GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.

We are looking for a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) to join our friendly and committed team.

Your role will be to support women practically and emotionally as they go through the criminal justice system.

Overall Objectives

To work within a multi-agency setting to provide a proactive service to adult victims of sexual violence within and outside the criminal justice system to:

• Risk assess and maintain client safety
• Help clients access their rights
• Monitor and keep clients informed of case progress and provide support through the criminal justice system
• Help clients access health and other services they require
• Build ongoing relationships with loved ones of a victim/survivor engaged in the ISVA service
• Provide an information point for loved ones on the CJS

Applicants who are not yet ISVA‑qualified, but who have relevant experience working within the criminal justice system and/or sexual violence services will also be considered. In this case, the successful candidate would be supported to complete the ISVA qualification.

During the training year, the salary would be £28,000 per annum, reflecting the cost of training and supervision. On successful completion of the ISVA qualification, the salary would increase to £30,000 per annum.

The salary for a qualified ISVA would be £30,000 – £32,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities -

To work as part of the Management Team with specific responsibility for managing

supervise a staff team, in the development and delivery of services for young women 
and children in refuge.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic public-facing team member to support the development, launch and operation of ANT’s new commercial ventures - including plans to launch ecotourism, commercial rental offerings at Lower Chew Forest and carry out scoping of green burials - to start generating commercial income which can go back into supporting the charity’s ongoing work. 

This is a dynamic role that will involve supporting the successful launch and operation of new ventures through focusing on optimising and improving the experience of paying visitors to the site, taking into account all aspects of their journey with us - from hearing about us and booking to their actual visit, and onto aftercare and follow-ups to encourage repeat visits. As part of this, the role will also support the development of new branding and marketing materials and ‘added value’ extras that can enhance the visitor experience and generate additional revenue.

You will be joining a small but mighty team working hard to make exciting new ideas a reality and a success.

Main responsibilities

• Leading on ensuring excellent visitor experience, including facilitating bookings; fielding customer service needs, enquiries & issues (digital, on the phone and in person); identifying and solving or escalating issues; and tailoring our digital marketing and on-site offerings to ensure guest satisfaction

• Supporting with the development of new branding and marketing materials for commercial ventures as required, focusing initially on our new ecotourism offering at Lower Chew Forest

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our newly established Student Communities Team based in Sunderland. The team supports a wide range of student leadership activity, including officer support, societies, student representation, volunteering, and campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a wide range of student leaders to mobilise the community organising model for a particular faculty within the University of Sunderland, harnessing their talents and enhancing student skills development.

Mind in Croydon is seeking a motivated, empathetic and person-centred Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinator (MHPIC) to support adults experiencing mental health challenges to live independently and access the resources and services they need within their local communities. The MHPIC will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) within the Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) framework. You will provide one-to-one support to individuals, helping them develop Personal Recovery Plans and Action Plans using Open Dialogue approaches, navigate local services, and build confidence and autonomy. About the role

The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead and shape the expansion of the Breaking the Cycle programme at Shelter, providing strategic direction and overseeing relationships with key financial institutions including HSBC UK, Barclays, Santander UK, Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest Group. Responsible for delivering a high-profile expansion pilot in collaboration with UK Finance and HM Treasury, the role combines senior stakeholder management with programme leadership—driving growth, managing risk, and ensuring strong governance and safeguarding. 

Leading a team of Partnership Executives, the postholder will oversee onboarding of new partners, refine processes, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure effective delivery across a diverse charity network. They will also play a key role in promoting the programme through campaigns and external engagement, while delivering robust reporting, identifying future growth opportunities—including digital expansion—and securing long-term investment and impact.

About you

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative professional with proven experience managing complex, multi-partner programmes or projects across diverse organisations. Purpose of the Job  

The Quality and Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our systems by carrying out testing activity for enhancements across Salesforce, Dynamics and Business Central. The role supports the smooth delivery of changes by combining structured testing with targeted service support, including triage of incoming issues and resolution of tickets.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• reating test plans based on user requirements with the Service Manager to enable testing to be done by the wider business.
• Create clear documentation regarding test outcomes, learnings from the enhancements and suggestions to improve them moving forward.
• Work proactively with the business to understand key systems and how they work.
• Be an internal point of contact between the business and our external IT provider by assisting in approval, information gathering to ensure smooth service.
• Support the Service Manager to ensure that tickets are managed and resolved within a timely manner.
• Monitor recurring issues and share insights that help improve system quality and inform future enhancements.
• Work with the business and the Service desk manager to understand prioritisation of work and assist in working out return on investment of required work.
• Carry out manual testing on BAU changes and new enhancements in the following systems – Salesforce, Dynamics, PowerBI and Business Central.
• Adhering to team set KPIS on ticket resolutions
• Retrospective reviews regarding test plans, facilitation of testing and manually testing.
• Monthly calls with the service manager to pass on learnings and review process of tickets.

We are seeking a Family Service Manager to lead our flagship family service based in HMP Altcourse. This is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking a hands-on role within a prison setting, confident in working in complex environments and wants to create meaningful change within punitive systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team who deliver high-quality, therapeutically informed, arts-based work with men in prison and their families. You will bring together creative group interventions, bespoke family counselling services, and day-to-day operational & practical family support within a complex prison environment.

As the Family Service Manager, you will lead a team of Programme Co-Ordinator's, Facilitators, Family Counsellors, a Deputy Service Manager, and other appropriate staff. The team support operational booking for all social visits and deliver programmes such as Fathers Inside and Man Up which have received national recognition being delivered nationally across custodial and community settings. The role requires leadership experience, managing a diverse team, with line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to the participants of our programmes and their families. You will work closely with prison and Sodexo colleagues, as well as other internal SIG teams to ensure innovative, safe, and compassionate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Line Management throughout the employee lifecycle embedding a culture of learning, development, reflection, and evaluation.
• Creative leadership of creating and delivering engaging high-quality services and interventions which support rehabilitation, reintegration, and culture shifts in systems of power and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operational delivery of programmes, the service, and visitors centre.

• Previous experience in facilitation of group programmes and/or training to various groups, ideally in a similar setting (preferably within a creative setting)
• Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds
• Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
• Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
• Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations
