to offer reasonable flexibility in your working arrangements where it is considered necessary to undertake the duties you have been employed to perform and in the interests of the Theatre. There is no provision for payment of overtime
- Overtime: Is not payable but 6th day working and excessive additional hours will attract TOIL (time off in lieu) if agreed in advance with the Line Manager
- Pension: Auto-enrolment, with Belgrade currently making 3% employer contributions which will rise in line with legal requirements. The Theatre’s appointed pension provider is NEST. Further details are available
- Holidays: 25 days a year plus 8 Bank Holidays, increasing by a day per year to a maximum 30 days plus 8 Bank Holidays

Purpose

Main Responsibilities
Working as the Executive Assistant & Project Manager to three Executive Team members for Citizens UK, reporting to Executive Director, Finance and Operations, your main responsibilities will include:
Contribute towards CUK’s mission and strategic objectives through Executive Support function
· Manage Executive Director/Directors diaries including booking meetings, scheduling attendees and organising venues, in person and online.
· Manage Executive Director/Directors correspondence including prioritising and responding to emails.
· Schedule Appraisal and Supervision meetings and visits: ensuring Executive Director/Directors time is well used through proper preparation and follow-up with direct reports, other local staff and external stakeholders.
· Process expenses for Executive Director/Directors as well as processing of invoice payments.
· Maintain an electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order.
· Provide management and administrative support to assist Executive Director/Directors in their workload.
- Lead coordination of monthly financial budget calls, including scheduling and managing diaries for approximately 17 chapter meetings each month, alongside quarterly budget review sessions.
- Provide live meeting support for all budget calls, including screen sharing, documenting key points, managing attendance, and ensuring smooth delivery of all administrative aspects.
- Serve as Secretariat for the monthly Operations and Organisational Development (OOD) Team Meetings, including drafting agendas, circulating papers, taking accurate and timely minutes, and producing post-meeting action logs.
- Maintain and manage the OOD SharePoint site, ensuring documents, actions and meeting materials are updated, accessible, and appropriately organised.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for the OOD team, responding to queries, managing workflows, and ensuring effective communication across the team.
- Work closely with the Director of Organisational Development, providing proactive support in planning, preparing and running the OOD meetings they chair.

Role Summary
Together Women Leeds provides holistic wraparound support to women and girls and specialises in supporting women involved with the criminal justice system, through 1:1 Keywork, group programmes and access to specialist gender-specific support via TW Women’s Centres.
We are seeking an individual with a proactive, compassionate, collaborative approach. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and highly organised, brings strong reporting skills, and is a great relationship builder. Experience of working in the women’s sector or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential – most importantly we’re looking for an outstanding manager.
At Together Women, staff wellbeing is a priority. With the support of a Senior Keyworker, you will ensure our staff team are effectively managed, supported and encouraged to develop within their roles, enabling them to provide high quality, trauma-responsive support.
You will be responsible for the management of a range of services, ensuring high quality standards are consistently met and partnerships are established and maintained. You will lead the strategic development and operational effectiveness of the Bradford Centre, which is funded by a range of commissioners both statutory and non-statutory.
You will lead on contract and performance management including relationships with commissioners. Alongside the Director of Services and wider management team you will also contribute to the effective leadership of the organisation, ensuring our operational and strategic objectives are met.
Key accountabilities
Service Delivery and Management
- Lead the operational management of TW services in Bradford ensuring intensive high-quality, trauma responsive support is provided to women and girls accessing the services.
- Develop and manage a service plan for Bradford that incorporates key milestones and ensures delivery of project outputs and outcomes
- Monitor delegated budget responsibility, ensuring that the services operate within the agreed budget.
Staff Management
- Line manage direct reports and ensure that all staff receive regular support, supervision and performance review, case management, training and development in line with TW policies and procedures.
- Deliver team meetings, reflective practice, and staff learning and development opportunities.
- Effectively manage a team working on different contracts ensuring team cohesion and consistency in approach and practice.
Communication/Contracts and Partnerships
- Take overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective partnerships and referral pathways.
- Lead on the contract and performance management including all relationships with commissioners.
- Organise and attend external meetings/events as appropriate, actively participating and disseminating information to colleagues. This includes sitting on steering groups and attending multi-agency panels to discuss the needs and challenges faced by our service users,
- Design and deliver training for professionals in the region to improve responses to women and girls affected by the social justice system.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Ensure that all staff maintain accurate, confidential customer records, following Together Women policies and procedures, and contribute to development of contract monitoring and recording.
- Produce monitoring and evaluation reports in line with funder and other key stakeholder requirements.
Funding
- Identify relevant fundraising opportunities and support TW senior management team to prepare funding applications, identify commissioning opportunities, which support the long-term sustainability of existing and new services.
- Attend meetings with potential new funders to secure new funding streams, ensuring that the project outcomes are achievable and measurable.
- Work with colleagues within TW and/or external partners to establish new services/projects when funding applications are successful.

I. JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Right To Play UK, the Head of Individual Giving will be responsible for leading on community, mid and major donor fundraising and philanthropy for Right To Play UK. The incumbent will deliver a successful strategy for Right To Play UK’s work in this area, leading on developing and coordinating fundraising campaigns, building, and developing our portfolio of major donors, developing a philanthropy pipeline and facilitating bespoke events with the aim of generating substantial income in line with the organisation’s budgetary objectives.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Individual Giving campaigns and strategy (20% time):
- Collaborate on development and implementation of UK individual giving strategy, working closely with the UK leadership team and international colleagues.
- Develop, adapt and coordinate UK fundraising campaigns for mid and major donors, work closely with the Head of Communications and Engagement and UK team.
- Project manage delivery of campaigns by the RTP UK staff team, working across audiences.
- Analyse and report on audience, results and trends and use this to inform future plans.
- Manage the Individual Giving Officer and provide guidance on their development of key projects.
2.Major Giving and Philanthropy (50% time):
- Lead on developing, implementing and reporting on Right To Play’s individual giving strategy in the UK, in alignment with Right To Play’s global strategic plan, in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships and Executive Director.
- Directly manage a range of major donor and philanthropic relationships, as well as oversight of relationship management by colleagues and the Partnerships team.
- Lead on researching, identifying, developing, and supporting new major donor funding opportunities with the aim of generating substantial income from this fundraising source in line with the organization’s budgetary objectives.
- Lead on ongoing communications strategy for our mid and major donor support base, building support and ensuring consistency across a range of constituent groups.
3. Major donor events development (15%):
- Lead on design and development of bespoke major donor events (e.g. 30 person dinner), working closely with service providers, donors and the RTP UK team.
- Lead on stewardship of events-focused audiences, building a long-term, diversified support base.
4. Contribute and support global and UK team (10%):
- Contribute to global projects and strategies through the global fundraising team.
- Contribute to the development of global strategic initiatives, including developing major donor relationships in other RTP supporter countries.
- Support the work of the wider Right To Play UK team, focussing on shared team goals.
5. Performs other duties as assigned. (5%)
- Undertake any other activities reasonably requested by the Executive Director.
III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must have):
(A) EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION:
- Undergraduate degree from a relevant university program or equivalent work experience
(B) EXPERIENCE:
- 5-year’s relevant experience including working within a senior fundraising role, working on fundraising strategy and successful campaigns.
- Experience in managing relationships with a range of major donors.
- Experience developing and securing high value relationships and gifts.
- Experience developing/approving reports and proposals for major donors and/or tailoring to a UK audience.
- Experience representing an organisation with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing a varied workload and balancing conflicting priorities.

The Communications Manager plays a key role in increasing the reach, visibility, and impact of the organisation’s work. Overall Purpose
NHS Charities Together is at a critical stage in its strategy and needs to ensure the NHS charity sector and its operating environment in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is well understood, supported and positioned for sustainable growth. The Corporate Fundraiser supports income diversification by engaging with corporate donors and corporate partners to meet annual corporate and fundraising income targets of £350k+ p.a.
You will cultivate strategic corporate partnerships and develop fundraising relationships with corporate partners, corporate foundations and employers. Working closely with the CEO, Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing Officer, Finance Team and Service Managers to:
