As Family Support Worker you will provide support for the family using a variety of interventions including motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches and accredited parenting strategies. You will identify and signpost beneficiaries to a range of specialist agencies who can offer further support and will collect appropriate data and information to ensure accurate programme monitoring and evaluation.

The Role
