The Compassionate Friends (TCF) is the UK's only national charity providing peer support to bereaved parents and adult siblings following the death of a child of any age and from any cause. About the Role

This is a strategic leadership role with scope to shape the future of fundraising at The Compassionate Friends. You'll develop and deliver a new fundraising strategy aligned with our organisational goals, with a particular focus on individual giving and donor diversification. You'll lead and support a small team, including our Events & Community Fundraiser and Trusts Fundraiser, and work closely with the CEO, Trustees, and wider staff to embed fundraising across the organisation.

You'll be joining a charity with a deeply personal mission and a collaborative culture. Our outgoing Head of Fundraising will remain in a part-time capacity to support your onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a new fundraising strategy, with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Lead on individual giving, donor acquisition, and stewardship.
• Explore new income streams including corporate partnerships and community fundraising.
• Collaborate with communications and support teams to maximise fundraising opportunities.
• Report regularly to the CEO and Board, and oversee CRM and supporter communications.

Our client is one of the largest women's hostels in the UK for vulnerable women affected by homelessness. They offer support to women with a range of complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health issues and domestic violence, and provide these support services in a warm, welcoming and secure environment. They are now recruiting for 2 Support Workers to provide person centred support to women with a variety of complex needs.  

As a Support Worker you will work with a range of women with complex support needs and backgrounds and will empower and support them to reach their goals, giving them the necessary tools to achieve these. You work to identify risk and conduct regular reviews of support plans and risk assessments to ensure that the needs of those women on your caseload are met with a proactive and motivating approach. You will also work with other agencies, linking women in with various services that will support them in a holistic way.

To apply for this role, you will have proven experience of supporting hard to reach service users in a similar setting.  You will have experience of providing personalised, tailored, trauma-informed support to a variety of people with complex needs and will be warm and approachable in your manner. About the Programme

The Schools Triathlon is a fun, mass participation sporting event for 7–13 year olds. Its mission? To get more young people moving, having fun, and discovering the power of fundraising. In 2025, over 10,000 young people took part in 12 events, raising an incredible £1.5 million for Restless Development and local charities. Since it began, the Schools Triathlon has raised over £5 million—making it our flagship fundraising event.

About the Role

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to kickstart their career in fundraising and events management. As our Assistant Fundraising Events Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in Restless Development’s close-knit fundraising team, helping to deliver our flagship events — the Schools Triathlon.

You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including our volunteer Schools Triathlon Committee, schools, pupils, parents, and event delivery partners. A big part of your role will involve delivering fun and engaging school assemblies, encouraging pupils to take part and fundraise for Restless Development.

Alongside this outward-facing work, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support behind the scenes. This will include managing participant data in Excel, Eventrac, and Salesforce; uploading and running reports; processing donations (including cash and cheques); and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.

You’ll also be the first point of contact for event participants and their families, providing warm, professional support through email and phone queries.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple tasks, and stays calm under pressure. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Expected travel : Travel to London for staff meetings and other areas in the UK. Evening and weekend work for which time off in lieu will be given. Expenses for travel and work outside working hours will be given according to our policy..

Key Responsibilities:

Systems and processes (30%) 

• Manage the assembly tracker to ensure it is kept up to date, with relevant members of the team notified when new assemblies are booked in
• Maintain accurate records across our registration platform (Eventrac), our CRM system (Salesforce) and Excel, including registrations, fundraising data, and supporter information.
• Monitor and track fundraising progress for over 11,000 participants, encouraging and supporting them to reach their goals.
• Manage JustGiving pages, ensuring all fundraising activity is accurately logged.
• Liaise with Finance to process donations (online, offline, and cheques), allocate income correctly, and thank supporters promptly.
• Support with the merchandise and fulfillment process 
• Occasional website updates.

Fundraising and relationship management (30%)

• Be the first point of contact for schools, parents, and participants via the Schools Triathlon inbox.
• Book and coordinate school assemblies, and deliver assemblies or fundraising workshops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, pupils, and parents, thanking and supporting them throughout their fundraising journey.
• Provide admin support to the Restless Development US Board, including coordinating quarterly meetings.
• Attend meetings with third party suppliers and schools when necessary
• Support on wider charity initiatives as and when needed

Event management and Communications (30%) 

• Support the planning and delivery of two Schools Triathlon events, including site visits, logistics, and on-the-day support.
• Coordinate event communications, including assembly slides, parent invites, and regular registration reports.
• Work collaboratively with the Schools Triathlon team to ensure smooth delivery of all events.

Others (10%) 

• Support the Senior Fundraising Manager with developing an individual giving process.
• Attend Schools Triathlon events (April–June) and occasional evening/weekend work for which Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) will be provided.
• Regular travel to schools is required, so access to a reliable vehicle is essential (travel costs will be reimbursed).
• Carry out any other duties as required to support the fundraising team.

About the Role 

We are seeking a capable, motivated Operations Manager to lead on the effective running of our charity’s systems and operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our work remains efficient, financially sustainable, and aligned with our strategic goals. 

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our internal systems—including finance, CRM, IT, and communications—while supporting fundraising processes and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Leading Our Operations: Accountable for the smooth operational running of our Operational, HR and Financial Systems, including Salesforce, and identifying operational risks that could affect the charity’s mission. Your proactive approach will help us stay on track and keep making a difference.

2. Supporting Our Fundraising: Work closely with other members of the Leadership Team to identify fundraising opportunities, support with bid writing, and take responsibility for individual giving, managing our fundraising CRM, Donorfy. 

3. Supporting Change: Accountable for managing transitional change programmes across the organisation in respect to operational processes and procedures. Help our team adapt to new processes and procedures by providing guidance, training, and resources.

4. Financial Oversight: Understand the revenues and expenses of the charity in order to promote operational efficiency while managing cashflow risks. Whilst this role doesn’t require advanced experience in accounting or bookkeeping, the holder will take responsibility for day-to-day finance processes, including invoicing, account reconciliation on our account software Xero, and monthly financial reporting, as well as working alongside our external accountant.

Dementia Concern is a long-established local charity providing life changing care and support to people living with dementia and their families across West London.

Our mission is simple and vital: to help people live well with dementia, and to ensure that no one faces it alone.

After several years without a dedicated fundraising department, we are ready to rebuild and strengthen our income base, reconnect with the community we serve, and create sustainable funding for the future. We’re looking for a Head of Fundraising, someone who can design, develop and deliver our fundraising stratergy. This is an exciting opportunity to support the coordination of an Early Help Service. The service will focus on identifying service gaps across Birmingham to enable families to access Early Help and support, through the application of Early Help.  You will play a key role in leading quality assurance and the day–to–day delivery of the service, providing effective management and leadership to a team of Early Help Support Workers and Early Help Development Workers. As the Service Manager, you will be required to work in partnership with the Operational Manager to support the strategic development of the integrated service offer for children and families living in the West of Birmingham. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Corporate Membership Officer – Commercial Relationships and Fulfilment will:

Business Development
