The latest research suggests that 2.7 million children are at risk of hunger, meaning one in five children don’t have enough to eat. When a child is too hungry to learn, they struggle to concentrate, absorb information, and manage their emotions, causing them to fall behind in their studies.
Magic Breakfast provides a nutritious breakfast to over 350,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target children most in need without barrier or stigma.

JOB PURPOSE
As Magic Breakfast continues to expand its reach to support growing numbers of children and young people across the UK, increasing our fundraised income is essential. To help drive this growth, we are seeking a full-time Partnership Development Manager to join our high-performing team and secure new, strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships.
The purpose of the Partnership Development Manager role is to work closely with the Partnership Development Lead to shape and deliver our new business strategy. The role will focus on identifying, cultivating and securing new strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships, developing tailored and compelling propositions for prospective partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand and Marketing, Operations, Volunteering, and other departments across the Charity to successfully bring these partnerships to life.
Experience securing five- and six-figure partnerships is a plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing self-starter. Someone who is comfortable building relationships, pitching with conviction, and passionately championing our mission to win new strategic partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pipeline Development and Cultivation:

Build and manage a pipeline aligned to Magic Breakfast’s funding priorities, including restricted, unrestricted, and Gift-in-Kind opportunities, working closely with the Prospect Research Manager.

Secure meetings with prospective partners through creative outreach, networking, phone calls, and LinkedIn.

Cultivate prospects to conversion, tailoring messaging, approach, and engagement to each organisation.

Maintain accurate records in the database and ensure all risk screening, due diligence, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards are completed.
Planning, Pitching & Partnership Delivery

Research and understand each prospect’s strategic priorities to define mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.

We are looking to fill a varied and exciting role at the award-winning Hawk Conservancy Trust. This role will be responsible for creating and delivering a diverse and innovative programme of high-quality marketing and communication activities to excite, engage and inspire our audience. Collaborating across the organisation, and with partners, the Marketing and Communications Manager will work across various platforms to raise awareness and generate income and support, whilst ensuring brand consistency and accuracy. Marketing is at the heart of the Trust’s success and is integral to the Trust’s customer-focused ethos. Excellent project management skills are required to manage the range of work the team are responsible for.
The Hawk Conservancy Trust is a conservation charity and award-winning visitor attraction with a mission to conserve birds of prey. Set in 22 acres of woodland and wildflower meadow, the Trust is a centre of excellence for learning about raptors, habitats, ecology and conservation, and having a fun-filled day. There are over 130 birds of prey on view, from owls to eagles. Many of these birds are involved in the spectacular daily flying demonstrations, whilst others are part of important breeding programmes.
Main purpose and scope of the job
This role is full of variety and creativity. You will be responsible for delivering the annual marketing and communications plan which will include project management, social media, digital campaigns, planning, research, analytics, advertising, exhibitions and the production of marketing materials. The role is a brand champion, working to ensure that all marketing communication is relevant, accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to the brand guidelines, professionally representing the Trust as a leader in bird of prey conservation and as an awardwinning visitor centre. The role will inspire our audience to visit and increase support for, and awareness of the conservation and research work undertaken by the Trust.

Last year, our swimmers raised over £1m. This year we’ve sold out events in minutes and want to double the fundraising. We’re on the path to exponential growth and we need someone who can help us get there.
We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own our events and run them like a business. The opportunity
This isn't a "post on social and send a newsletter" role. This is a “build something exceptional, then grow it” role. Marketing is at the heart of our flywheel, which means you’ll be integral to everything we are doing at Level Water.
You'll own marketing strategy and execution across our entire operation: our iconic events, our life-changing swimming programmes, and our reputation as a charity. You'll drive growth, tell stories that matter, and build genuine communities that scale.

This is an exciting time to join London’s Air Ambulance Charity. In early 2025, we launched our new 15-year strategy, setting the direction for the service to our 50th anniversary in 2039. Legacy giving is a critical part of our long-term sustainability, and this role is central to embedding a culture of legacies across the organisation. About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.
Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.
The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.

You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving.
