Age UK is hiring! We're looking for a Partnerships Manager- Trusts to generate income from charitable trusts and foundations to support the work of Age UK. You will develop creative, compelling funding propositions, engage with high value prospects and stakeholders, and produce regular reports for funders. This fantastic opportunity would best suit an individual with successful and proven experience in achieving income targets in a high value trust fundraising role.
We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our London office (EC3N 2LB) - currently once a week on a Thursday and may involve occasional travel for meetings and cultivation events. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

About the role
We’re seeking a committed and enthusiastic Homework Club Lead to prepare and deliver
engaging weekly sessions for children of families seeking sanctuary (primarily Key Stage 2).
You’ll plan and lead a supportive after-school environment where children can complete
homework, strengthen their English and maths skills, and enjoy fun, child-centred activities.
You’ll also oversee volunteers during sessions, making sure each child gets the right level of
support, and help coordinate volunteers outside of session time.

Job Purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is a core and out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. About the role
We are looking for a Lead Trainer to oversee our non-accredited courses covering England and Wales. Current training courses include topics such as responding to domestic abuse, employer training, DASH risk assessment, and MARAC chairing, among others. You will also contribute to the development of new training courses in response to emerging needs from specific commissioners, while actively monitoring sector developments to ensure our offerings remain relevant and impactful.
You will be part of the SafeLives Training and Development Team, with shared responsibility for developing, delivering and continuing a range of courses from within our suite. More broadly, you will work to ensure that SafeLives’ training programmes are in line with our strategic priorities and are of the highest quality, including course development and delivery with external partners and associate trainers.

The Role
The role of the team manager will be to support the rest of the team in delivering interventions on a one-to-one. London Friend’s Antidote service provides high quality drug & alcohol psycho-social treatment and support to LGBTQ+ people utilising harm reduction & abstinence-based methods. Antidote is a part of London Friend which aims to support and promote health & wellbeing for LGBTQ+ people living in the London area.
We are working in partnership delivering substance misuse treatment and support in the London Boroughs of the City of London and Hackney. This is led by Turning Point, and in partnership with Mind in the City, Hackney, and Waltham Forest. London Friend is the LGBTQ+ lead for the partnership.
Recovery support workers provide support to LGBTQ+ people experiencing difficulties with drug or alcohol use, including supporting those engaged in chemsex, and incorporating HIV prevention initiatives and sexual health support. They will hold a caseload of clients and be responsible for their assessment, case planning, review, and ongoing care. They will deliver group programmes and provide outreach to LGBTQ+ people in community settings including local sexual health clinics.
The postholder will be employed by London Friend and work within a multi-agency team based in the two Boroughs and local satellite locations including sexual health services. They will also assist with the delivery of Antidote’s services, including our walk-in clinics and group programmes, with a priority on identifying and supporting residents of the City of London and Hackney.

Job Purpose
To support the manager and deliver on the home and settle services across two hospitals, supporting the wider team, and provide leadership when necessary. You will work in collaboration with AUKEL, the hospitals, and other community health and social care colleagues.
The service supports people returning home after a stay in hospital, helping them to settle back at home, regain confidence and support with some practical tasks, e.g. shopping/cleaning. You will manage referrals, carry out assessments, and with the Manager, allocate service users to Discharge and Settle Worker caseloads. You will provide direct frontline support and co-ordinate visits to the service users’ home in preparation for their return home, as necessary. You will work collaboratively to lead and manage your team to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users. The service is time limited, usually up to 6 weeks, to adjust and settle back in their homes.
Key Tasks

The role
The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Rhodes Trust Archive, including maintaining an enquiries service for internal and external users, appraising and accessioning new material and cataloguing records. This includes both hard copy records in off-site storage and electronic records, in the organisation’s digital archive. There is also some responsibility for managing current and semi-current records within the organisation, including working with colleagues on data protection and retention.
The role will be responsible for;
