We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Corporate New Business Development Lead to drive growth in our corporate and partnerships income, unlocking innovative collaborations that deliver real impact.
In this pivotal role, you’ll identify and secure high-value corporate partnerships, craft compelling proposals, and lead pitches to senior decision-makers. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Communications, Programmes, and Operations to create multi-year partnerships that combine funding, programme support, and brand alignment—helping us reach more young people than ever before. The role is home-based, but you’ll have opportunities to travel across the UK (primarily London, Manchester, and Edinburgh) for meetings, events, and networking opportunities (expenses covered), giving you variety and the chance to build relationships face-to-face.
We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of winning significant corporate partnerships (five-figure or ideally six-figure), excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong understanding of CSR/ESG trends. Reporting directly to the Head, this post will be targeted with generating £500k+ of revenue and will demand both exceptional relationship building skills and technical fundraising expertise. The successful candidate will have freedom to innovate and make a tangible difference and be able to engage prospective donors and the wider highly supportive Seniors (Alumni) community. You will protect the School’s reputation by conducting thorough due diligence on donors and ensuring full compliance with OSCR regulations.
You will be responsible for the School’s capital and strategic fundraising initiatives supported by the Alumni and Development Officer and will work with the supportive, mission-driven Executive Team and Board of Governors to develop and implement these.
To be successful you will be educated to degree level and have knowledge and experience in previous roles where you have developed a demonstrable track record of devising and implementing multi-year fundraising strategies which have allowed you to personally secure 5 and 6 figure gifts from individuals, trusts or foundations. You will possess the financial and legal expertise to structure complex gifts and bring them to completion.

St Peter’s Hospice is seeking a compassionate, experienced Team Lead to manage our Psychological Therapies team to deliver specialist psychological care for people affected by life‑limiting illness and bereavement. You will combine leadership and management with direct clinical practice.
It’s an exciting time to join the team as we develop our services to meet our strategic ambitions – leading, learning and innovating to deliver specialist palliative psychological support.
The role
- Provide day‑to‑day operational leadership and line management for our Psychological Therapies service, setting clear standards and fostering collaboration.
- As a qualified psychological therapist, you will hold a small clinical caseload, delivering evidence‑based one‑to‑one and group interventions, in person and virtually.
- Ensure the team are clinical governance (audit, investigations, KPIs) and safeguarding; contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinarily team and with external health, social care and third‑sector organisations.
What we can offer you:
- Band 7 equivalent salary from £47,810 up to £54,710 per annum, dependent on experience, plus enhancements
- Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday- Friday
- Permanent position

Location & working pattern:
Based at our Brentry site with travel across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire; remote working by agreement.
A full driving licence and access to a car required.
